I do not trust that at all. Synthetic D3 isn’t the same as from sun. It also disturb metabolite receptors.. Probably a big lie. Why just just use a direct agonist to VDR if that’s the purpose? 🤷‍♂️

I thought I had mild depression. I actually had low vitamin D ( blood test). I started taking a high weekly dose for two months before going down to a daily dose. Within two weeks I felt so much better. It was life-changing.
