U.S. Patent 6,506,148 is titled "Nervous System Manipulation by... Electromagnetic Fields from Monitors.” It describes a method for influencing a human subject's nervous system through the use of electromagnetic fields emitted by devices like computer monitors and television sets. 📡📺💻 The inventor, Hendricus G. Loos, suggests that pulsing the images on these displays at specific frequencies can trigger physical responses through sensory resonance. ⚠️ These subtle pulses can be integrated directly into video content or layered over an existing signal to interact with a viewer's skin. 📹📱⚡ Remarkably, the technology is designed to function even when the visual fluctuations are subliminal, meaning they are too faint for the user to see or consciously perceive. 👀 Ultimately, the system aims to remotely manipulate human bodies by using everyday hardware as a transmission device for electromagnetic stimulation. And the scariest part? This patent has been public since 2003. So why is this important to understand? Your nervous system runs the show. 🧠⚡ It controls your immune system, hormones, digestion, detox, and sleep. Every healing response starts there. If you’re stuck in stress mode, your body stays in survival and cannot repair. 🚨 Healing isn’t just chemical. It’s electrical. ⚡🧬 You can eat clean and take supplements, but if your nervous system is overloaded, healing slows down. That alone should make us more mindful about nervous system health. Excess screen time, stress, artificial light, and constant stimulation can disrupt sleep, mood, and physiology. 😴📱🌙 Instead of fear: 📵 Limit screens before bed 🌙 Use blue-light filters ☀️ Prioritize sunlight, grounding, and sleep 💧 Support detox pathways 🛡️ Strengthen your biology 🧠 Awareness matters. Discernment matters more. Don’t let screen time hijack your nervous system. You Can Heal Yourself With Nature Movement - By... moving our body we give strength to our muscles, promote blood flow and lymphatic flow enhancing the delivery of nutrients and the removal of waste products. We also create a piezoelectric effect that energises the system. Breathing - The delivery of air into the body through intentional conscious breathing is one of the most powerful modalities for nervous system renewal, mental peace and the delivery of oxygen to the body and the removal of carbonic acid buildup from the system Sunshine - It’s my belief that the more sunlight we absorb without sunscreen, the healthier we will become. A tan looks good because it is healthy and every part of your body thrives when sunlight touches it delivering blood flow as well as a high frequency and energy Grounding - Existing in connection with the earth’s electrical fields resets everything about our energy, reduces inflammation and promotes the movement of proper channels such as detox - it’s a fantastic practice to be connected to nature. Green light - When sunlight moves through trees and leaves we receive Green light by which is very healing and high in near infrared light, in fact it is one of the most healing modalities to absorb in your skin particularly if you have any abrasions or wounds - even more powerful than red light . Fresh air - The first nutrient, having fresh air that is rich in oxygen is absolutely imperative to health and you should always have all of your windows open in the house if possible when not outside. Positive thinking - Whatever you think, shall become and having and cultivating a positive mindset that intentionally brings you positive energy is one of the cornerstones to great health. You can think yourself into sickness and you can think yourself into health so choose to view the world in a positive light and so it’ll be for you.show more

🚨 SCIENTISTS ARE USING AI TO MAP A HIDDEN... “CLEANING SYSTEM” INSIDE THE HUMAN BRAIN AND IT COULD CHANGE HOW WE UNDERSTAND SLEEP, AGING, AND NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASE. It’s called the glymphatic system a vast network of fluid channels that flushes toxic waste from the brain while you sleep. For years it was almost impossible to observe in detail. Now AI-powered imaging is revealing it like a living galaxy of microscopic rivers and pathways inside neural tissue. Why this matters: Your brain produces toxic proteins constantly. The glymphatic system is one of its primary waste-clearance mechanisms clearing the very proteins linked to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other neurodegenerative diseases. But here’s the unsettling part: This cleaning system becomes dramatically less efficient with age, poor sleep, stress, and brain injury. Sleep may not just “rest” your mind it may literally wash your brain. The deeper implication is staggering: The brain isn’t just a computer. It’s a dynamic, living network that constantly rebuilds and cleanses itself in real time. The more we map it, the more it looks like an entire universe of connected energy flows inside our skulls. What if some neurological diseases begin when the brain can no longer properly “wash” itself at night? Follow for more frontier neuroscience and future technology.show more

