Now, Pakistan’s Interior Minister along with the representatives of the army’s puppet government in Balochistan are distributing Pakistani flags among the people of Quetta at gunpoint. You can judge for yourself that, in order to prevent the people from celebrating Balochistan's independence, Pakistan’s occupying army has shut down the internet across Balochistan. During the past week, nearly one thousand people from Balochistan have reportedly been abducted. On the other hand, the Pakistani flag is being forcibly distributed among the people. In free and democratic countries, neither the military nor the government can force people to wave a flag. But since the people of Balochistan have declared themselves to be an independent country, Pakistan’s army is now being forced to come out into the streets and marketplaces, place Pakistani flags in people’s hands, and make them appear in videos with those flags. Pakistan has not imposed such a strict lockdown in Punjab, but in Quetta, Balochistan, businesses are being intentionally harmed. Shopkeepers say that the busiest shopping hours in Quetta are from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., yet the lockdown has been enforced during that very period, which they see as a deliberate attempt to damage the Pashtun and Baloch economy. In the coming days, the Baloch and Pashtun people may launch large-scale protests and resistance against what they view as Pakistan’s oppression and occupation.
