HDC has put speed bumps across Hulhumale public roads... like it is some university campus/parking lot. Who came up with this genius idea? Speed bumps are for places where vehicles crawl at 10 km/h like parking lots, campuses, private lanes. They are not designed for main public roads. On real roads, they’re not just an inconvenience, they’re a danger. Every bump smashes riders and passengers, especially vulnerable people like pregnant women. Driving in Europe is simply a delight, I am... badly madly in love with their roads, well maintained rental cars and the god level driving sense. 0 horn, driving is so effortless that I have driven 500+ km in last 24 hours and don’t feel a bit of it. No random breaking, while on the fast lane if you get closer to the car in-front (closer in europe means a space where in India another 6 cars, 2 auto and 10 motorcycles will fit in) the car will automatically change lanes for you to pass. Indicators everywhere, I still remember last time I did a 500 km tour in India my blood vessels and life, everything were threatened 🫣🥴 Roads have all the signs throughout be it village or highway. ⚠️ Caution to Mokila HMDA Plot Bidders ⚠️ Upcoming... Mokila HMDA auction is on 29th June & 30th June and I visited the site today, and here are my thoughts. The HMDA layout is shaping up very well. The development quality looks good, and the internal roads and overall planning appear to be done to a decent standard. However, the current approach roads are a major concern. • The approach road from Mokila Main Road / Waterford Villas side is decent initially, but remember it is only a 30 ft road, and nearly 1 km towards the end is still a kacha road. • The Kollur approach road is currently in a pathetic condition. • The third access road, which was probably operational earlier via the Aparna venture side, is now closed. Though the brochure mentions 3 HMDA planned approach roads, none of them are actually under progress or visibly planned on ground as of now. Personally, I would not recommend bidding beyond ₹65,000 per sq yard at the current stage. There are other options like Gachibowli County and JB Ventures plots directly on the RR7 Extension Road in the ₹55K–₹60K range, with much better connectivity and just 10–12 minutes from the Kollur exit. It doesn’t make much sense to invest ₹70K–₹80K+ without a proper and dependable approach road.show more

The Karakurt is unquestionably the best option for corvettes up to 1,000 tons, but I would also like to highlight the Swedish Visby, which also has a defense system with a 20 km radius using Umkhonto-IR and features advanced stealth technology. Although the Visby is more modern, the cost of the Karakurt is highly relevant, along with its combat range. Kitten update #8: The kitties are back home! Everyone... is getting very strong and active now. I forgot to take their weights this morning so I'll have to do it before the next feeding, but I'm confident everyone is continuing to gain. We started adding in some wet food today. I mixed up a slurry with some of the formula and stuck it in a syringe with a nipple on it. Nobody took to it right away except gray tuxedo, who loved it, but everyone else got some squirted in while they were chewing on the milk nipple and then they loved it. Well, except for dark tortie, which is a little ironic since she is by far the biggest little monster of the litter, but I guess she's done so well on the formula she's not interested in making a change yet. Butts are all looking SO much better now that I stopped using the wet wipes. However, we have now started to have some concerns about little to no pooping. Dark tortie hasn't pooped for 24 hours so I eliminated the yogurt from the formula and am crossing my fingers for some action before the end of the day or back to the vet she goes. I don't know how long they'll let me play with their tummies like this but it sure is fun for now!show more

Hello Tata Motors I purchased a Tata Nexon EV... (30 kWh battery pack) on 10 February 2024 for around ₹18 Lakhs. Tata claimed a range of 325 KM, but throughout my ownership I NEVER received more than 175 KM on a full charge. Now the condition has become even worse. My battery drains so fast that I can barely drive 90 KM per charge. After reporting this issue, even the service center admitted there is a battery problem. At the time of purchase, Tata Motors clearly promised an 8-year / 160,000 KM battery warranty and assured us that defective batteries would be replaced with NEW ones. But now, when the issue has actually occurred, they are trying to replace my battery with a REFURBISHED (second-hand) battery instead of a new one. I raised this issue in February 2026. It has been months, and despite continuous follow-ups, there is still no battery replacement and no proper response from Tata Motors. What is more shocking is that Tata keeps blaming driving habits for the poor range. But according to THEIR OWN meter, my average consumption over the last 6434 KM is 91 Wh/KM, which technically should deliver around 329 KM range. Yet in reality, I never received anything close to that. To make things worse, the car makes frightening noises while charging. Honestly, it feels unsafe and scary, as if something could go seriously wrong at any moment. And when I asked Tata about exchanging this problematic vehicle, they offered only ₹5 Lakhs for a well-maintained 1.5-year-old car purchased for ₹18 Lakhs. Is this a joke? My demands are simple: 1. Provide a BRAND NEW battery replacement instead of a refurbished battery. 2. Offer a fair replacement/exchange value for the vehicle. This has been the worst ownership experience of my life.
