What did Karen Read do immediately after finding out... John O'Keefe had passed away? Well, she texted Brian Higgins, of course. In leaked text messages with propagandist and activist Aidan Kearney, Read states she found out John had died at noon. This fits with the evidence and timeline at trial of Read being sectioned at her father's request as well as Read and her father's versions of events of Bill Read telling his daughter at Good Samaritan Hospital that John had passed as relayed in Vanity Fair. Brian Higgins testified that Read texted him at 11:54am "John died" as shown in the below video with text. What an odd thing for a grieving, innocent partner to do. 📌Remember when we were told there was Ring video... proving Karen Read hit John O’Keefe? That evidence never materialized in court. Instead, jurors saw Ring footage from John’s driveway showing Karen leaving to search for him hours later. The prosecution did not produce Ring video showing Karen striking John at 34 Fairview. For a case that was supposed to be backed by overwhelming evidence, one of the most talked-about pieces of “proof” simply never appeared. Now we’re hearing from a witness, who was sequestered during the first Karen Read trial, that they say former MSP Trooper Michael Proctor’s reports contained statements they never made. According to those witnesses, they told ADA Adam Lally about the discrepancies. It was ignored. What’s even more striking? During opening statements, the Commonwealth told the jury they would hear from at least one of those witnesses… but that witness was never called. Why promise testimony to the jury, then never present it after being told the witness disputed what was attributed to them in an investigative report? The integrity of any investigation depends on accurate reports. If witnesses are now saying their statements were misrepresented, those allegations deserve scrutiny. The FBI also has Colin’s data and knows where he was. Full stop. According to Karen Read and her defense team Ally also traveled 12 miles in 154 seconds that night—that’s 280 mph. One of the most egregious moments from trial one... is captured here. On re-direct, Lally asks why Proctor doesn’t like David Yannetti and he starts in on a long LYING narrative. A side bar commenced, the jury was dismissed, but Aunty Bev wanted to note for the record Yannetti’s reaction and scold him. Ma’am, you literally have Peggy O’Keefe all but jumping the rail of the gallery with her theatrics towards the defense team with the jury seated DIRSCTLY across from her during this spectacle. It is hard to know what to believe, but... if true, this juror broke their oath over the last 2 months, and despite the facts that show Karen Read is Guilty, it seems the process was rigged early on. My worst fear was stealth jurors in this case. I have always contended that the jury should have been picked from Boston, not from Norfolk County where FKR ran amock. Albert, Brian Albert, & Brian Higgins came from David Yannetti and a meeting he had with PI Steve Scanlon wherein David Yanetti claims Scanlon told him Brian & Colin beat John O'Keefe. The problem? As evidenced by the 2nd half of the video during which Aidan Kearney illegally wiretaps Scanlon, Scanlon said he never told Yanetti that. He didn't even know the names Colin Albert or Brian Higgins. This is also repeated in the court filings of Aidan's case. If David Yannetti lied to the court, he's in serious trouble post adjudication of the Read case.
