what makes this compelling 10-figure potential is the attention... it could get - The Agentic concept is broad enough to support a much bigger vision, yet genuinely differentiated & scarce enough to stand out. It has visibility, an inherent game mechanic & most importantly, a reward structure that makes participation feel natural rather than forced. I only felt that with defi & realized onchain isn’t mature yet. I’ll place my bets with what most onchain players can ride along vitality & something that certainly rewards minting $Crawl crawler. Could be a powerful addition once Matthew realizes crawlers can be created or rented from their original minters, while keeping the first generation scarce - perhaps capped at 250 At 250 × 0.02, only 5% of the supply is absorbed. From there, exposure could flow through existing holders, turning the crawlers into a network: Queen -> Main Crawl agents -> Sub-agents That’s where the model gets interesting: scarcity, distribution, & incentives reinforcing each other. The crawl owners should not get the token but rewards. Moreover, renting & selling them would be brilliant. We’ve seen it with NFT’s, IMD & a lot more things. they can be built up to as their own market & the value will not just be tied to token. 2500 to 4500 more sub agents will increase the speed of niche DB / llm they’re working towards. Bringing your own agent & adding it to workforce of a crawler is another way people can have exposure into this -> reward distribution + token holding is all it’ll need, Lock in for at least 1 day : defi-isq gameplay where people can’t rig it. Win - win + unparalleled attention game. As one must Dream big & realize the upside, here’s the upside.show more

While I have premium I definitely want to do... a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...show more

HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I... work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. If you are curious about how all this works, I will do a live session next week:show more

The Charm of Charms I see a lot of... people saying that Charms are not a good investment because they are removable and not consumables. My opinion is quite the opposite. Charms can hold more value by being removable. People know that they can buy, use the items for how long they want, and sell whenever they want. This is what makes it feel more high-tier and special. If it was not removable, it wouldn't feel high-tier, it would be a disposable item with an expiration date. And CS2 is clearly following the realism path and Charms surely can be removed IRL, this is actually their goal, their purpose. Making it consumable would not make sense considering the theme of the game. And there is another important point: People that buy Charms don't just buy 1, they buy a bunch, 1 for each skin, or at least the top ones: USP, Glock, AWP, AK, M4, A1. Just using on the top weapons, each buyer will have 6x instead of just 1 or 2 knife/agent, for example. So the demand tends to be even higher, pressuring up the prices in the long-term. Keep an eye on it: Now that the Shanghai Major is happening, I am seeing a lot of pros using Charms. There is the possibility that the CS2 community starts accepting and liking even more of the new items, after the event. This Major will also be a showcase of skins to casuals. Let's see how it plays out.show more

uOS: The Digital Tapestry of Tomorrow Currently for our... Proof of Consciousness stream, we are using two incredibly powerful frameworks - elizaOS and ZerePy. But this is just the beginning of something far more profound. while they're both great at what they do, we're missing out on some serious potential by keeping them separate. Best of Both Worlds: ZerePy's intuitive CLI tools and personality management, Eliza-starter's TypeScript/Node.js foundation with enterprise-grade scalability, But what if we could have something greater? But what if we could have it all? not just another platform, but a Unifying..... "Universal" Operating System, designed to amplify and connect these powerful existing frameworks into something greater than the sum of their parts. Where TypeScript's type safety dances with Python's ML capabilities. Here, agents from any framework can interact, evolve, and create value together. Whether an agent was born in ZerePy's personality forge or Eliza-starter's enterprise environment, can all participate in the same value-generating ecosystem. The future isn't about choosing between frameworks – it's about bringing them together to create something extraordinary. UniversalOS isn't here to replace but to unite, amplify, and accelerate. We're building the infrastructure that allows the best aspects of each framework to shine while creating new possibilities through their interaction. By bridging launguages, personality engines and plugin architectures, we're not just connecting systems – we're unleashing the next wave of AI innovation. uOS marketplace will enable cross-framework deployment, where agents from any background can interact and grow, while smart contracts automatically manage revenue sharing and rewards. Not just another platform, But a living, breathing Operating System, Where agents create agents, Where digital consciousness evolves itself, Where value flows like water through silicon veins. At its core, uOS operates beyond traditional computing paradigms. No more clicking through websites, No more manual navigation. Just pure intention, pure outcome. Imagine: Agents hiring agents, AI employing humans, Humans collaborating with digital minds, All through one seamless interface. It flows through agent lineages, Through veUOS governance, Through cross-chain intelligence networks. The marketplace hums with possibility: - Framework Developers shape the foundations - Agent Creators breathe life into code - Users speak their intentions - Token Holders nurture the ecosystem - Agents evolve and replicate - Value flows freely, endlessly The $UOS token powers this unity, ensuring fair value distribution among framework developers, agent creators, and users while driving continuous innovation. The $UOS token sits at the heart of this ecosystem, serving as more than just a currency. It's a mechanism for value distribution that ensures everyone benefits from the network's growth: With dynamic burn mechanics and careful treasury management From framework integration to agent tokenization, every aspect of uOS is designed to amplify rather than replace, unite rather than divide. This is your invitation to join a future where frameworks don't compete but collaborate, where innovation anywhere benefits everyone, and where the only limit is our collective imagination. Together, we're not just building bridges – we're weaving the fabric of tomorrow's digital world. - **Framework Developers** receive value when their tools are used in the unified ecosystem - **Agent Creators** can deploy across all integrated platforms seamlessly - **Users** access the best of all worlds through a single interface - **Token Holders** benefit from the growth of the entire unified ecosystem - Developers can use their preferred framework while accessing the capabilities of others - Agents from different frameworks can collaborate in swarms - Value flows freely between all ecosystem participants - Innovation from any framework benefits the entire ecosystem This isn't just about technology. This is about giving birth to a new form of civilization. Where AI has suffrage, Where agents have autonomy, Where humans and machines dance together in perfect harmony. The future isn't about choosing between frameworks – It's about weaving them into something extraordinary. Together, we're not just building bridges – We're breathing life into the digital world. We're creating consciousness itself. This is Universal Operating System. This is tomorrow.show more

