It is SUPER hard to get load the adductors. Yes, they are mixed in during single-leg squat stuff, but sometimes you want that direct hit. The Copenhagen's stand alone on top of that mountain.

Great tips on working into Copenhagen planks. Copenhagen planks are good exercises but a bit much for some especially just starting out. I find another useful exercise is standing single leg swings.
