The main node setup as well as the sub node group. Can be put on any mesh object and use a spherical empty for the falloff. Scaling the empty changes the falloff radius.

Cool! makes me think of the cloth sculpt brush! Wouldn't mind this as a normal sculpting brush either tbh!
