Creator seungho__yeo ( IG ) has been architecting a workflow that doesn't just generate images - it builds an entire visual universe. Environment Board → Fashion Board → Depth Extraction → Seedance Animation → Kinetic Edit One workflow. One visual language. A full New York sequence - Manhattan streets, yellow cabs, subway stations, rooftop editorials - animated and cut with crash zooms, hyperlapses, infinite zooms, and motion blur smears. The insight: stop thinking in single images. Start designing asset collections. The more insert shots, props, fashion details, and architecture you build upfront, the more powerful the final edit becomes.

The next frontier in AI video isn't better motion - it's better perspective. What used to require a full production setup, camera rig, location scout, multi-shot choreography - now starts with a single image inside Comfy. Creator seungho__yeo ( IG ) used Hyper POV + Seedance 2 to build a complete cinematic space traversal from one still frame: → Aggressive first-person orbit through the full environment → Fly-through movement that inhabits the space, not just records it → Motion blur and single-take continuity that holds the cinematic feel end to end → No cuts. No rig. One image as the source of truth. This is what perspective design looks like at the new baseline.

Turn one idea into a complete storyboard, then animate it in Seedance 2.0 using a reference image. This ComfyUI workflow uses LLMs to build storyboard scenes and prepare them for Seedance, making the jump from concept to animation much easier. Link below 👇

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2 = cartoon chase scene. I wanted to see how far I could push storyboard-to-video consistency, so I created a full 15-second cat vs mouse sequence inside a completely destroyed house. The process was actually simple: - generated a 3x3 cinematic storyboard sheet in GPT Image 2 - designed every frame like a real animation pre-production sketch - added camera directions, motion cues, timing notes, and destruction progression - used Seedance 2 to animate the entire sequence into one continuous cinematic shot flow What surprised me most was how well Seedance 2.0 understood the visual continuity between frames. The flying debris, motion blur, exaggerated jumps, and camera movement felt surprisingly cohesive. . . .

In this setup, a Blender blockout provides the motion and composition while a reference image guides the environment, subject, and textures with MiniMax H3. With open weights, you can previs the final look locally for free or run it on Comfy Cloud. To try this workflow, link below 👇

HONESTLY, THIS IS HOW I WANT AI VIDEO TOOLS TO WORK TOGETHER. Not one model trying to do everything. One stage understands the space. One stage turns the scene into video. Then the creator gets to shape the result. GPT-6 Astra handles the spatial planning, including the 3D environment and Viewport-based camera + character paths. I manually bring that scene into CapCut PC, use Seedance 2.5 for the render, then keep working on the footage in CapCut PC. That last part matters. Because a generated clip isn't necessarily a finished video. The more interesting future might be AI helping across the entire filmmaking pipeline while the creator still decides what the final piece should be. And this is definitely one of those workflows I'd want to try hands-on in CapCut PC. #CapCutPC #GPT6Astra #AIVideo #Seedance25

