Razor curls are a great hamstring exercise. But, they’re bloody tough. Shown in the video are some progressions that I use, to help athletes build up to doing them. The 3 exercises outlined in the video are also just great hamstring exercises on their own.

Gliders provide what’s missing in most hamstring programs: biceps femoris length and a touch of pelvic stability They don’t beat sprints, RDLs, or seated hamstring curls. But fit perfectly on low days And can be the missing piece for athletes with a history of hamstring issues Thanks to @justintmayo for the clip.
