YES LOW CARB HELPS BLOOD PRESSURE!! Look we published here

Oh absolutely. On less than 50 GM's carbs a day the gasping endothelial cells take a breather & start producing Nitric oxide. And that tyrannical Insulin finally relents & allows body to loose all the water. Togather they just melt the hypertension.

This is my own experience past twelve months.

my son in law, was diagnosed with hypertension, 1 month on carnivore and its gone. also he is loosing wait like crazy !

I had hypertension and fixed it with an animal based diet consuming ~150g of carbs per day. I don’t think that fits the low carb moniker though. I’ve recently lowered my carbs to ~70g a day but have not seen any difference’s in any way. Except for missing enjoying the taste of fruit.

The answer is a definitive YES.....at least in my case. Keto is my go-to when my naturally high blood pressure gets a bit high for my liking. With keto I drop back into normal range

7 years clean ketovore it’s been great but it hasn’t helped my blood pressure.

BP comes down as waist circumference reduces.