Just because your baby’s eyes are open doesn’t necessarily... mean they’re awake. And the same holds true in reverse. Weird, right? During active (or REM) sleep it’s not uncommon for your baby to open their eyes for brief periods, to make noises, and to move their body actively. The (open eyes) phenomenon, known as psychological lagophthalmos, is common in newborns and may be attributable in part to immaturity of their central nervous system. The important thing here is not to be too quick to assume your little one has finished sleeping just because their eyes open. This video is a great example. Baby’s eyes are partially open, but he is in the midst active sleep (which comprises half or more of each newborn sleep cycle). Likewise, there are situations where your child may appear to be asleep, but isn’t. Particularly in bright, noisy, or otherwise overstimulating environments your child may feign sleep (when they are feeling overwhelmed) as a sort of defense mechanism. This is called habituation. And while it may look like sleep it does not provide the same restorative benefits - and often concludes with prolonged periods of crying as a sort of stress relief. Long story short, you can’t always judge your baby’s level of alertness from their eyes alone - so be sensitive and observant in both circumstances. (And if you suspect your baby is habituating due to overstimulation, try to get them to an environment better suited to their needs.) This little one was shared to TT by laura.sunday.show more

Your twin flame is never absent from you, even... when the physical world goes quiet. Beyond the 3D personality and circumstances, the connection lives in the 5D field of consciousness, where separation does not exist. This is why many twin flames feel their counterpart most strongly at night. When the mind releases control and the nervous system softens, the soul returns to its natural state of union. In sleep, the filters of fear, doubt, and ego loosen, allowing the higher selves to meet without resistance. In the 5D, communication does not rely on words or physical presence. It moves through sensation, knowing, and energetic exchange. This is why dreams can feel more real than waking life, why you may wake up with emotions, clarity, or a deep sense of peace that did not come from thought. These moments are not imagination. They are the result of an ongoing soul dialogue that continues regardless of distance, silence, or external conditions. The bond is active because it is not maintained by effort, but by shared consciousness. Understanding this brings stability to the journey. You are not waiting for connection to begin, nor are you losing it during periods of separation. The 5D union is constant, and it quietly supports your growth, healing, and awakening. When you trust this, the need to chase signs or reassurance fades. The connection becomes something you live from within, not something you search for outside of yourself. ~ Twinflamesinfinity ✨🙌🏽💫show more

Is the Circuit Breaker hack worth it? Much more... than anyone admits. In fact, it could be the missing link you’ve been searching for. If you’ve been sick for a while & nothing seems to move the needle, then you have to look at the one place your body is supposed to do its deepest work YOUR SLEEP. Because if your sleep is broken, your healing is broken. The Melatonin Connection Most people think of melatonin as a “sleep hormone.” But that’s just the surface. It’s actually: - Built in the day by sunlight exposure🌞 - Released at night to coordinate your sleep - One of the most powerful antioxidants in your body..stronger than most supplements you could buy - And it’s directly disrupted by man-made EMFs That’s right. It’s a night hormone but made in the day. So if you live indoors all day under blue light & then sleep in a sea of nnEMFs at night, You’re killing melatonin on both ends. When melatonin is suppressed, 2 critical repair programs become inefficient: - apoptosis = cell's controlled self-destruction - autophagy = cell's recycling & cleaning system which means your body doesn’t repair or regenerate properly. And all of this happens at night while you’re sleeping. Most people think they’re fine because they “turn off the WiFi” or “keep the phone in airplane mode” That's a good first step.. but far from enough. Because even when your devices are off, your walls are still radiating nnEMFs The wires inside your bedroom walls are carrying ELF-EMFs (extremely low frequency fields) & Dirty electricity. That invisible noise is penetrating your body while you sleep. If you live in a high rise with hundreds of neighbours, it’s even worse. and not everyone has the luxury of moving their bed 6-8 ft away from the walls. The Solution? It might sound old school, even extreme. But it works Trip the Circuit Breaker. Flip the switch & kill the power to your bedroom, at least during the hours you’re sleeping. It’s one of the simplest ways to drastically reduce your nighttime EMF load. It's simple but not EASY. Would you do it?show more

