Bad news: my computer is dying and I need... help to replace it so I can keep creating the content you love. The NTSB released the security camera video showing the... engine separating from the UPS MD-11 moments before it crashed. The docket also includes the inspection of the engines and in particular, engine two which showed a few performance blips prior to the crash but with recovery to commanded speeds. So, I don't believe there's evidence that debris were ingested into engine 2, instead the performance problems were related to the flames from the wing entering engine 2. Life update 👀 Today is my last day Webflow.... I'm beyond proud of the work I did during my 3 years here, everything from designing & building Webflow University, helping create designs & visuals for our course lessons, making tons of illustrations for our keynotes, contributing to the new logo + rebrand & new designer UI last year, early explorations of AI in the product, and so much more. I truly leveled up my design/dev/illustration skills over the past few years, a big part in thanks to Sara Lundberg & McGuire Brannon constantly pushing me & my work, as well as getting to work along side of some of the most talented people I've ever met. I'm definitely going to miss my coworkers, but I'm also excited to explore some new projects I've been wanting to start. You know I love Unreal Engine. I finally got... to the stage where I started practicing optimization. For 4 hours I tried to make the glass with ice not only outside the window in reality, but also for the game. I made several variants and even interesting patterns for UV, which I will show later in separate "learn stuff" videos.
