This delivery driver clearly thought they would get away with driving carelessly in a highly branded ASDA van. They didn't consider that most cyclists now run cameras and report close passes to the police. They were issued with a NIP, accepted guilt and opted for a course.

This is a good example of Tesla’s active safety feature. Tesla driver didn’t see a jaywalker due to lighting until getting real close, leaving him no time to respond. Fortunately, Tesla safety system detected & then intervened by driving around to avoid hitting the pedestrian.
