Sharing a quick detail behind this video.🎸 One problem... I kept running into was that sometimes fingers weren't clipping, they were slightly floating above the fretboard. So I built ‘Finger Contact’, a tool that reads Guitar Pro tabs to pull active fretting fingers precisely onto the strings, without breaking the original mocap. Since Leap Motion can't track finger hyperextension well while playing, I also added a feature to automatically flatten the index finger joint for real barre chords (check the OFF/ON test!) #GuitarMocap #ギタリストVTubershow more

omni motion control is f*cking cracked the left clip... is the original. the right is 100% ai, same video, one prompt i grabbed a weight loss transformation off tiktok, gave omni a single image of a totally different girl, and it rebuilt the whole clip around her. she copies the original move for move, down to the dumbbells and the timing. and she doesnt exist and i barely lifted a finger. this was the entire prompt, word for word: "replace the person in the video attached with the person attached in the image, make sure the weight loss transformation is exactly the same from fat to fit" gpt image 2 made the character and omni did the rest. thats it brands pay creators to reshoot the same winning ad with different people just to split test. now you film it once and swap the face for cents. one video turns into 50 i wrote up the full setup: > the prompt method that transfers motion without breaking > how to find reference videos that work > how to batch this out at scale comment "MOTION" and ill send it overshow more

Just a typical day in the 3D studio with... my little assistant… seems like she’s still figuring things out… 🔌💥 Since it’s the New Year, I figured it’s time for a proper re-introduction! ✨ • I’m chacha! A Virtual Guitarist 🎸 • I work as a technician in a chemistry lab irl🧪 • I only have 2-3 hours after work for guitar and 3D⌚ • I use VR trackers for mocap💃 • I’ve been playing guitar for years, but I’m entirely self-taught for fun, so my playing isn’t that great 😅 • Before I decided to do guitar mocap, I didn’t even know what Unity was (maybe I’m actually a genius!? 🧠✨) • I live for compliments! 🥺💖 No guitar mocap video this week, but I’m making steady progress behind the scenes: ✅Carefully fine-tuned the avatar’s shaders for better lighting and shadows ✅Got a new outfit and remade all the cloth physics from scratch ✅Wrote a script for smoother movement ✅Completely rearranged the music gear in the studio ✅Finally using the new guitar Midori made for me! 🎸 ✅Re-edited and remixed one of my older tracks, so a "Remastered" version is coming soon! 🎧 ✅Also recorded a brand-new song, so stay tuned!! 🤘show more

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 Prompt Share Created... on mitte.ai I didn't use a character sheet for this generation. I directly used the character images I created in Midjourney. Since the visual style transfers into the video surprisingly well, it's actually a really effective for style transfer. This time I also added a bit more detail to the Seedance prompt itself. You can definitely achieve similar results without storyboards too, they're not mandatory but I think they're one of the best ways to previsualize scenes, pacing and even camera angles before generation. Also, this storyboard prompt is still a bit long. I'm currently experimenting with more compact version of it too. You can check the prompts below.show more

i was throwing $300 a month at tools that... would die on me right when i needed them most. then this video showed up in my feed. a guy. a laptop. his hands moving through the air like he's conducting something invisible. 3D visuals responding to every finger. every gesture. live. i watched it three times before i believed it was real. the whole setup costs $2 a month. electricity. i sat with that for a while. i was paying $300 a month just to feel like i was doing it right. not because the expensive tools were better. just because i didn't know there was another way. now i do.show more

So last night at the movies, I got a... notification that my right tire pressure was low, almost flat. I feared that someone had slashed it, but after the movie was done, went outside to check. We found a nail in the tire immediately and I was so happy that I used my referral credits just last week to purchase a tire air compressor in the Tesla shop. I had credits that were going to expire and I figured while I might as well get some safety related things to put in my car since I’m having a baby soon and immediately had a use for it!! This thing works amazingly. I just thought that the timing was so serendipitous and wanted to share. Someone on X recommended I get one for my trunk and so thank you, great product!show more

