Change is never easy. You are both the marble... and the sculptor. The marble feels every strike, but that’s how transformation happens. Your will is the sculptor, it keeps going with discipline and courage. Pain is not destroying you, it is creating you. Keep carving, keep growing, the masterpiece is you.show more

Healing update! Good news: My amazing surgeon removed the... four metal screws that were drilled into my gums & bone to help hold my jaw together today! Bad news: My range of motion is behind schedule (have been dealing with a lot of stress in private for the last few weeks). Next step is getting a medical device to start stretching my jaw and start physical therapy, which I heard will be very painful. Woof! 😖 I’m just grateful. Grateful for the pain. Grateful for the healing. Grateful to be alive. Still on the liquid diet. 🤙🏼show more

it took us 3 weeks to get 500k+ views... with a fully AI UGC on instagram and it taught me something huge if you create good content for long enough the algorithm is very simple it works to keep finding the type of user that engaged with your post similar to paid ads but this only works if you stay within niche and post consistently great content so stop seeing 1,000-4000 views as bad it’s simply taking the time to learn we’re being extremely aggressive with our marketing and created 40+ content variations each A/B testing a different part of the video - hook, music, transitions, wallpapers, workout, location, CTA, captions every single component is being tested we had a huge set back with Meta randomly banning 8 of our accounts last week we got the content ready and aim to post 20x per day minimum by 6/10 each day breaking down the data and creating more of what works then running it on paid ads both tiktok spark ads and meta ads marketing is definitely takes more time but at least shipping took just 2 weeks using Rork Max + Opus 4.7 at the time i launched, there was no other possible way to natively code in SwiftUIshow more

Ah the summer collection is complete!🤩 Kensington Palace released... the Birthday video for Prince George, filmed this past Easter during their holiday in Cornwall. When you look at this compilation of all three birthday videos, for all 3 children, what we get is a vision of very energetic and adventurous children, who are comfortable outdoors, exploring their surrounding barefoot and surefooted😍 Indeed it is the steady confidence and familiarity in their barefoot steps, and their movements that prove that this is not a choreographed performance for the cameras. These children are raised to "love and enjoy Nature" and they are eager to do so, just like their parents do. Beyond "having fun", this wild exploration as a child is a very important part of childhood as it shapes the child to learn resilience and confidence in Life. I grew up roaming the neighborhood on my bike with my friends, we ran barefoot on beaches, climbed trees or at least tried to and got hurt...🤭 We explored, we laughed, we got hurt and we got bruises. But ultimately, all these experiences are very fond memories I look back upon with a smile; they taught me the very meaning of life: that the greatest success in Life is to enjoye it. A good life is not a life lived sheltered nor one lived in fear of getting hurt. A good life is one where we are encouraged to explore, to try new things and push boundaries. We will fall, we will get hurt and we will get bruises as Pain is part of Life. But ultimately, Time heals, we get back up and we continue exploring, learning, discovering🔥 This is exactly what Catherine and William are teaching their children by giving them a childhood filled with new adventures, under their parents watchful gaze: that Living life is exploring it; That Living comes with bruises and that is ok because, we learn through the bruises that life gives us along the way; each scar we bear whether physical or emotional, has its own story, its own meaningful life lesson❤️🩹 In time, We heal and our tears turn to smiles and even to laughter; we learn from those setbacks and painful experiences and we grow in confidence and resilience👌🏽☕️ 📹 Kensington Royalshow more

⚠️ Attention Update on Captain Kyle Family, I wanted... to let you all know that Captain Kyle has been in the hospital since this morning. He has been sick and throwing up for the last 3–4 days. Renee brought him to the ER, and they discovered a pinch in his upper intestine causing an obstruction. They are working on relieving the pressure and straightening the pinch. He’s also been very dehydrated, so he’s receiving IV fluids, pain medication, and nausea medication. His kidneys were strained from the dehydration, but they are addressing that too. The good news is he has stopped throwing up and is feeling better than he has in days. He is resting more comfortably, though he is still having some cramping and discomfort in his stomach and upper intestines. They will be keeping him overnight, and we’ll see what tomorrow brings. Capt. Kyle has always been so strong and healthy, so this came as a surprise, but we are standing firm in our faith. We are believing God for complete healing and restoration that the pinched area will fully open and function normally with no need for surgery. We are standing on the authority we have in Jesus’ name for total healing and a quick recovery. Would you please stand in agreement with us? Pray for complete healing of his intestines, relief from all pain and cramping, strength for his body, and peace and rest for both he and his lovely wife Renee🙏 We are so grateful for every prayer from this amazing Patriot Family, Capt Kyle has received them and is thankful. I will keep you updated as we receive more information. Thank you for lifting Kyle up in prayer. We love you all and appreciate you standing with us. God bless you all, God Bless Capt Kyle and may God ease his pain, Kelly🙏show more