Infant sleep can be such a tricky thing. Just... as soon as you get reaccustomed to resting through the night, all of a sudden your baby reverts to waking multiple times a night. Welcome to the 8 month sleep regression. Interruptions in sleep patterns often coincide with the development of new skills and somewhere around 8 months you’re due for the biggest of them all. That’s because your baby is becoming mobile - and putting all the skills together to roll, crawl, and even pull to a stand in their crib. For infants this is a HUGE breakthrough. Imagine having spent your entire life mostly stationary, with your ability to pursue your own interests - or even adjust your view - subject to the whims of a caregiver. Somewhere between 6-9 months most babies begin discovering a host of new abilities. And let’s face it, some of them are a lot more entertaining than sleep. The good news (at 3am) is that the novelty here is temporary…but there are some important ways you can help your baby to navigate this period safely. Perhaps the most important one is illustrated in this video. And that’s adjusting the height of your child’s crib mattress to its lowest level. With newborns and immobile infants, it’s often convenient to elevate their mattress so they can be placed into and retrieved from the crib more easily. But when your baby begins pulling to a stand it’s critical that you lower their mattress to prevent accidental falls. Babies are top heavy and can easily go tumbling out without such adjustments. You may also find that your baby masters pulling to a stand faster than they master sitting back down - which can create a crib dilemma and a need for assistance. You can navigate through this phase more quickly by providing lots of wakeful practice in both standing and sitting, which may involve gently guiding your little one to bend their legs at the knee - or even placing an appealing toy on the ground near their feet to incentivize sitting back down. As for the sleep regression, it’ll be over before you know it. And while it can be frustrating in the middle of the night, think of it as a breakthrough. Your baby is reaching new developmental milestones - and about to go fully mobile. This sweet little guy was shared to IG by fesgheliha_.show more

Tara Swart, a neuroscientist, spent years studying a discovery... that changes how we understand perception: your brain doesn't simply receive reality, it predicts it. Your brain builds a model of what it expects based on past experiences, then compares incoming sensory information to that model. If the information matches, it feels like reality. If it doesn't, the brain often distorts or ignores it. This process is called predictive processing. In other words, you're living through a forecast before you're living through reality. The implication is profound. Your experience of the world isn't the world itself, it's your nervous system's prediction of it. If your brain learned the world is unsafe, you'll constantly notice threats. If it learned you're capable, you'll naturally notice opportunities. The environment may be the same. The prediction is different, so the experience is different. Swart explains this process is driven by the default mode network and the brain's reward-prediction system. Together, they create the mental forecast you live by. That forecast becomes self-fulfilling because your behavior follows your expectations. Expect rejection, and you'll interpret neutral situations as rejection. You withdraw. Others respond to your distance. You feel rejected. The brain calls it accurate perception, but neurologically it was a prediction creating evidence for itself. Here's the key insight: changing the outside world isn't enough. Real change happens when you update the prediction your nervous system is running. First, the existing prediction must quiet down so the brain can recognize something new. Most people struggle because the brain keeps searching for evidence that confirms its current model while filtering out everything else.show more

You’re on a journey on this kind of lonely... road with your car and your car suddenly develops a fault, You can’t call for help and your lines can’t be reached due to network issues, what do you do? Except the car will stop and the engine won’t come up again, please reduce your speed and accelerate softly till you get to a nearby town, if it is an overheating issue, keep driving, put the gear in the neutral position and switch off the engine and let the car keep moving, switch it back on when you have to ascend a hilly road and the car can’t move freely on its own again. If the battery signal comes up while driving, chances are that your alternator has failed, or the alternator belt is damaged, apply the same method and switch off your AC, radio system or anything that may drain the battery while driving till you get to a safe place. If it is a flat tyre, maintain a low speed till you get to a safe place to change and use your spare, keep moving. Yes!!! Damage that tyre till you get to a safe place, just keep moving and make sure you have a spare tyre always and it is in a good condition. If the engine suddenly goes off on top speed, chances are that a fuse is damaged and this is why I will make a thread on how to identify different fuses and how to have them fixed temporarily in case of Emergencies. If your car jerks or experiences a lazy movement while driving, it’s likely to be a fuel related issue, fuel pump most likely, switch off the engine intermittently and put the gear in Neutral position, keep moving… if the fuel pump rests for about 5mins, it’ll pick up back when you ignite the engine, this will/may at least take you to a safe place or where you can have access to network to make calls. If you hear strange sounds like knocking sounds or the oil signal starts to blink, relax and reduce your speed, keep moving. Manage it till you get to a safe place or can have access to network. If your gear/transmission system isn’t selecting well, apply the same method, reduce your speed but keep moving, slow movement is better than no movement, your life and safety matters a lot. Please note that there are some Mechanical issues that nothing can solve on the road except patience and just to pray to God for safety and help, for example, you run into a pothole unknowingly and the oil pan hits the road and your engine or gear oil leaks away, or your ball joint or tie rod head pulls out, I’ll suggest you leave the car there, roll up your windows and lock up the car and start trekking till you get network or help, staying with the car may make you vulnerable to attacks or attract unexpected company, just keep walking away from the car for safety. Most importantly, please stay safe and be conscious of your environment. Be friendly with your Mechanic too or any Mechanic you see on the road. Don’t manage faults in cars and risk traveling with it.show more

