In response, the people of Turbat closed their shops and roads to raise their voices against the killing of innocent civilians. Instead of respecting this peaceful expression of solidarity, the Turbat Police, Assistant Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner used pressure to force shopkeepers to reopen their businesses. Shops were forcibly opened, and locks were broken to prevent people from observing the strike. Yet, intimidation could not silence Turbat. Nikos NikosChristodoulides, President of the European Council António Costa António Costa, and President of the European Commission Ursula Ursula von der Leyen. We discussed many topics. The key points were the priorities of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU; defense support for Ukraine from EU member states, including strengthening air defense, combat aviation, and drone production; and real progress in negotiations on Ukraine’s EU accession. We also addressed further cooperation on a reparations-based loan to restore Ukraine’s financial stability. I value all the support and thank our partners for their engagement in the work on achieving a dignified peace. Today I joined Right to Roam and 400 people... today in a mass swim trespass at Kinder Reservoir in the Peak District. The event was in commemoration of the anniversary of the Kinder Scout Mass Trespass, but with a very modern & pressing issue of access. How can it be that United Utilities can prevent us from swimming in the rivers & lakes that we are legally allowed to swim in by pouring sewage in them, but then forbid us from swimming in ‘their’ reservoir (which was given to them at privatisation) instead? So, with hundreds of others, I ignored the United Utilities security guard & had a cold but thrilling trespass swim in the sunshine among the rolling green hills of the Peak District, to demand the right to swim.show more

In our Anthropic Claude Design study, 5 designers approved... a design system before they typed their first prompt. >Brand palette >type system >components the whole thing all set up. Only 1 of them named any of it in their opening prompt. That designer was the only one to finish production-ready. The other 4 assumed Claude would carry the system over. It didn't. TLDR: Claude doesn't reliably carry the design system you just approved. If you don't name it in the prompt, it doesn’t exist. It's never been a better time to be a designer, but you must learn the art of the prompt.show more
