Amazon subsidiary Zoox will offer rides in its purpose-built, electric, autonomous robotaxis on public streets in Las Vegas later this year. I got to climb inside one at CES to see how it feels inside an autonomous vehicle built without pedals or a steering wheel.

The Tesla Model 3/Y produced in the 2017-2024 timeframe all have just an air conditioning vent in the back. But it would be great to turn it into a smart screen that can watch movies, play games and other controls.

@zoox @CES How long can it travel on a full charge? How does it charge ? Is there a homebase for these vehicles?

@zoox @CES Those seats look incredibly unsafe for freeway speeds. Airbags?? Ellie, do you think you would have felt safe to travel freeway speeds in that thing.