Andy Burnham has just signalled a major push to... make more welfare benefits conditional. In his interview with Laura Kuenssberg, the Prime Minister was asked directly: “Specifically, as your plans stand, do they include removing benefits from anyone or reducing benefits for anyone?” Burnham replied: “It’s about changing the nature of the support and making some of the support conditional upon people taking opportunities that are presented in front of them.” He’s talking about reforming the system so that support is tied to engaging with available jobs, training or other opportunities, not simply handed out with no strings attached. The welfare bill is costing an absolute fortune and is completely unsustainable. Starmer tried to reform it and it blew up in his face. Burnham is now having a go, let’s hope he actually delivers meaningful change this time. If they really want public support, they should start by stopping foreign nationals from receiving benefits altogether. That single move would have huge backing across the country because far too many people can see the system is being abused. Time for real reform.show more

If you think this is just another silly demo... made with AI, read this post. You might change your mind, because this demo is about MATH. What you see on the screen is not a render from Blender (obviously, it’s not that good). It’s a three.js app built with Toolcraft. Available on the web and rendered in real time(link in the comments). But Blender still has a lot to do with it. Blender has Geometry Nodes - a powerful node-based system for creating and manipulating procedural geometry. In other words, it’s math. And math is a universal language. And who do you think is pretty good at math? >>> AI. Now you can download or buy Blender files from marketplaces, and when they contain Geometry Nodes for procedural animations, objects, surfaces, or effects, you can transfer that logic to the web. Make it real-time, make it interactive. Materials are a separate story, of course. They can still suck unless you use the right tricks: PBR, HDRIs, material blending, displacement, and faked surface relief. So why is Blender important here? Blender is open source, and many tools around it are open source too. An AI trained on their code. That means it can translate the math from one environment to another quite accurately. If you’ve been struggling to reproduce some idea with AI that you had in your head or seen in some references, and it has something to do with Geometry Nodes, and you can find that idea or a close one in the Blender ecosystem - it means you can transfer it to the web. Thank me later.show more

Universities and High Schools have not moved rapidly enough... to guide students to have skills for the next decade. THEY HAVE FAILED. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. Let that sink in. — You and I are far, far ahead of knowing this and we can do two things: 1) Laugh at the “clueless” 2) Help people understand with grace Go to Reddit if you are 1, in fact don’t follow me because you will not like this next decade and what I post. You are 2 and thank you. Even if you and I have not solved this issue, we can help people understand what is ahead and with determination and creativity bound together to solve it locally. Or human family has done this millions of times. The evidence is: you are here. The Neo Luddite movement has not even begun and it will potentially rip apart society even more than all the fashionable moment in the recent past has. These Luddites will have a good point with the wrong answers cooked up by dying academics that cling to labels, “virtues” and victim hood. It will be readymade for some governments to enter in as “big daddy” to “help us”. You will not like what they do, but you will only know when it is too late. It will include YOU “volunteering” to “leave” by 60, to “help out” CanadaPod style. “Brian, I’m 24 what do I do?”. I hope to do much more here to help. But I do know this: 1) Learn a trade or vocation because it’s valuable. It may also be free to low cost if you do it right. 2) Learn everything you can about USING AI and TRAINING YOUR AI. Your expertise will be in the top 1% for a decade. But not forever. 3) Understand Bitcoin and how it will rise while other things sink. This is a short list for now. We will know more moving forward. When you see videos like this posted below, know one thing: Many of these folks had no real family of mental and physical support. Maybe no parent or one parent. Maybe only a broke system to prepare them for—nothing. This was not their doing. Now it is not your “job” to help them, it is your survival to help them if that is what you need. See some day after the dust settles these 20 year olds will be 40 year olds and running YOUR world. And at some point you may need them more than you think you do. You will need them, as they need you now. THIS IS WHAT PAST WISDOM KNEW. The elders of the past never found the need to piss on the youth and hope for the best. THE YOUTH ARE OUR BEST, let us all find ways to change it, even if every aspect of “the system” wants us to berate them into the ground.show more

