If this doesn't raise uncomfortable questions about justice, what... will? A 17-year-old girl in the United States recently 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 after being sentenced to 15 years in prison for a high-speed crash that killed two people. This case reminded many Indians of the 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵: where a 17-year-old allegedly drove a luxury car under the influence and killed two young professionals. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? Bail was granted within hours. The accused was asked to write a 300-word essay on road safety. And 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 was his father arrested for tempering evidence, though even he was later released on bail. Unfortunately this is not an isolated case. Many Indians can recall moments where wealth, influence, or social status appeared to change how accountability was pursued, or whether it was pursued at all. ---------------------------- 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁 once said that in a truly elevated society, resources are entrusted to those who possess wisdom. But what we often witness instead is the opposite. Wealth is inherited. Influence is inherited. Wisdom is not. And this is 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲. It weakens public faith in fairness itself.show more

Many are up in arms after this 16-year-old Albanian... in Norway burned down a bus last year, killing a 75-year-old Grandma, but only got a 6 months jail sentence The boy claims it was an accident as he was messing around with a lighter and an open gas can Do you consider this “gross negligence” or “murder”? I would say the former, but not sure if 6 months is sufficient. Also, the fact the boy is Albanian should not influence the outcome. A two-tier legal system is never ok Source: Rebecca Mistereggenshow more

I just submitted video evidence to LAPD about the... incident below, where I was surrounded by a vicious mob, concerned for my own safety! What is critical to know for everyone sharing this story online is that what happened to me last night was not about being "a right-winger," etc. It was witness intimidation of the worst kind! I caught A CRIME on camera being committed against a female photographer who was being assaulted right before this happened (see the two videos below). That is why they came after me. I will press charges to the fullest extent! Assaulting journalists is A CRIME and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!show more

This is horrific. Why do Americans allow what is... going on in Israel and Gaza to influence how we treat fellow Americans? A 6-year-old Muslim boy was stabbed to death in Illinois by a 71-year-old man. Wadea Al-Fayoume was a normal 6-year-old who was living a normal day when the 71-year old man stabbed both him and his mother. They were targeted just because they were Muslim. The Will County Sheriff said, “Detectives were able to determine that both victims in this brutal attack were targeted by the suspect due to them being Muslim and the ongoing Middle Eastern conflict involving Hamas and the Israelis.” We need to separate terrorists from normal people. We need to stop creating stereotypes based on a religion or a skin color. Most people are good people.show more

A 15-year-old Southwestern Academy junior in Flint, Michigan was... just charged for her actions in this video, where she throws a chair at her teacher after getting into an argument with another student. Flint Community Schools released a statement saying that the teacher in the video is doing well and has been released from the hospital. What do you think are the underlying causes of kids reacting in this manner to authority? What can we do better as a society to try and prevent this sort of behavior? Is it a lack of parenting? Is it mental health? Is it children who are unattended too?show more

This is what a Former DPP (in two countries),... Peter Kabatsi told the Chief Prosecutor: “any attempt by the prosecution to suppress evidence is fatal. You know that Mr Muwaganya, you’re killing your case!” He was heated. This case has taught me so much about Uganda’s criminal justice system. I can write a book or two. Anyways, just like you, I hope justice prevails and that we get some criminal justice reforms at the end of it all.show more