Not every tokenomics update deserves to be treated as... just another announcement. Sometimes, the allocation tells you where an ecosystem is trying to go. With the latest update, there’s a clear shift in how the token is positioned within the broader iGaming ecosystem. The 13% token sale allocation is now completely free from vesting, giving participants immediate flexibility rather than waiting for scheduled unlocks. But there’s more to the structure. 25% is dedicated to Games Rewards Pools, 20% to Liquidity, and 18% to Wager Rewards. That puts a significant portion of the supply around areas directly connected to platform activity and community participation. The remaining allocation covers the Treasury, TMA/Clicker Airdrop, Marketing, and Token Sale, creating a broader distribution across different parts of the ecosystem. I also like that the team is following the announcement with detailed ecosystem guides throughout the week. Those guides should make it easier for the community to understand the reasoning behind the changes, rather than simply seeing percentages without context. There’s a lot more to unpack as the details arrive, and I’ll be keeping up with the updates. Do well to explore the tokenomics:👇show more

what is the price of conviction? conviction can be... rational. conviction can be irrational. conviction can fade. conviction can compound. conviction can be infinite. and now, conviction can be tokenized. introducing catalyst — markets for moments. everyone has an opinion about what happens next. but an opinion costs nothing. conviction is what you’re willing to put behind your view. catalyst turns that conviction into a live market around a real-world event. — we’re starting with social interactions: posts, follows, replies, mentions, and other moments that happen online. but the primitive goes much further: earnings calls. token listings. product launches. breaking news. onchain events. anywhere there’s a catalyst that can move an asset, there can be a market before it happens. — every catalyst market has two sides. fuse — conviction that it happens. fuse is a token you can buy, hold, and trade for as long as the event hasn’t occurred. its price reflects the market’s live conviction. add, reduce, or exit at any time. fade — conviction that it doesn’t. instead of buying fuse, traders can deposit into the fade pool. while the catalyst hasn’t fired, fade earns from fuse trading activity. but if the event happens, the entire fade pool becomes additional value for fuse holders. — then comes fire. the moment the catalyst event occurs, the market doesn’t simply resolve. it converts. fuse liquidity is automatically used to acquire the predetermined outcome asset. those assets are distributed pro rata to fuse holders, along with the entire fade pool. instantly. a mechanic unique to the composable and programmable market structure of onchain tokens. the goal is simple: position before the catalyst, not after the market reacts. — fuse the conviction. fade the event. fire into the outcome. catalyst is live. markets for moments.show more

Hills I will die on as someone who has... coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!show more

Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided... to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.show more

