How about skipping with a trailer chain, like Rocky for 30 seconds, followed by a break, repeat. (HIIT for 30 seconds)

That sounds….. great to me! Any form of HIIT can play an important role in overall health - so long as you’re adequately recovering and not putting yourself at risk of injury 👌🔥