🚨 one person can now do the work of... an entire creative team. i just tested it on a real one. a friend needed an ad for his brand, so I opened the new Runway Agent 2.0 to try it out. here's how it went: → it generated the music and the key image first, so I could approve the direction → once I gave the ok, it built the full video around it → and when something was off, i changed just that one piece, without redoing the rest one prompt, and I had the ad we needed, work that used to take weeks. this is what it made 👇 if you want to try it → · 30% off 3 months with code RUNWAYAGENT — made with Runway · #MadeWithRunway · #adshow more

Back at my mom’s house I was sitting in... the living room playing video games in my my underwear, I was around 12 years old and ever body was working until about 5pm so I still had a few hours before anybody was there. I usually kept the doors locked but the front door wasn’t locked, I just didn’t know that yet. I walked into the kitchen to grab a snack and a drink. I didn’t know that a family of three people just walked into the house. I came back holding a bag of chips and a drink and I saw two people standing there and another one just sitting on the couch like they were supposed to be there. My 12 year old brain couldn’t comprehend what was happening and I ran out of the house and to the neighbors house. I finally calmed down and told her what was happening, she grabbed her husband and went over there, I’m surprised they didn’t call the police first. The people in the house told the neighbor that they were friends of my dad and they were visiting from Pittsburgh. My neighbor called my dad at the restaurant and confirmed he knew them. He ended up leaving the restaurant and coming back early. His friends confused what days he was off from work and decided to come by and visit unannounced. He also told them it wasn’t a good idea to just walk in and that even though they were friends they should always knock on the door. I had never met these people before so I thought it was some kind of home invasion, it scared me. But from that point on I always made sure the doors were locked and that I was dressed decently just in case of unexpected visitors.show more

So... Vertical tabs are out in Chrome. I thought... it would make me switch back to it, I really thought it was the one thing I needed in Chrome. I currently use Dia , but here's the thing. In comparison, the implementation of vertical tabs in Chrome is just awful. It barely changed since I saw it in beta. I thought it would greatly improve during the beta phase, but it did not. So here's everything I dislike about it compared to Dia: 1. It's super laggy. 2. When collapsed, the sidebar moves down, meaning the position of the expand/collapse button shifts down too, making it much harder to find. (I ironically couldn't find the first few seconds of the video specifically because of that) 3. No keyboard shortcut to expand/collapse. 4. Collapsed doesn't move the tabs out of view, they are just tiny. 5. The amount of tabs per line in the grid of pinned tabs is not adjusted depending on the number of tabs. 6. In collapsed mode, all the pinned tabs are now in a column, which can push the actual tabs quite far down. ----- It's just awful. It was built into Chrome as a way to just say "hey we also have vertical tabs!" But the UX is simply awful. This has to be the worst implementation of vertical tabs I've seen so far yet, sadly. For comparison, I'm also showing how Dia handles vertical tabs.show more

A ton of people on this app claim to... be Andrew Tate’s top marketer But have they been vouched by Andrew Tate AND Luc Tate on multiple occasions? Has Luc told everyone to ‘read this 100 times’ to a lesson they wrote? NEVER, in reality, 99% of them were just affiliates that barely made any money marketing for him or had a few good days here and there and then decided to claim that they were a top marketer lol And they ALL know that I was the #1 marketer because they learnt from me or through someone else that has learnt from me I was the first guy to come into the marketing group in 2022 at age 13 and run up a Tate account to 500k followers, 80M+ views in the FIRST month… Causing everyone to ask me questions, copying my style, to the point where where Luc took me on personally and I was giving out free lessons in the group constantly I was constantly hitting $2k+ days, some days even $20k+ when we were running FOMO marketing campaigns I am one of the biggest pioneers of clipping so I can instantly spot BS clipping advice when I see it and I am not shy to call it out… And I’ve seen TOO MUCH clipping slop on X recently, which is why I’m back to show everyone how to actually do this properly Clipping is the most profitable form of marketing when done right and I will drop ALL of the sauce in my new clipping telegram channel: Get in ASAP before I make it privateshow more