Read line one and let the video run. Read... line two and let the video run. 1 Green Needle 2 Brainstorm It is the same sound loop. What is true? What’s more is there are only a handful of people that truly understand what is taking place. What is this device? I got this in ~2007 when I discovered that the sound used had the phenomenon I have researched for decades. It is the Bandai Ben 10 Alien Force Ultimate Omnitrix Light & Sound toy. It seems that the show special effect experts in Japan understood this phenomenon and built it into this particular character. I started using this as a demo in ~2007 and some folks were so taken by it over time it became a bit of a social media interest in about 2012. One group of research scientists demanded that I confess this is some sort of trick. 6 hours later they understood it is not a trick. There are elements in the HumanOS that can completely shift your presentation and replication of reality your consciousness believes. Your Reality is but a screen in your mind playing back what your subconscious believes is important. Your awareness is your superpower. Don’t say I will believe it when I see or hear it, because this may be precisely what you should not do. There is something much more profound. I will be writing a lot more about this phenomenon and brainstorm a way to present it so as to limit the impact to be used for ill will and find the green needle.show more

One of the ways the demiurge system tries to... get its claws into you is through the manipulation of your consumer habits. There are spiritual forces that are inherently anti-human and they show themselves in ways that you can observe once you’re aware. The more you participate in them and make “small” exceptions the further you drift away from how God wants you to be. What you see in airport duty-free shops is the expression of that force, telling you you’re not good enough, not pretty enough, not cool enough unless you buy our products, which are 99 times out of 100 a petrochemical, heavily processed and toxic item. Perfumes - endocrine disrupting and carcinogenic chemicals and synthetic mixes sprayed directly onto sensitive areas of the skin and thus absorbed. Skin Creams / Makeup - petrochemical based products that block optimal function of your skin, affecting hormones and mimicking healthy biology, ironically taking you further away from a healthy attractive look. Sunglasses/Sunscreen - blocking the most natural and healing energy that exists, impacting circadian biology negatively and cutting you off from spiritual forces. It is asking you to hand your money over to make you more unhealthy, take you further away from the natural, god-given appearance and health that is in all of us. Once you establish a baseline of understanding of what serves your health and body, you naturally become repulsed by this entire subset of consumerism. Obviously, great products exist, and I am not against spending money on high-quality things. However, you must instinctively see and feel that these particular mainstream products are obviously bad for us and you would do good to stay away from them.show more