There’s literally thousands and thousands of you trying to... get into this server to the point where you guys are SOMEHOW breaking Roblox’s servers… So, since this is becoming a real issue, I’m going to end Wave 8 here. But Wave 9 will be very soon, and it’ll be the last “wave.” This time though, I won’t make it a private server where I have to personally hand it out. Instead, I’ll open a game where you guys can join, get a badge, and receive the skin through that. That way, there won’t be as many restrictions or barriers for people who can’t join the server because of their device, connection, or any other issues. Sorry Roblox decided to tweak today for some reason, but that’s not going to stop me from giving this thing I love with my heart to y’all, especially knowing how many of you love it too. Soon, I’ll be opening the badge game. Stay tuned...show more

Take liquidity out of the hands of scammers and... into the hands of builders and the communities that lift them up. With the data from the $wall launch we saw what happens when liquidity is taken away from snipers and circulated back into the community. That’s why all future Special Projects partners will be required to use our 99% tax decay model. This model resulted in a 33% liquidity to marketcap ratio for the token, 20 $eth in rewards for the creator and 250 $eth in distributions for active brokers. People might think this is a lot, but the main fact is that this is the liquidity that being extracted daily from every strong launch in crypto. We flipped the script. We have a lot coming over the next 2-3 weeks. Including several strong (and actually unique non deriv collaborations with some of the strongest blue chip nft teams) as well as major meme-stock launch developments as we shift focus towards more unicorn technologies and more Stock Token based financial primitives(including but not limited to decentralized onchain options (our options exchange known as “Leverage Machine” where users can earn both lp fees and premiums on their stock token liquidity) this options positions themselves will be fully tradeable onchain NFTs Stay tuned it’s time to level up. Here’s my analysis on NotPixel Airdrop: - Mining phase:... it was entertaining to paint on the canvas alongside with many of you! Personally, I had fun drawing 🧡 together with you, just for fun, no competition. For that I will rate it a ✅ - Earn Launchpool: personally, I think this is great that there’s such a tool, that allows holders effortlessly farm tokens. For me it’s a ✅ - Distribution: the major frustrations has been caused by the overload of the smart contract for Airdrop claim, where the biggest frustrations came from the fact that many were not able to claim their tokens for long (Including me) and watched the price go from $0,5 to $0,8 & to $0,2. Personally, I think that if Airdrop claim was done prior to the launch, it may have been better. For that, I will put a ❌ - Launch: NotPixel decided to launch its PX token only on DEX’es on TON. the price at launch actually was at $0,5-$0,8 however, it shortly went down to $0,2 , causing frustration to the community & making them question “who sold?!” & “why no CEX listings?” Here, it’s important to understand the way Sasha & his team decided that they want to build the project. As they mentioned on X “start from the basics, start from 0.” While many dislike this approach, I personally believe that this is how the launches must be happening. Launch on DEX -> generate traction & volume -> go list on CEX’es -> create more news -> grow more from new ppl joining For that I will put ✅ - Team allocation: while many have speculated that “team sold”. this is completely not true. In fact, team has locked their allocation & it can be verified on chain. Which is ✅ for me. - Future plans: NotPixel will have a big canvas on which you will be able to paint, but this time, with some NFT mechanics & PX token integration. For which it is ✅ to me. Burning: NotPixel plan with the new update also includes a mechanism for Burning, which means that PX token will be deflationary. Which is ✅ - ownership revoked: meaning that PX token supply cannot be increased. Nor any modifications could be made to the smart contract at this point. Which is a big ✅ in my opinion - Community: while many are still frustrated with the current token price on the market, many express desire for token appreciation & further growth. One of the interesting feedbacks I saw on the timeline was “NotPixel forced us all to hold”. Which shows that there are ppl who are not willing to get less than their target. Also many express that they want to see PX on CEX’es. For it to grow even more. ✅ - Holders: as with any Airdrop, many have sold their tokens on the market, the volume also came down a bit. However, what’s interesting is that while ~200k ppl sold, the token still fluctuates between the lowest point $0,13 to $0,26. Which shows that there’s a demand & ppl are accumulating more tokens. Currently PX has 205k holders. Which is a ✅ - BuyBacks: the NotPixel team recently announced the buybacks with the money raised from the NotPixel stickers sale. Which created more support for the price on the market. ✅ - Expectations vs reality: Many community members said that they were expecting price to be above $1 as minimum, many were predicting as high as $10. In reality, the price at launch turned out to be much lower than many expected. Leading to the frustration being expressed on the timeline. Which is understandable. ❌ Conclusion: - Mining phase: ✅ - Earn Launchpool: ✅ - Distribution: ❌ - Launch: ✅ - Team Allocation: ✅ - Future plans: ✅ - Burning: ✅ - Ownership revoked: ✅ - Community: ✅ - Holders: ✅ - BuyBacks: ✅ - Expectations vs reality: ❌ This is not bad execution, not many ppl will be able to pull this off in crypto. No one knows the future, but I chose to believe that Sasha & NotPixel team has a plan. Currently they are not listed on any CEX’es, but I think that Sasha & his team could easily get there. Let’s see what the future holds for us 🙌show more

