Yesterday someone suggested I create a fight between Alucard... and Drolta Tzuentes using Kling AI 2.6. I usually work with Text to Video, but in this case I had to use Image to Video. The base image is a fusion of two images created in Niji and combined with GPT Image 1.5. Then I added the right prompt to give the fight speed and dynamism. MiniMax H3 Instead of sharing the prompts for each... of these videos, I thought it would be more useful to share how I created that prompts. All of the videos were generated with text-to-video. First, find an image with the kind of scene, composition and mood you want to recreate. I used a few YouTube playlist thumbnails as references but Pinterest is also a great place to find inspiration. You can even use your own old or nostalgic photographs. Then upload the image to ChatGPT and ask it to describe the scene. The description it gives you can essentially become your text-to-video prompt. From there, you can generate completely new scenes with a similar composition, atmosphere and cinematic language. You can of course use the reference image directly with image-to-video or as a first frame. But if the original image isn't yours, I prefer using it only as visual inspiration and recreating the scene through text-to-video. This is the prompt I use with ChatGPT: "Describe the scene in this image in English, focusing primarily on what is happening, the characters, their actions and body language, the setting and the overall atmosphere. Also briefly describe the composition, framing, camera angle, approximate lens choice, lighting, color palette and cinematic aesthetic. Burned 200k tokens just for "animations" and still AI... couldn't do it well. I tried one of the expert animation design engineer's, Emil Kowalski's Agent Skill on my website to improve animation using Grok 4.5 It analyzed the UI, found issues, came up with a good plan, and iterated multiple times. The end result actually made parts of the UX worse. Also, it never suggested the animation experience I had in mind. So I explained exactly how I wanted it to feel. It got much closer, but still missed details like applying the same animation during keyboard navigation between cards. That silly. The lesson isn't about the model or the Agent Skill. But it's about, "Even the strongest models can't infer your taste yet." They can't and won't suggest it. AI only executes. You have to define the experience with enough details for it to execute. Otherwise, you'll end up with something that's almost okay, but still not what you wantedshow more

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 on mitte.ai When... using storyboards, I try not to describe every shot in the video prompt as much as possible. To support that, I started adding more details into the storyboards instead. The idea is letting the storyboard carry shot order, pacing, camera logic and continuity while keeping the video prompt simpler. Still experimenting with it but results feel promising.