Here's a simple explanation of how nnEMFs negatively impact... our health (affect anything from fertility, to hormones, to sleep etc) . We (humans) evolved amid natural low-level, unpolarized ELF/geomagnetic fields and electromagnetic frequencies such as 300GHz, 300MHz or even 60Hz that can be found in sources of nnEMFs ranging from your smartphone all the way to radars and satellites. So unlike native EMFs, which occur naturally from the earth’s magnetic field or sunlight for example, nnEMFs have frequencies, intensities and patterns that differ from those our biology evolved to handle. Some key characteristics of nnEMFs include: -They are classified by frequency (measured in hertz (Hz)) -They include extremely low frequency (ELF) fields (such as 50–60 Hz from power lines), radiofrequency (RF) fields (such as 300 kHz–300 GHz, used in mobile phones and Wi-Fi) and microwave frequencies (such as 2.45 GHz in microwaves). -They (nnEMFs) are polarized and pulsed unlike natural EMFs, which are often unpolarized and continuous. Now the seven key biological mechanisms underlying the negative effects of nnEMFs include: -Oxidative stress. nnEMFs, particularly RF fields, can increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) like superoxide or hydroxyl radicals and cause lipid peroxidation in cells, thus alterling antioxidant enzyme levels (such as superoxide dismutase) and damaging cell membranes, proteins and DNA. -Calcium channel dysregulation. nnEMFs, increase intracellular calcium through voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs). VGCCs are large protein complexes that “open” in response to electrical signals (they open when the membrane depolarizes (becomes less negative)), in order for calcium ions to enter cells (due to its concentration gradient (higher outside than inside cells)) and nnEMFs act as an external electrical stimulus. VGCCs trigger neurotransmitter release (particularly glutamate), initiate contraction in cardiac and skeletal muscle for example, eegulate hormone secretion, control gene expression, enzyme activity and apoptosis. -DNA damage. nnEMFs, may induce single- and double-strand DNA breaks, directly (through energy transfer) or indirectly (through ROS). -Melatonin suppression. This happens possibly by altering neuronal signaling or mimicking some signals of light exposure but human and animal studies show reduced melatonin levels after RFR exposure, particularly at night. -Increasing blood-brain barrier permeability. This is well documented in animal studies that show increased blood-brain barrier leakage after RFR exposure, but it’s true that human research is limited. Yet based on the 4 previous mechanisms that were just discussed this isn’t unlikely and nnEMFs probably increase permeability of endothelial cells in barriers in humans as well, probably through oxidative stress or calcium-mediated tight junction disruption. -Autonomic nervous system dysregulation. It’s documented that nnEMFs alter sympathetic and parasympathetic activity thus affecting heart rate variability and of course, animal studies show even altered neurotransmitter levels. -Disruption of cellular electrical balance. Our cells maintain a negative membrane potential (resting potential) and nnEMFs interfere with ion channels altering membrane potential and disrupting processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction or enzyme function. Then of course there are other ones such as heat shock protein induction for example (cell culture studies show increased HSP expression after EMF exposure, even at non-thermal levels). Now here are some practical suggestions that will help you navigate our nnEMF word better and won’t turn you into a lunatic. Number 1: Limit your exposure to them / distance yourself form them. Without this the rest of the tips won’t really help. But you don’t have to turn into a lunatic while implementing this. Leave devices you’re not using in other rooms, have your phone on airplone mode when you’re not using it/need it, ditch your air pods, close the wifi at night (big one)/when you’re not using it, spend more time in nature instead of watching netflix, don’t be on your phone for no reason, use ethernet cables and so on. Number 2: Go and ground. We carry a constant flow of electrical charge which we week to discharge and if we never do this and thus never restore and maintain the body’s natural electrical state, disease will inevitably happen. The surface of the earth, possesses a limitless and continuously renewed supply of free or mobile electrons as a consequence of a global atmospheric electric circuit. A direct earth connection enables both diurnal electrical rhythms-free electrons to flow from the earth to the body and neutralize the positively charged free radicals. *You can use grounding mats, pads etc if you also use an outlet tester. Number 3: Endogenous glutathione max Glutathione is a substance made from the amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. It is naturally produced in the cytosol (an intracellular matrix) and helps with many processes varying from detoxification, protecting the mitochondria from oxidative stress, heart health and the immune system all the way to thyroid hormone conversion. Number 4: Get enough minerals, vitamin C, E, high quality seafood. Number 5: Glutamate serves a role, but given the effects of nnEMFs on nmda it is a good idea to avoid free forms of glutamate and support GABA. Number 7: Further “lower” intracellular calcium through sunlight, nutrition, supplements and taking care of your thyroid. Nutrition-wise wise you will need: -Magnesium -Vitamin K2 -Glycine -Thiamine (indirectly (CO2 prevents the accumulation of intracellular calcium)) -Vitamin E -Boron -Zinc Number 8: Do not use your electronic devices (iphone, laptop etc) while they are charging. Number 9: Rhodiola might be promising as well.show more