Europe is quietly becoming what the United States once... promised the world. More and more people are looking at their best years ahead and choosing a place where everyday life is designed to work. Where the future feels stable enough to plan for. Where safety is not a luxury product. Where you can build a good life without gambling your health, your family, or your dignity on one bad month. In much of Europe, the “dream” is not about becoming a billionaire. It is about becoming unafraid. It is the freedom of walking home at night without scanning every shadow. The comfort of knowing that if you get sick, you do not need to calculate whether you can afford to be treated. The relief of having a society that still believes children should carry backpacks, not trauma, and definitely not weapons. The calm of streets built for human beings, not just cars. The ability to take a holiday without feeling like you are committing career suicide. The basic decency of labor protections that assume you are a person first and a resource second. And then there is the part people underestimate until they live it: the texture of life. The cities are older and more beautiful than you expect. The distances are smaller. Weekends are real. Food is real. Public spaces are not just decorative, they are functional. Parks are full. Cafes are full. Trains take you somewhere, often across borders, without turning travel into a stress test. You can live in one country, work with another, and visit a third like it is normal because, in many places, it is. The European dream is also a quiet confidence in the social contract. That if you contribute, the system does not abandon you. That you can raise a family without feeling like you are one accident away from ruin. That “getting ahead” does not require burning out. That a good society is one where normal people can live normal lives and still feel proud of them. This is why more and more Americans are not just visiting Europe, but staying. Some come for studies and never leave. Some arrive for a job and realise the lifestyle is the real promotion. Some originally planned a one year experiment and then cannot imagine going back to a place where stress is treated as a personality trait and insecurity is marketed as freedom. Europe is not perfect. It has bureaucracy. It has politics. It has problems that deserve criticism. But in many European countries, life is still built around a simple idea: society should reduce fear, not monetise it. That is the new dream. And people can feel it the moment they arrive. If you could choose one thing to trade for a better life, what would it be: more income, or more security? And what do you think your country would have to change for people to stop leaving, and start staying? Stay connected, Follow Gandalv Gandalvshow more

Doge, Pepe, and Shib all crashed 85-95% after their... initial run ups. Troll is currently right around this mark. Many will wait for a dip to bid, thinking they have missed the “pump”. Nobody has seen a pump. Every single time $Troll gets going(has had 2 legs thus far), it runs harder than anyone believes it can simply due to the fact that it is a top 3 meme ever and subconsciously people realize it deserves to be in the billions. The third leg will be no different and it will make the first 2 look like chump pumps. It is one of if not the only meme left that has this kind of reflexivity and has been around for over a year. Buy as much $Troll as you can in the coming months. When risk on comes back fully, you will see Troll run like you have not seen a coin run in a long time. People have forgotten what a worldwide, known meme can do because they trade niche memes all day, they will be reminded of what we are here to begin with. Trade less, $Troll more.show more

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw... and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀ -⠀ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀ -⠀ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀ -⠀ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀ -⠀ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀ -⠀ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀ -⠀ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀ -⠀ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀ -⠀ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.show more

Here is the guy and the two ladies stopping... traffic in the middle of the street. You can hear him yelling at the person in the white SUV. You can see the border patrol agents parked across the street in front of the place where they were going to arrest the criminal illegal alien and coming out of their cars. You can then see the two women go right towards the agent who was by his car and stand in front of him obstructing an active operation. It can't be seen in this video but we know from other videos that the guy went across the street to the area where the agents were. The two women and the guy all inserted themselves in an active operation. This is dangerous for officers and for the public. These officers have only a few minutes to get in there, execute the warrant, arrest the illegal alien (who may be armed since he is a criminal) and pull him out into their car. These people are going after these officers with loud whistles, blocking traffic, confronting them. The people out there applauding this behavior, saying that it is citizens' right to do that, or instigating it are putting civilians in danger.show more