Slow Progress is the New Reality of Modern Wars... There are many people commenting on Russian difficulties and coming up with numerous reasons for their alleged collapse. I absolutely do not see any collapse; on the contrary, Russia has already normalized a state of war in Ukraine, which boosts its economic and industrial growth. The difficulties faced by Russia today are the same as at the beginning of the war, with soldiers having to spend up to half of their initial salaries on their own equipment, delays in pensions, and a series of other problems that are mirrored on the Ukrainian side, even with all the support from allies. The war today is much less lethal than it was months ago, and both Russian and Ukrainian losses have significantly decreased during this phase. Lethality has fallen, but Russian advances persist. And why are they slow? Is it a Ukrainian tactic? No. They are slow because they are accompanied by the deployment of communication infrastructure like signal repeaters for drones, the advancement of artillery guided by drones, maneuvers using FAB and more recently ODAB bombs against Ukrainian drone operators' facilities, infiltration by reconnaissance teams, saboteurs, and a series of protocols they have developed. That conventional war with rapid advances no longer exists, and in the context of a battlefield dominated by drones, it is unlikely to return. Modern wars will have slow progress, as seen in the attacks and counter-attacks of the Russians and Ukrainians in this war. Contemporary military forces are still unable to see this new reality of war. When analyzing the Russian advance, it's important to consider that all these maneuvers take days to unfold, but the point is that the Russians have already adapted to this pace, not bothered whether a particular advance will take 3 weeks or 3 months. They advance continuously following tactical protocols with little threat from Ukrainian forces, which, without new equipment, have had their defensive tactics remain almost unchanged over the past two years, relying mainly on drones and making it easier for Russian studies of countermeasures. And what can Ukraine do in this situation? I see few options, but one would be to delay the Russian advance with a good number of missiles, though personally, I find it unlikely that they will reach Ukrainian hands. It wouldn't have the power to change the balance of the war, but it would guarantee more time, which is important because the battlefield is dynamic, and the implementation of new tactics based on innovative weapons can change everything overnight. A war that seems almost lost today could take a different turn in weeks. Time is crucial for Ukraine, which has fronts only about 130 km from cities like Zaporizhia and Dnipro.show more

11 DAYS LEFT. The A40 Westway has been a... nightmare for 3 weeks now! 😭🚗 While TfL’s public pages are still vaguely saying it will reopen in “late April,” their official traffic management system (London Traffic) has quietly listed the exact end date for the main closure as Monday 21 April at 21:00 (9pm). But there is a catch... Westbound weekend closures at the Westway Roundabout will still continue every single weekend until July 6th! 💀 Tag a commuter who needs this good (and bad) news!show more

My physical therapist opened a superb gym in a... beautiful and intimate space in a great location at 32 East 57th Street next to Atria. The concept integrates physical therapy with weight training, cardio, sauna, steam, cold plunge, sensory deprivation, VO2 max and all the other testing you need to determine your base line fitness and monitor your progress thereafter as well as much more. Vosk has the best equipment I have ever seen in any gym and extremely experienced trainers and physical therapists. It is a great place for serious athletes and those interested in longevity or just getting in great shape. While it is a high end gym, the price is fair when you consider the cost of the 96 training and/or physical therapy sessions included in your annual membership. The integration of physical therapy and training yields much better and safer outcomes. I have also found my training consistency is much greater since I prepaid for the sessions. If you want to learn more, go to or email Vitaly who founded Vosk at [email protected]. The first 40 members who mention this X post will have their initiation fees waived. Membership is limited to ensure a great experience.show more

… it is night in Ukraine right now, almost... 4 a.m. Ukrainians are underground, those who have such an opportunity in their cities, while others are just in their homes and apartments, hearing, and even watching from their windows, yet another round of nightly explosions and flashes. Some are closer, some are further away, but the explosions are felt with the entire body. As always, the morning will reveal more.show more

Ten years from now, there will be two kinds... of people. Those who learned how to use AI. And those who learned how to compete against people who did. Artificial intelligence isn’t coming. It’s already here. It’s writing, researching, designing, coding, analyzing, and helping businesses do more with fewer people every single day. You can ignore it. You can mock it. You can pretend it’s a fad. But the people who embrace it today will have an advantage that grows larger every year. The future won’t belong to the strongest or the loudest. It will belong to the people who adapt the fastest. Are you learning AI, or are you hoping it goes away?show more

Candace Owens continues to prove how gullible her low... IQ fans are. Just a couple of weeks ago the conspiracy was that nobody called 911 after Charlie was shot. Her minions went crazy over it for a few days. Now that conspiracy is stale. So the new conspiracy is that they did call 911 but now somehow thats a bad thing. When just a couple of weeks ago the talking points were that it was bad that no one called 911. This is just another example of how Candace constantly lies and contradicts herself from week to week. She cries and accuses people of being paid to attack her when they debunk her fake conspiracies meanwhile she’s constantly debunking her own conspiracies with new ones.show more

Jacksonville County Sheriff T.K. Waters said the following in... regards to yesterday’s tragic shooting: “The story is always about guns. People are bad. This guy's a bad guy. If I could take my gun off right now, and I lay it on this counter, nothing will happen. It'll sit there, but as soon as a wicked person grabs ahold of that handgun and starts shooting people with it, there's the problem. The problem is the individual." I agree with this 100%. But that also means we must prevent bad people from having easy access to the tools which help them commit these horrible acts. Do you agree?show more

No. Rascal did not meet the man. However, Rascal... thought he was tops. One of the few truly good ones, if you will. I told him it might be in poor taste. Rascal said, he loved the man and everyone else could just get over it. 🤷♂️ So this week's giveaway is very much a celebration of and an homage to that good and beloved actor, passionate farmer, and kindly nature loving soul, Sam Neill. Rascal knows the SPAS12 is more in line but, alas, we do not have one. So, even though it is more Chris Pratt than Sam we will be giving away a Marlin SBL 45-70 govt!