A friend of mine just recently got his first... gun, a striker fired Glock 19. He is terrified to leave a round chambered. To anyone reading this who has this same fear, I want to alleviate your concerns. I'm going to explain why there is nothing to be afraid of. First and foremost, I fully understand your concern. It's not irrational. And you're not stupid for being nervous about a bullet being aimed at your leg with the striker cocked back under spring tension about an 1/8 of an inch from the primer. I get it. I shared this concern when I was new to carrying. But your fear is due to a lack of understanding of the internal safety features of a modern striker fired handgun. On a properly maintained modern striker fired pistol the striker CANNOT hit the primer on the chambered round without the trigger being pulled. Can't. Not shouldn't. Can't. (If you have any good Sig P320 jokes, this is the proper place to share them) There is a block that the striker will hit and stop if it is released without the trigger being depressed. It works just like a lock and key. There is a channel in the blocker that the striker can pass through if it is in the fire position. It only goes into the fire position if the trigger is pulled which pushes the blocker into the fire position. A spring keeps the blocker firmly in the block position until then. The blocker is a solid piece of steel that won't break. And if your gun is securely in a hard sided Kydex holster nothing can move the trigger unless it is unholstered. Many guns like Glocks have a trigger safety that prevents the trigger from moving due to force of dropping. Your finger has to be on the trigger safety to move it. So the gun cannot fire unless you pull the trigger. And it's easy for you to test this safety feature to see how it works! See the video below. You can try to push the striker forward by moving that piece at the back of the slide forward. That piece is the back of the striker. Push it forward and it will stop. The tip won't come out through the breach. You see it trying to come through but it gets stuck. Now push that little button in. That is the actual blocker. When you push it in you will now be able to move the striker forward through the breach and see how it will strike the primer. You can test this easily every time you disassemble your pistol to verify it is still working. You can break this safety feature by removing the blocker or losing the spring. But if it's there it will work. (You would be the first person in firearms history who has ever lost a spring. Literally the first one. It has never happened before. 😐) But it doesn't come out as part of regular maintenance. You have to disassemble the firing assembly to get it out. That won't happen by accident. And if you do that on purpose you should do this blocker test when you reassemble it to make sure the safety feature is working. My video shows a Glock slide. All Glocks will look like this. Other brands may put the blocker in a different spot or it may be a slightly different shape. But they all (mostly) have the same design. If you test yours as demonstrated and it works like mine does, your gun WILL NOT fire without pulling the trigger. (If you just thought of another P320 joke, this is another good place to toss that out there)show more

🚨 JAPAN JUST HIT A MAJOR 6G MILESTONE WITH... A CHIP 90× SMALLER THAN ANYTHING BEFORE. Researchers have built a miniaturized microcomb-driven terahertz wireless system that delivers record-breaking speeds topping 100 Gbps at ultrahigh frequencies. The entire system is 90 times smaller than conventional terahertz chips making it finally practical for real-world use. Why this matters: • This is one of the biggest technical hurdles for true 6G: generating and controlling terahertz waves efficiently in tiny devices • 100+ Gbps at these frequencies could enable holographic video calls, massive real-time AI, and instant global connectivity • The photonic microcomb approach turns light into the engine for future wireless networks far more efficient than traditional electronics The deeper implication is enormous: We may be watching the birth of photonic 6G. Instead of struggling with bulky electronics at extreme frequencies, future networks could run on light itself inside chips small enough to fit in your phone or even a satellite. What happens when every device on Earth can communicate at speeds we currently only dream of? Follow for more frontier physics and future technology.show more

Europe is quietly becoming what the United States once... promised the world. More and more people are looking at their best years ahead and choosing a place where everyday life is designed to work. Where the future feels stable enough to plan for. Where safety is not a luxury product. Where you can build a good life without gambling your health, your family, or your dignity on one bad month. In much of Europe, the “dream” is not about becoming a billionaire. It is about becoming unafraid. It is the freedom of walking home at night without scanning every shadow. The comfort of knowing that if you get sick, you do not need to calculate whether you can afford to be treated. The relief of having a society that still believes children should carry backpacks, not trauma, and definitely not weapons. The calm of streets built for human beings, not just cars. The ability to take a holiday without feeling like you are committing career suicide. The basic decency of labor protections that assume you are a person first and a resource second. And then there is the part people underestimate until they live it: the texture of life. The cities are older and more beautiful than you expect. The distances are smaller. Weekends are real. Food is real. Public spaces are not just decorative, they are functional. Parks are full. Cafes are full. Trains take you somewhere, often across borders, without turning travel into a stress test. You can live in one country, work with another, and visit a third like it is normal because, in many places, it is. The European dream is also a quiet confidence in the social contract. That if you contribute, the system does not abandon you. That you can raise a family without feeling like you are one accident away from ruin. That “getting ahead” does not require burning out. That a good society is one where normal people can live normal lives and still feel proud of them. This is why more and more Americans are not just visiting Europe, but staying. Some come for studies and never leave. Some arrive for a job and realise the lifestyle is the real promotion. Some originally planned a one year experiment and then cannot imagine going back to a place where stress is treated as a personality trait and insecurity is marketed as freedom. Europe is not perfect. It has bureaucracy. It has politics. It has problems that deserve criticism. But in many European countries, life is still built around a simple idea: society should reduce fear, not monetise it. That is the new dream. And people can feel it the moment they arrive. If you could choose one thing to trade for a better life, what would it be: more income, or more security? And what do you think your country would have to change for people to stop leaving, and start staying? Stay connected, Follow Gandalv Gandalvshow more