🚨 HE KILLED HIS WIFE AFTER SHE CALLED HIM... A PEDOPHILE - THEN SHOT HIMSELF Sara Gilson accused her estranged husband, Jeremiah “Shawn” Duffey, of being a pedophile and having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl he coached. She posted about it on TikTok. Two weeks later, he went to her home, shot her dead, and then killed himself. There was already a protective order in place. She spoke up about a child being targeted… and paid for it with her life. This is pure evil. There is no other word for it. How many more people have to die after trying to protect children? How is it possible that Liam was still online... when he was unconscious? How is it possible that Liam was still online after he had already passed away? How is it possible that in December someone was responding on a Snapchat account associated with his number? That person was sending and responding to messages. If this was the number supposedly used to contact escorts, why was it reassigned so quickly? Why isn’t the line under police custody in the case? How is it possible that if they claim Liam was using his phone, he didn’t even know what was being posted on his accounts? A "maniac" with a history of random attacks on... women — who also once decapitated a pigeon in the middle of Penn Station — was released again after his latest arrest, for allegedly kicking a 7-year-old boy in an unprovoked Brooklyn attack. Jesse Daniels, 23, randomly stormed up to the boy and dealt a swift kick to his left ear that knocked him to the ground around 2:35 p.m. March 6 on Schenectady Avenue near Union Street in Crown Heights, according to cops and CH Shomrim [who originally posted this video]. Daniels was arrested Tuesday and charged with attempted assault in the second and third degrees, etc. He was released on his own recognizance Wednesday, because the charges do not qualify for bail under the state’s lax bail reform laws. Daniels is accused of punching two women, 30 and 31, in back-to-back unprovoked attacks around 8:25 a.m. March 27 in front of the Goldman Sachs headquarters on West Street near Murray Street, police said. He faced multiple charges – but was ultimately granted supervised release by a judge despite prosecutors’ request that he be held on $5,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond. He was previously nabbed on March 12 for allegedly punching a 31-year-old woman in the face inside Penn Station just before 11 a.m. that day, cops said. Daniels was charged with misdemeanor assault, but was ultimately granted supervised release on the non-bail-eligible offense. In a disturbing act of animal cruelty in Penn Station Feb. 13, he allegedly grabbed a pigeon, ripped off its head and tossed both the head and body on the floor, according to cops and a criminal complaint. Then Daniels – seen wearing the Celtics jacket and carrying the ball – callously stomped on the bird’s body, the court doc said. Daniels was arrested two days later by an Amtrak Police officer who spotted him in the station and charged with torturing animals. Daniels’ first arrest was on July 31, 2025 for allegedly punching a 64-year-old woman in the face, unprovoked, inside the Fulton Street subway station in Lower Manhattan, authorities said.show more

DISTRACTED DRIVING. This was from my chase this past... Sunday. This is especially for solo grinders. We all do it. We're checking radar, we're checking the phone, we're chatting on our radios, all of the tasks involved with chasing are numerous. The road is empty...noone is around...or so we think. At a moments notice, an abandoned vehicle sits half on the road. Thankfully I looked up, as we often do...but still, had I been locked into my screen for just a second or two longer...or if someone was coming in the other lane, or if it was raining. Its impossible to avoid the many distractions we face. But try, try and TRY.show more

Watch These Three Videos. In the first, the Chief... Minister of Assam calls a Congress politician a Gan*u. On camera. In public. Without apology. In the second, teenage girls dance to "Unki maa ka bhos*a" with hip thrusts that mime rape. In the third, a religious procession moves, thousands of men watching while women perform explicitly sexual acts while dancing on a truck (in the name of God). If you think these three things are unrelated, you haven't understood what Hindutva actually is. This is not crudeness. This is not a culture war about manners or etiquettes. This is a deliberate project, the systematic sexualization of Indian political and religious life, where the female body becomes spectacle and territory, where the language of violation becomes the language of faith and victory, where a Chief Minister and a religious procession share the same vocabulary. And it is thought out. I grew up in India, in a Hindu society. I never saw anything like this. This is not what Hinduism is. Whether you like it or not, Hinduism is part of every Indian's life. We grew up on Sunday morning Ramayan at 9 AM. The festivals of Diwali and Holi. The idea that good wins over evil. And so much more. It was simple. It was moral. It was universal. It belonged to all of us, even those of us who weren't Hindu. We had our own religions, our own prayers, but that moral code was shared. It was in the air we breathed. This is what is being hollowed out. Not just a religion, a common inheritance. That Sunday morning feeling. The idea that there is such a thing as good, and that it wins. Hindutva has taken that and replaced it with a truck, thousands of men, and women performing a sexual dance. This is Hindutva's deep perversion. It has taken a civilization's religious life and turned it into a mob spectacle. It has taken its political language and soaked it in rape. It has handed teenage girls a rape anthem and called it a dance. The slur is not a slip. The procession is not spontaneous. The choreography is not innocent. What is being built, across platforms, campaign rallies, and now religious processions is a political vocabulary where your opponent is not defeated but penetrated, where the enemy is not wrong but he is a Gan*u. When language and ritual are both sexualized to this degree, something specific happens to the people inside it: they stop seeing clearly. The violence stops feeling like violence. The degradation stops feeling like degradation. The opponent becomes pest. The procession becomes devotion. The rape joke becomes a rally cry. This is what the normalization is for. The filth is the mechanism. Run it long enough, from the Chief Minister's mouth to the temple truck to the religious procession, and an entire society quietly crosses a threshold it can never name, only feel. This is not Hinduism. This is Hindutva in it's ugliest form. And it's all connected.show more