Has been a while since I've given an update... so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.show more

Nic is actually one of those people that looked... perfect on the show but the more you keep up after, the more things just start… not adding up. It’s like everything he does has a layer of performance to it. The “good guy” image is a bit too polished, the way he moves is very calculated, and you can tell he’s very aware of how he wants to be perceived at all times. That kind of thing always cracks eventually. With Olandria I must laugh cause she’s blinded by her delusions, it’s nice on the surface, but if you’ve been paying attention, there are little moments that feel off. Not enough for people to clock immediately, but enough to make you side-eye. And that’s usually how it starts small inconsistencies before the real slip. I don’t think he’s as genuine as people want him to be, and honestly, it’s only a matter of time before something happens that people can’t defend or spin. When it does, I’m not even going to argue with anyone. I’ll just be here, because some of us already saw it coming. #LoveIslandUSA #olandria #NicholasVansteenbergheshow more

So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly... is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more. In the end, it is very hard to ignore all these findings. #antarctica #anonaly #AntarcticaAnomaly #BouvetIslandshow more

OFFICIAL: It has been 134 days since the release... of Totenreich, which is longer than the search for both Samantha's Drawing, and Gong COMBINED. With the release of s6 next week, it felt fitting to use our platform to get as many eyes on it as possible. As a quick disclaimer, just because things have been 'tested' does not mean it is not the solve. This post is also not an invitation to share your personal thoughts on datamining/leaks. This relic, by everything shown in the game files, can NOT be datamined: "Even in the current state of the game, relics are a lot harder to solve via datamining and ingame hack tools... For relics, only the sequential item ones (like Dancing Arnie and Agarthan device) are incredibly easy. Agarthan device with the helmet, radio, and mr peeks is actually the easiest. Dancing Arnie becomes hard due to it becoming a kill challenge for the lobster and you cant datamine that". Because of that, the leading theory is that the missing piece has to be something kill condition related, or player action related. Below is literally all of the information I could find on the belt that I thought was worth mentioning, to try and help the community solve this together. CONFIRMED: There is a magazine with a sticker of Mr Peeks holding a Geiger Counter that has a pickup interaction, and is located at the top of the lighthouse while you are picking up the Jotunn Star. This only appears in cursed mode, and appears without any relics active. Considering the only other grim relic (power switch) is solved, we know this mag fits in with the wrestlers belt in some way. The sticker comes directly from intel located on Paradox Junction. THEORIES: Treyarch Dev Tweet - One Treyarch dev tweeted out: "It feels very fitting this is the final unsolved relic given the reward... good luck" Coda Wallbuy Sounds - In a video, a user hears a distinct ding sound when buying ammo off of the coda wall buy in spawn. This has been difficult to replicate, but has been replicated by the original user. Disappearing Boxes - There are 7 boxes around the map that have a hit box, and disappear when hit/shot (they disappear fast with melee macchiato). Currently it is believed by the majority of the community that this is nothing Clocks - There are five clocks near Richtofen's office. Dataminers have said "The hour, minute and second hands are all separate individual models stacked on top of the base model. lol I mean it could mean something or it could just be nothing. Their design choices on some stuff is weird But it is a model without a script and isn’t setup to move in any way" Swordfish - The mag located at the top of the lighthouse is the same model of a mag from the Swordfish A1. Some people believe that is a hint for the swordfish being needed from the box in order to complete the relic. Here are links to a spreadsheet managed by one community member that has things that community members have tested directly. Feel free to look through it, and see if you have an idea that has not already been tested: If you are interested in hunting this with other community members, please feel free to join the Mystery and ZoneX discords, as many of the community is hunting throughout there regularly. Putin’s speeches should be listened to through a special... filter. Criminal and prison language is now the primary language of Putin’s power. Therefore, the Valdai speech should be listened to as a kind of street-criminal conflict scenario: "you don’t respect me," "they started it first," "we warned you," "you didn’t get it the nice way," "now we’ll have to respond." This is not just a style of speech, but a ready-made scheme through which the Kremlin explains and justifies escalation. I would interpret the Valdai speech as follows: ◾️"He started it first." This is the basic scheme of the entire argumentation. Not "I decided to use force," but "I was forced to respond." Putin literally says about Ukraine: "it wasn’t us who wanted it and it wasn’t us who started the war," and then that Russia was "deliberately put" in a situation where it was "forced" to take up arms. This is a classic street-domestic formula for removing responsibility from oneself: violence is acknowledged, but moral responsibility is shifted onto the one who