Nah, controlled reps that didn’t end in slamming the dumbbells on the floor. Pure progression 👍

Yes you’re supposed to tap your lower shoulder / upper bicep with the side of the dumbbell that’s how you know you did full ROM. The whole point of using dumbbells is so you can go deeper than with a barbell . You might as well just go do barbell incline bench instead .

I'll try next time 🫡

I always watch form videos for every exercise I do and get the form absolutely perfect with moderate weight first so I know how it feels then I go heavier after that

Nope, not with 35’s 😁but you could go a bit lower bro to get the full extension, I practically touch my pecs. Good control tho, that’s what you’re looking for.

Will try to go full depth next time with same weights

And also inclined bench means a bench at 20-30 degrees max max, otherwise higher than that you’ll recruit the front delts which you don’t wont. Normally, you shouldn’t even feel them. Keep grinding, it got me 6 months from 30’s to the 50’s 👊🏻 great exercise for the stabilizers muscles.

Not bad. A little too heavy, unless your trying to break a plateau But the form could get better You can overload all kinds of ways, you don’t have to up the weight. If you stick with these for a while, and your form gets better, that’s progressive overload

Impressive. Try not locking out your elbows so you can save your joints potential injuries in the future👌

Controlling weight with dumbbells isn’t ego… that’s strength in training.

This is half repping, so yes, it is ego lifting. If it wasn't you wouldn't half rep the weight.

A bit, it doesn't look like you can get the proper depth, but as long as you're also lifting a bit lower weights where you are getting the depth alongside that, it's fine and helps you build up to it

Aren’t you supposed to go down further for a better stretch? Doesn’t look too bad but maybe 32kg would be better; keep it up!