This video of me was taken the moment that... God fully entered me and I fully allowed God in. God hasn’t left since. I had danced around it for a while, still processing conditioning that God was a religious word, a heavy word. I had to untangle some stuff before being able to call God by name, directly, without flinching, without sarcasm. I can’t believe I have this moment on film. The person filming was a non-believer - He believed God was an oppressive Christian force, a cult leader, a fairytale, a problem. So I kept quiet. Seconds after this video, twisting the water out of my hair and getting my clothes back on, I turned away from him and muttered in quiet prayer to myself “I love God … I love God… I love… God. Thank you”. I was finally able to say it with my whole being in that moment. Heart bursting. I finally understood who God was. I wanted to share it with my friend so bad in the moment but I couldn’t. I knew where he stood. Hours later, I told him about my God moment. I played it off a bit for my skeptical audience, implying that the cold plunge made me so high and faint that I was talking to God. But I knew in my heart what was happening. How real it was. “Should I be worried?” He responded. Then he went on to tell me a story about how a woman approached him on the beach last week and tried to convert him to Christianity with some pamphlets.show more

This woman was going out and decided to pull... into a dark road on the side of the highway that doesn’t get much traffic. She pulls her car over and gets sets up a camera and gets out so that she could do a “fit check” to make sure her outfit looks nice. There was a man who was walking away from her, as soon as she turned her back, he turned around and started walking towards her. She should have been more aware of what was happening around her. I think the man was hoping she would stick around longer, that’s why he turned back around. Wouldn’t you pick a more busy place to do something like this instead of a remote road away from traffic. In college sometimes I was working some odd jobs to make ends meet so I didn’t have to take out a loan. That meant sometimes I was walking back to the apartment at night, most of the time it was busy and there were people still walking around in the middle of the night, getting food or trying to make it home. It was a colder night than usual, the fall goat was warning me that winter was coming. Colder nights meant less people out and about. On the way home I was going to swing by the corner store to grab something to eat so I wouldn’t have to cook. As I was walking out I saw that there were a group of people at the corner, just hanging out and having a smoke, it was dark and I couldn’t see how many there was. I turned around and went back into the store. I let the clerk know and he looked out to see what was going on and he saw them too. He said to be careful because sometimes gang members like to hang out by that corner. I couldn’t call the police because they technically weren’t doing anything but I wasn’t about to find out either. I ended up waiting until they left about 15 minutes later.c then I proceeded to walk home, but not without looking behind me to make sure I wasn’t being followed.show more

❤️DO YOU REALLY KNOW KIM SEOKJIN? If you know... more about him, read this❤️ Op introducing a comment found on Kian’s B& B YouTube It’s 2019 KBS Song Festival BTS Stages she ‘s talking about, and here’s the video clip of the jacket moment, watch SeokJin at the end of the clip! 🗣️ I am writing this comment because I want to record something I remember about SeokJin ☺️ In the winter of the year the pandemic hit, the last year-end before the pandemic, I was lucky enough to win a spot for the pre-recording of a year-end stage, and I spent almost 5 to 6 hours with BTS. What was even luckier was that my assigned spot was in top 10%, so I was quite close to the stage. That year, the time given to BTS for the year-end stage was over 30 minutes, it was like a mini concert. They did pre-recordings for several songs while changing the stage sets and also did rehearsal for the next day’s live broadcast, so I was able to watch them closely for a long time. And the one who left the strongest impression on me, even more than my bias, was SeokJin. When the PD-nim had messages or directions to convey to the members about the stage, or when he had something to discuss, he mostly communicated with SeokJin. And SeokJin took on the role of relaying all the messages to the other members. While managing the stage, if there were small details like, for example, if a jacket taken off during the performance was left there when it might get caught on camera and look messy, so make sure to throw it over to the back of the set, things like that. Jin relayed all those messages and directions to the members, and if there were members who couldn’t follow that direction, he quietly took care of small details behind the scenes, like quickly tossing away the jacket that was left behind when the camera was on other members. He was handling those little details behind the scene quietly alone with care, that was my impression. Even though he's the eldest, he's not the leader, not the main vocalist, nor the choreography leader, so when BTS is all together, I personally feel that the spotlight rarely shines on him. Also, since he's not the type of hyung who bosses around other members, saying, "I'm your senior," it’s probably not easy for SeokJin to leave a strong impression (*to casual viewers/general public) But the deeper you look into BTS, the more you see that SeokJin is a true gem, quietly working behind the scenes and taking good care of his younger members with a genuinely beautiful heart. While watching SeokJin for hours in moments that weren’t captured on camera, what I felt was that he’s truly sincere, attentive and meticulous, leading by examples with a strong sense of responsibility. And while taking care of everything like that, he’s not interested in taking credit for the things he did, he just quietly accomplished everything without drawing attention, his presence was like salt and light, I felt. I think this is why there are so many heartwarming stories about SeokJin in the entertainment industry. Seeing his good characters that I saw get recognized in detail through this variety show, and feeling like many people will come to appreciate his integrity, somehow it makes me feel really happy. #Jin #방탄소년단진 #진 방탄소년단show more

