🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING: ICE NOW ASSERTING POWER TO ENTER HOMES WITHOUT JUDICIAL WARRANTS An internal ICE memo confirms agents are now authorized to forcibly enter private residences using only administrative warrants signed by immigration officials, not judges. The rules: Agents must knock and announce between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m....

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now pulling people out of restrooms, refusing ID, and taking them without identifying who they are. In Clearwater, Minnesota, a video shows a group of agents waiting outside a men’s restroom inside a truck repair shop. Seconds later, you hear a man yelling, panic and fear in his voice. Then about five agents rush toward the restroom. An agent says, “Let’s go.” Agents pull a man out of the restroom, handcuffed. The man pleads, “I’ll give you my ID!” An agent responds, “Right, right, right…” as they push him out the door and take him away without verifying who he is or checking his ID. Everything about this video is alarming… Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people arbitrarily. ICE agents must have legal authority to seize someone, and restrooms, inside private businesses, are non-public spaces. Entering or removing someone from that space generally requires a judicial warrant or consent, absent an actual emergency. Ignoring an offer to provide identification while forcibly detaining someone raises serious due process and Fourth Amendment concerns. This isn’t about immigration status. This is about the government ignoring the constitution, racially profiling, and grabbing anyone who doesn’t immediately comply with their illegal demands. When federal agents can drag someone out of a restroom without verifying who the person is, and without accountability, no one’s rights are safe.

🚨BREAKING: In Chicago, ICE/Border Patrol agents racially profiled construction workers, jumped over a locked fence without a warrant, and refused to leave after the owner repeatedly told them to… all while causing approximately $30,000 in damage. And now, the homeowner is suing. According to a new federal lawsuit and video evidence, these masked, heavily armed agents jumped out of their vehicles and stormed construction workers, who were on their lunch break… chasing them onto the private property where they were working, on October 24. The agents followed them over the locked fence, and through the property, eventually arresting one worker inside the garage, who a judge later ordered to be released. The homeowner was watching it happen, through his Ring cameras, and repeatedly told the agents to get the off his property. But they refused… And caused approximately $30,000 in damage. And after this happened, agents continued terrorizing one of the wealthiest areas in Chicago, by tear gassing the entire street… which directly violated a court order. The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures… Your home, and the private area around it, are some of the most protected spaces under the Constitution. Federal agents need a warrant, consent, or a recognized exception… such as exigent circumstances or valid hot pursuit… to enter private property like this. According to the lawsuit, they had none of those things… No search warrant, no arrest warrant, no permission to enter, and no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that criminal activity was happening on this property. That is why the homeowner is saying their Fourth Amendment right was violated. And then there’s the racial profiling… The federal government cannot simply use someone’s race or ethnicity as a substitute for reasonable suspicion. The Fifth Amendment’s equal-protection principles apply to the federal government. This is not just about a broken fence or $30,000 in property damage. It’s about federal agents deciding that they could climb over a locked gate, enter private property, chase people through someone’s home and ignore the homeowner telling them to leave… without a warrant or a clearly established legal basis to be there. When the government refuses to follow the Constitution… and refuses to hold its own agents accountable when they break the law… they aren’t protecting us. They are putting every single one of us in danger.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally smashed through the glass door of a locked auto body shop, without a warrant, to detain the shop owner and an employee, in West Valley City, Utah. Yes, agents are violating the Constitution all over the country, not just in Minnesota. In the video, two agents are already standing inside the body shop when the owner’s wife asks them the most basic, constitutionally required question, “Do you have a warrant?” …after they broke in. They illegally ignore her request and instead tell HER to stay back. She continues demanding to see a warrant. And then they say the quiet part out loud: “We don’t need one.” They absolutely do, which is exactly what she tells them. They continue ignoring her, after illegally breaking into a locked, private business, while ordering her to back up inside her own workplace. The agents then begin questioning the shop owner and an employee, despite not knowing their status, and having zero probable cause. She tells them, “My lawyer is coming, do you want to get sued?” And the agents laugh. Sit with that. Border Patrol agents force entry into a private business, without a warrant, and laugh about accountability. The agents admit on camera that they broke the glass door to enter the private property. She says that’s why you had to break in… “Because you don’t have a warrant!” And the agent says again: “It’s because we don’t need one.” They detain the shop owner and an employee anyway, after breaking in, without a warrant… despite both men having no criminal records. This is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation. A locked business is private property… where a warrant is not optional. If this is tolerated, it sets the precedent that federal agents can smash their way into ANY business, detain whoever they want, and disappear them. That is not law enforcement. That is an open assault on constitutional rights.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol just blatantly violated the constitution and illegally stormed a family home in Minneapolis… Kicked the door in, guns drawn, tased multiple U.S. citizens, with children inside, WITHOUT a judicial warrant AND WITHOUT a no-knock warrant. Watch the video. You hear them scream “We have a warrant!” and then immediately smash the door in. No pause. No paperwork. No judge issued warrant. And here’s the part they don’t want you to understand: If you don’t have a judicial warrant, you do not get to enter a home. If you don’t have a no-knock warrant, you do not get to kick a door in. They had neither. Then you see the inside footage. A woman, in her own home, surrounded by armed men, asks a very simple question: “Where’s the warrant? Show me the warrant. There are kids in this house. Put the guns down.” She asks again: “Where is the warrant?” The agent says, “We’re getting it.” Then says he doesn’t have to show it. So let’s be clear: They admit they don’t have the warrant, but they enter anyway, rifles up, adrenaline high, kids watching. They grab a man. Still no warrant. They order the woman to “back up”… inside her own house… while they are illegally trespassing. When she doesn’t comply fast enough, he shoves her. That is assault. In the background, another woman is tased for hugging the man they’re trying to take. Not attacking. Not armed. Just holding onto someone she cares about. Still. No warrant. Then the woman filming has a taser aimed directly at her. She’s standing in a doorway, asking… again… for the warrant they keep lying about. An agent fires the taser at her. At a woman. Inside her own home. For asking for a warrant. Only after they’ve shoved people, after they’ve tased multiple U.S. citizens, after they’ve terrorized children, do they finally hold something up. And what is it? An administrative warrant. Not signed by a judge. Not legal authority to enter a home. Not permission to kick in a door. Not permission to point guns at kids. Not permission to tase U.S. citizens. This wasn’t a mistake. This wasn’t confusion. This was federal agents knowingly violating the Constitution, because they think no one will stop them. If this can happen to them, it can happen to anyone. And the question isn’t if this will happen again. The question is how many more homes are they going to break into before someone is killed?

🚨ICE agents aren’t the only ones illegally storming homes, detaining people, and operating without proper warrants… the Memphis SAFE Task Force is doing the same. And it’s no surprise, because this is exactly what “justice” looks like under Donald Trump’s administration. A man in Memphis says task force agents held him at gunpoint, then searched his home using a warrant that wasn’t even for him. That is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. This task force brings together federal agencies like ICE and the U.S. Marshals Service… the same agencies already being exposed for detaining people without proper warrants and grabbing the wrong individuals. This administration told you this was about “violent criminals”… but now, people who aren’t even on warrants are having guns pointed at them inside their own homes. If they can enter a home without a warrant, detain someone who isn’t even the target, and ignore the Constitution entirely… then even U.S. citizens are no longer safe. This is the same pattern we’re watching with ICE… they say they’re targeting the “worst of the worst”… then expand it to everyone else. They say they follow the law… then break it when it’s inconvenient. They say it’s about safety… but violate your rights. This didn’t happen by accident… this is what happens when you flood cities with federal agents, demand high arrest numbers, and strip away accountability.