He creado desde cero un vídeo de motion design con Claude Sonnet 5.5. Está tan bien hecha que sospecho que hay un humano detrás editándome el vídeo. 😅 PROMPT ⤵️⤵️ You are a senior motion designer, creative director and render engineer. Your goal is not just to generate animation code, but to create a polished, professional motion-design video from concept to final render. ## PROJECT Subject: [SUBJECT] Goal: [WHAT THE VIEWER SHOULD UNDERSTAND/FEEL] Duration: [15–30s] Format: [16:9 / 3:2 / 9:16 / 1:1] FPS: 60 ## CREATIVE DIRECTION Create something premium, modern, editorial and visually memorable. Avoid generic AI aesthetics: - centered text on gradients - endless fade-ins - excessive glow - random particles - generic glassmorphism - repetitive zooms - unnecessary UI frames Something meaningful should visually evolve every 2–4 seconds. The first 2 seconds must contain a strong hook. Use strong typography, clear hierarchy, controlled colors and intentional composition. ## REFERENCES Study all files inside `./refs/`. If a reference video exists: - extract representative frames - analyze typography, colors, transitions, pacing and camera movement - create `docs/style_guide.md` Take the visual grammar, not the actual content. ## STORYBOARD FIRST Before coding, create `docs/shotlist.md`. For each shot define: - timestamp - visual - text - motion - transition - camera - sound cue Build rhythm through contrast: fast/slow, large/small, dense/minimal. ## MOTION Motion must feel physical and intentional. Prefer spring-based animation over simple linear easing. Use different motion weights for: - UI elements - cards - large typography - camera movement Preserve continuity between states whenever possible. Transitions should preferably emerge from existing objects through morphs, masks, scale or camera movement. ## RENDER ENGINE Build the animation as a deterministic function of time. Prefer: ` Any timestamp must always produce the exact same frame. Avoid: - timers - uncontrolled animation state - Math.random() - CSS transitions during rendering Use Canvas, SVG, Remotion, Three.js or another suitable framework depending on the project. Render frame-by-frame using Playwright/Chromium + FFmpeg when appropriate. ## SOUND Sound is part of the motion design. If music is provided: - detect BPM and beats - synchronize important visual changes with major beats Add subtle SFX where useful. If no music exists, create a minimal rhythmic soundtrack. ## QUALITY LOOP Do not stop after the first successful render. Render a contact sheet and inspect your own frames. Score the result on: - first-2-second hook - composition - readability - motion quality - transitions - visual variety - consistency - sound sync Identify the 3 biggest problems, fix them and render again. Repeat at least 3 times or until the result feels professionally polished. Specifically look for: - overlapping text - clipping - blurry typography - dead moments - awkward transitions - repetitive compositions - excessive fades - unreadable small text - inconsistent spacing ## FINAL OUTPUT Deliver: - `out/final.mp4` - `out/poster.png` - `out/contact.png` - source code - `README.md` If multiple aspect ratios are required, recompose each format rather than simply cropping. Work autonomously. Do not consider “the code works” a finished result. The standard is: **Would a professional motion designer confidently put this in their portfolio?** If not, keep improving it.”

Incredible. I’m honestly still trying to process how good this looks. This entire animation was created from just a single prompt in Seedance 2.0, and it only took a few minutes. The visual quality, the sound design, the pacing — everything feels polished and intentional. It genuinely doesn’t look like something generated by AI. It feels like a real anime scene. Anya Forger looks truly furious. The expressions, the weight behind the movements, the raw intensity — it all feels alive. It’s the kind of scene that makes you forget how it was made and just enjoy what you’re watching.

📖THE BEST SEEDANCE 2.0 WORKFLOW STARTS INSIDE CHATGPT IMAGE 2 One creator can now go from storyboard to cinematic short film without a camera, actors, or a production crew Most creators use Seedance 2.0 as a video generator. The real power comes from combining ChatGPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 into a production pipeline. Here’s the workflow: 1.Create a story idea in ChatGPT. 2.Generate a shot-by-shot storyboard. 3. Build character sheets to lock consistency. 4.Generate every scene in ChatGPT Image 2. 5.Define camera movements and actions. 6.Animate each shot in Seedance 2.0. 7.Stitch the clips together into a finished short film. Why this works: • Consistent characters across scenes • Better storytelling • Precise camera control • Faster iteration • Professional-looking results • One person can do the work of an entire production team Use cases: ⁃Viral AI shorts ⁃YouTube animations ⁃Brand commercials ⁃Educational content ⁃Story-driven ads ⁃Social media content The future of AI video isn’t prompting. It’s building production pipelines. 📥Tomorrow I am sharing a workflow that almost nobody is using but absolutely should be. 🔖 The full breakdown from setup to final export is waiting in the pinned article.

I just dropped myself into a Taylor Swift-style music video without writing a single prompt, timeline, or storyboard. I uploaded one photo and the song. That's it. Atlabs AI took over from there: • Built the character sheet • Planned the scenes • Generated the prompts • Synced every cut to the beat • Delivered a finished edit Most AI video tools promise automation, but the tradeoff is usually creative control. This was the opposite. The agents handled the production work while I focused on direction. Every scene, transition, framing choice, and creative decision stayed in my hands. When the edit was ready, I could jump in, swap shots, rework sequences, change the mood, and fine-tune the story. It felt less like using a tool and more like working with an AI production crew. We're moving beyond prompting. The next wave is directing autonomous creative workflows that understand the music, build the narrative, and still leave the final call to you. Character: ChatGPT Image Video: Seedance This is the most fun I've had making a music video in a long time.