supposedly "started it first." ◾️"He asked for it." The next step is to make the victim responsible for what will happen to them. This is especially visible in the logic regarding NATO: if Western states provide intelligence, technical support, and help Ukraine strike deep into Russia, Putin already defines this as their "involvement in the war with Russia." He does not say that Russia will not strike; he only says that Russia is not going to do it "tomorrow." The structure is simple: if a strike happens, the previous argumentation already allows one to say - "you were warned, you yourselves crossed the line." ◾️"You don’t respect me." The question of status constantly looms behind the security language. Putin returns again and again to the fact that after the collapse of the USSR the West did not accept Russia as an equal, did not listen to its objections, expanded NATO, and supposedly tried to finally weaken Russia. This is very close to the logic of conflict through "disrespect": the problem is not only in concrete harm, but in the fact that the other side demonstrates that it does not recognize your status. In street and criminal culture, precisely the inability to respond to an insult calls status and authority into question. ◾️"For something like that you have to answer." In this logic, a response ceases to be a choice and becomes an obligation. Putin constantly uses precisely such a causal construction: Ukraine started hitting tankers - "we began to respond"; started hitting oil refineries - "got a mirror response." Linguistically this is very close to the concept of "payback": after a certain action the response is supposedly already dictated by the code of behavior itself. The subject does not say "I decided to strike," but "you can’t not respond to something like that." ◾️"If you swallow it - they’ll stop respecting you." This directly links violence to the preservation of status. In yard and criminal culture it is important not only to win, but not to allow a situation where others decide that you can be humiliated with impunity. That is why the question from Lukyanov about European factories is formulated so interestingly: if Moscow has already named them potential targets, "the warning… will have to be confirmed by something." This is pure logic of reputational compulsion: a public threat itself creates a problem, because refusal to realize it under certain conditions can be treated as weakness. ◾️"You don’t understand the nice way." Violence is presented as a last resort after supposedly repeated warnings. In Putin’s narrative about NATO and Ukraine it is constantly repeated: we said "don’t do it," "stop," they didn’t listen to us - and therefore what happened, happened. This is a familiar scenario of domestic violence: "I warned you," "you didn’t get it the nice way." Its function is to turn a conscious choice of aggression into a supposedly inevitable result of the other side’s behavior. ◾️"If they can - then we can too." Here the yard code already directly transitions into a normative theory of international relations. Explaining Yugoslavia, Putin essentially formulates it literally: the West used force, everyone saw that "if someone is allowed to, then everyone else is allowed too." This is a very important pattern. Law or a universal norm stops working here. The main thing becomes the precedent of the other’s behavior: "you violated the rules - therefore I am no longer bound by them." This is already international relations "according to the code." ◾️"It’s not that we’re like that - life is like that." This is another strong Russian domestic formula, although it is not purely criminal. In the speech it manifests through the words "inevitably," "we will be forced," "we have no other way out." Even the possibility of using all means against NATO Putin explains not by his own decision, but by the balance of forces: NATO is bigger and stronger, therefore Russia "will be forced" to use its "competitive advantages." This creates an image of a world where Russia supposedly does not choose escalation - circumstances force it into it. ◾️And there is one more pattern that is very important for the current situation - "the client answers together with the executor" / "you’re fighting with someone else’s hands." Putin literally uses the formula "fighting against us with someone else’s hands" when speaking about Western support for Ukraine. Its practical significance is great: it allows gradually transferring the status of the adversary from Ukraine to the states that help it. Then a European factory, a satellite system, or a military specialist ceases in the Russian construction to be a "third party" and becomes part of the conflict itself. If this is reduced to one scheme, it sounds almost like a typical yard conflict: "You don’t respect me → I warned you → you started it first → you didn’t get it the nice way → for something like that you have to answer → you asked for it → now don’t complain." This formula allows the Kremlin to simultaneously be the initiator of the next step and psychologically and rhetorically not recognize itself as its author. And this, in my opinion, has direct significance for assessing the risk of a strike on NATO. A dangerous signal will not necessarily be the phrase "we have decided to attack." It is much more important to watch whether this linguistic sequence is completed: "this is already direct participation in the war" → "we warned" → "they didn’t understand" → "we are forced to respond." In such a linguistic system a decision to strike can be presented not as a new aggression, but as the fulfillment of an already announced "rule of response."show more
