Truth: Eggs do not cause high cholesterol and heart disease for most people. Eggs are nutrient-dense, rich in amino acids and vitamins D & B12. They are also a great source of protein.

2/ Myth: You Should Drink 8 Glasses of Water Daily Truth: Hydration needs differ for everyone. Trust your thirst and the water content in foods over rigid rules. I also recommend taking electrolytes if you are drinking enough but still feel thirsty.

4/ Myth: All Protein Sources Are Equal Truth: Plant-based protein sources have a much weaker effect in the body due to their unbalanced amino acid profiles. Animal proteins, especially eggs, are utilized far better in the body for producing muscle, bone, hormones, and neurotransmitters.

I have a mighty bowl of porridge in the morning with honey and chopped fruit. Since I started doing this I stopped having cravings about 10/11am for something sugary.

We NEED to skip breakfast or skip dinner to lower blood sugar levels to the point our bodies burn fat everyday. We need a 16 hours fast between eating otherwise we make fat constantly. I eat breakfast for lunch then eat dinner. Must eat fatty food to keep from getting hungry.

The notion & practice of eating breakfast wasn't always how we understand it today. Propaganda campaigns to market breakfast menu food was a ploy to increase sales at the expense of our health. Breakfast is supposed to be something miniscule, & focus ought to be on hydrating

Delaying breakfast is mostly ok for men but mostly not ok for women. In women it raises cortisol levels too high affecting the rest of our hormones negatively. Most women already have hormone imbalances, let's not add to it.
