Most Californians know that Newsom is a liar and has trashed the state. If Prop 50 passes it's only because we all didn't get out & vote NO in numbers too big to rig. They are counting on you not knowing any of this: Vote as early as possible by mail or in-person. Track your ballot to make sure it's counted at BallotTrax .net. Fix any problems with your ballot by calling your county elections office. Approximately 50% of all ballots put aside in cure pile to be fixed never get fixed and counted. If you mail your ballot on Nov 4 at the post office, go inside and insist they postmark it 11/4 in front of you. Do not drop it in USPS box even if it is before collection time. Nov 2024 election in CA had 33K votes not counted as the postmark was after election day. USPS has a Biden-era rule allowing them to postmark drop box mail the next day and that is what will happen to your mailed ballot if you don't take it inside to get postmarked in your presence.

Parnas: Are you at all concerned about the USPS mail-in ballot rule they’re floating, where they may not send mail-in ballots to your state if you don’t comply with all of their directives, essentially by sending voter rolls and other information to the government? Fontes: I think the courts are going to put the kibosh on that. But also, a lot of people don’t know that the USPS has a universal service obligation. Once a piece of mail gets into their hands, they’re mandated by law to move it through their system and get it where it needs to go.

Trump's Executive Order on USPS & Mail-In Ballots could finally end rigged elections in California & beyond, regulating mail-in voting at the federal level. The EO puts states on the hook to accompany a list of the eligible voters that are going to vote federally and who they're going to provide mail-in ballots to and also adds a unique intelligent mail barcode for tracking. Trump's March 31, 2026 EO directs the Postmaster General to start proposed rulemaking within 60 days to create uniform national standards for mail-in and absentee ballots. Ballot envelope must be marked "Official Election Mail" with USPS-approved logo/markings. Must be automation-compatible with a unique Intelligent Mail barcode for tracking. Must pass USPS envelope design review for compliance. States must notify USPS at least 90 days before a federal election if they plan to use mail-in/absentee ballots via USPS. States must submit a list of eligible voters at least 60 days before the election. USPS shall not transmit mail-in or absentee ballots to anyone not on a State-specific list. USPS must create and maintain a "Mail-In and Absentee Participation List" for each state. Providing states with lists of enrolled individuals with unique barcode identifiers.