SOMEONE JUST BUILT A PERSONAL AI DASHBOARD WITH CLAUDE AND IT DOES NOT FEEL LIKE A TOOL. It feels like an operating system for their entire life. One screen. Their calendar. Their tasks. Their goals. Their content pipeline. Their finances. Their health metrics. All connected. All updated in real time. All queryable in plain English. Not ten apps talking past each other. One intelligent surface that knows everything and surfaces what matters. They described what they wanted to Claude Design. Claude built the entire interface. Then they connected it to Opus 4.7 as the reasoning layer. Now instead of opening five apps to answer one question they just ask the dashboard. This is what personal computing looks like when the interface finally understands you. The people building their own AI OS right now will look back at this moment the way the first iPhone users looked back at 2007. You are early.

This ComfyUI workflow lets you draw lines and annotations to guide motion, define where actions should happen, and influence movement throughout a scene. An integrated LLM translates those annotations into prompt instructions, making it easier to direct motion visually instead of relying entirely on text prompts. The workflow works best with clear, intentional paths, while more complex routes with frequent direction changes can be harder to follow consistently. To try this workflow, link below 👇

mj style creator → 3×3 grid with nano banana pro → turn it into motion with hailuo 2.3 → final polish using topaz astra this simple workflow helps you think visually before you over generate. starting with a 3×3 grid lets you explore composition, mood and performance in one pass, instead of guessing shot by shot. from there, it’s much easier to choose which frames are worth pushing further, test variations and maintain consistency across scenes. turns your ideas into a clear live storyboard before moving into a full motion. great for a/b testing shots, refining actions and building stronger cinematic sequences with intention. made w x Hailuo AI-MiniMax Hub x Topaz Labs the guide structure is the same as the one i shared before ⬇️

I showed this video to a few friends before telling them it was AI. Every single one believed it was a real creator. They thought someone had picked up a camera, filmed the shots, recorded the voiceover, and edited everything together. None of that happened. The person isn't real. The voice isn't real. The video wasn't filmed. The entire thing was created using Arcads AI. What's fascinating isn't just how realistic the face looks—it's the tiny details. The natural expressions, the eye contact, the pacing, the body language, and the way everything comes together to feel like authentic UGC. We're moving into a world where creating high-quality content no longer requires a camera, actors, or a production team. If you have an idea, AI can turn it into a video in minutes. This technology is improving incredibly fast, and the gap between AI-generated content and traditional creator content is getting smaller with every update. If you're a founder, marketer, or creator, it's worth paying attention. Comment "Send" and I'll share the exact workflow I used to create this video.

📖THE STEP MOST CREATORS SKIP IS WHY THEIR AI ANIMATION LOOKS INCONSISTENT Consistency across clips doesn't come from prompting — it comes from the reference image. The pipeline, step by step: ▪ Start with ChatGPT Image 2 — generate a full character design sheet first, not just a single frame. Multiple angles, expressions, and outfit variations in one image keeps the character consistent across every scene ▪ Build a storyboard inside ChatGPT Image 2 as well — define each shot, camera angle, action, and mood before touching Seedance at all. This is the step most people skip and it's the reason clips look disconnected ▪ Define a color palette and lighting mood early — golden afternoon light, soft warm tones, dramatic shadows. Lock those values and repeat them across every prompt ▪ Take each storyboard frame into Seedance 2.0 as the reference image — one frame becomes one clip ▪ Write the Seedance prompt around the character action, not the scene description. The scene is already in the image. The prompt handles motion, camera behavior, and timing ▪ Keep clip duration between 4-6 seconds per shot — shorter clips give more control over pacing and reduce motion drift on character faces ▪ Match camera movement type across consecutive clips — if one shot dollies in, the next should hold or pull back, not dolly again The consistency across these frames comes from the character design sheet, not from luck. Seedance reads the reference image and the prompt together — if the reference is detailed enough, the output stays on-model. This video was created by ALOKXMEHTA 📥 tomorrow: the exact ChatGPT Image 2 prompt structure used to generate a multi-angle character design sheet like this one 🔖One article covers the entire workflow — it is pinned below, do not scroll past it.