There’s something about a midnight motorcycle POV that just... hits differently. Getting a real camera anywhere near a bike moving at this speed would be a whole production on its own, so I decided to build the shot in Dreamina instead. The updated Dreamina AI Web experience brings their updated canvas and a ton of viral video Workflows and Skills of viral videos across film, brand ads, social media, and other scenes. For this one, I went with a director Skill built around 360° motion tracking. Once the movement was locked in, I could focus on shaping the ride itself and pushing the shot into that full-speed, cinematic feeling.show more

Today I had my first demo drive in a... Tesla. It was also my first time ever sitting in one. This was the first car I’ve ever sat in the driver’s seat of where I didn’t touch the steering wheel for over 20 miles. Before I even got to the car, the people who had demoed it before me were an older married couple who were absolutely euphoric. They thought it was so cool that the car could drive itself. The Tesla employee told me this happens all the time. People come back from demo drives and tell the next test driver that they’re about to have an amazing experience. Little did I know, I’d end up carrying on the torch to the next couple demoing it after me. There was a ton of construction where I demoed the car, and FSD handled the entire drive extremely well. And yes, it can go through a drive-thru and stop at each window. The only thing I had to do was tap the pedal because it wouldn’t leave on its own, but it was still wild seeing the AI stop perfectly at the second window and wait. There are a million things I could write about why a Tesla feels like a better car and how much more it offers compared to a regular car. But for now, I’ll stick to FSD. There were only two moments that made me a little uneasy. The first was pretty minor. The car slightly hesitated going up a driveway, but quickly made up its mind. The second was more noticeable. I didn’t realize the car was nagging me. Once I touched the steering wheel, nothing happened, so I pulled it right a little harder, then let go. After that, the car turned left and crossed a double yellow on a backroad. (and yes I know you can sue the volume knob) I’m not totally sure if it was trying to pull over or what it was doing. I wanted to see how it would handle the situation, but there were cars coming, so I took over and corrected it. One of the coolest moments was when I thought FSD was glitching because it came to a complete stop in the middle of a busy road. Then I looked around and realized why. On the right side, there was a bicyclist waiting at a yellow crosswalk. The cars behind me didn’t honk, and the Tesla stopping actually incentivized another car in the right lane to stop and let him pass. The car is almost too nice to pedestrians, because 99.999% of humans would’ve blown through that, especially with no flashing light. For 99.9% of the drive, the car navigated confidently and smoothly. It was a real “feel the AGI” moment. Please do not let the media, the general public, or anyone else convince you that this technology is just some kind of auto assist or glorified cruise control. This is undoubtedly getting extremely close to feeling superhuman. You still have to pay attention to the road, but after experiencing it myself, I’d be shocked if HW4 Teslas aren’t unsupervised within the next couple years. The car was extremely smooth. There was no harsh braking, and it even avoided something in the road that I didn’t see. Driving with FSD made me realize I probably wasn’t driving as well as I could be. Hopefully, eventually, everyone’s car can be as mindful as a Tesla. I’ve never seen a brand so far removed from the public’s sentiment. I’m so happy I ordered one.show more