🚨BREAKING🚨 UFC and PRIDE legend Rampage Jackson built his... name as one of the toughest fighters in the world — but now his own son is in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. During a livestream on YouTube, Rampage Jackson’s son Raja viciously attacked an older American soldier, slamming him to the ground and unleashing punches that nearly killed him. Viewers were left in shock as the brutal assault played out live. This wasn’t a fight between two athletes in the octagon. This was a young man using his strength and aggression against a veteran who served our country. It was disgusting, disrespectful, and shameful to watch. The soldier was left unconscious, and many feared for his life right there on the stream. How could someone think this is entertainment? How could anyone excuse this kind of violence? This wasn’t a “show” — it was a crime, plain and simple. No matter who his father is, nobody should get a free pass for nearly killing another person on camera. If anything, being the son of a world-famous fighter makes it worse, because he should know better. Someone needs to step in, take responsibility, and make sure justice is served. This young man deserves to face real consequences — and that means jail time.show more

Her name is Anju Devi. On December 9 2024... her son Atul Subhash died in his Bengaluru apartment. He was 34 years old. He left a 24 page note and an 81 minute video. He named the people he said broke him. He documented four years. 120 court hearings. 40 trips between Bengaluru and Jaunpur. Before he died he said one thing about his ashes. If I win against this system immerse them in the Ganga. If I lose throw them in the gutter outside the court. After he died Anju Devi had one question. Where is my grandson. His name is Vyom. He was 4 years old. Nobody told her where he was. She went to the Supreme Court. Filed a habeas corpus petition. Asked the court to find her grandson. The court informed her the child was at a boarding school in Faridabad. It observed him briefly on a video call. Then it told her this. Sorry to say but the child is a stranger to the petitioner. Her petition was dismissed. The criminal case against the accused has been adjourned to November 20 2026. The presiding officer was on leave. She lost her son. Then went to the highest court in India to find his child. The court told her she was a stranger. Vyom is 5 years old today. He does not know what happened yet. One day he will read that note. Watch that video. And wonder why his grandmother fought so hard just to hold him once. She is still waiting.show more

BREAKING: A life insurance payout may have been the... motive behind the killing of 41-year-old Salom Nikanor, the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court heard this morning. Andreas Sunday Kanyanga (25) appeared in court on charges of murder and obstructing or defeating the course of justice. He was remanded in custody as police investigations continue. The State alleges that Kanyanga, a soldier, had taken out a life insurance policy on Nikanor. Prosecutors claim that while facing financial difficulties, Kanyanga allegedly killed Nikanor after becoming impatient that he was “taking long to die”, in order to claim the insurance payout. Opposing bail, prosecutor Naledi ||Hoeses told the court that the offence is serious and violent in nature. She alleged that Nikanor was unlawfully killed and that his body was later dumped in a water pan. The State further indicated that evidence points to mutilation of the body, demonstrating a high degree of violence and cruelty. ||Hoeses argued that granting bail at this stage would jeopardise ongoing investigations, including the recovery and forensic analysis of exhibits, outstanding post-mortem reports, and the tracing and questioning of key witnesses. Kanyanga was informed of his right to legal representation and indicated that he intends to apply for a government-funded lawyer. He was also advised of his right to bring a formal bail application, which the State said it would oppose. The court ordered that Kanyanga remain in custody at the Ondangwa police cells. The matter was postponed to 18 June 2026 for further investigation. Magistrate Shantell-Antoinette Wanga Harris presided over the proceedings. Update: Tuyeimo Haidulashow more