IS THIS A CALIBRATION DEMO OR A MODEL PLAYING... ROBOT? Guy in a black hoodie performs a detailed diagnostic on a girl in an underground parking lot. Dark bob, "Dangerously Beautiful" chest tattoo, brown strap top, leopard glitter shorts. He turns her head by the chin, slides fingers across her face, adjusts her straps, snaps fingers right before her eyes, slaps her cheek lightly, and adjusts her chain. She holds her gaze fixed. Synthetic posture. Zero reaction. Real or fake? Watch first, decide, then read. - Case for AI / silicone humanoid The finger-snap test mirrors optical tracking diagnostics used on vision sensors. The light slap on her cheek looks like an impact-absorption and skin-rebound test. Her eyes don't track his hand movements at all - they remain locked on a single coordinate in space like an uncalibrated optical unit. - Case for a real person Watch the center of gravity when he adjusts her chain necklace and shoulder straps. There is a micro-adjustment in her collarbone and neck muscles to stay balanced. The metallic fabric of her leopard shorts reflects ambient parking lot light with tiny shifts that correspond to subtle muscle tension in her legs. - The answer is in the last two seconds Unlike clips where the subject breaks character with a laugh, she maintains full doll-like immobility through the entire sequence. However, the organic movement of her hair around her ears when his fingers brush past gives away the natural weight and friction of human hair versus synthetic fibers. She's a real model executing a flawless statue hold. - Which is actually the interesting part The test sequence - snapping fingers, turning the head, checking facial displacement - mimics the exact staging robotics developers use at public field tests. By applying that protocol to a human in a casual setting, the video tricks viewers into applying diagnostic scrutiny to a real person. - What this signals for the content lane The "calibration check" format is replacing standard fit-checks and outfit videos. Viewers will rewatch the clip three or four times looking for a micro-blink or a throat pulse. It converts casual scrolling into an active inspection, giving the video maximum completion metrics in the algorithm.show more

My girlfriend of several years asked me to go... ring shopping with her this weekend. I replied, "respectfully babe, i love you, but no." Here's why ↓ When i asked about the motivation behind going, she revealed that it wasn't about finding out the size of her ring (which most girls apparently already know). It was actually to see how each stone size and shape looked on her particular finger. Also, the ring people she wanted to make appointments at were over an hour away. obviously way too far I then remembered that with @windsurf , I could quickly vibe code an API wrapper app that uses an image-to-image model that can take a picture of her hand as an input, and then virtually try-on different stones on her finger. And then as of yesterday, Windsurf enabled App Deploys that would allow me to deploy my api wrapper app to the internet in less than a minute so i could share it with my girlfriend I imagine I'm not the only person going through this situation so you can also visit the site at There's no auth and anyone can use it! I've loaded about $10 into my api account and each run costs me $0.01 so feel free to use it but please don't abuse it lolshow more

My first offer for my first job in tech... was part-time as an intern making $12.00/hr. I was a 46-year-old man with a wife, kids, and a mortgage but I accepted it. I had no idea days later I'd be called for an additional interview and as a result of that interview have the offer bumped up to a fulltime role. I had no idea but I was willing to take the leap. I'm sharing pieces of the offer letter because Claire Huxtable said "let the record show" 😂. I was so excited I started to make the video below. While I never finished the video, I have taken advantage of numerous opportunities since then to tell my story and share an example for other adults considering a transition into a technical career. Some relevant things in this short clip is that it is filmed from the "lonely loft" I've spoken of in numerous podcasts and Twitter spaces. You'll see a goals board behind me which I have spoken about many times as well. Those stories aren't fairy tales; this is my life. You'll notice on the board a goal of being hired in 2017. I didn't make it. I 100% did not achieve that goal. But I kept going and that's all I want to share with someone who may need encouragement today. No matter where someone may appear to me, often there's so many bumps in the road, setbacks, and letdowns that they may or may not choose to share. Don't YOU go feeling down in the dumps because of setbacks - we all have them. ALL OF US. Keep learning, building, teaching, pressing, pushing, strategizing, applying, relating, growing, and most importantly, KEEP GOING.show more
