Could not agree more. Potential sounds great in June, but production wins in October and November. This year we started multiple sophomores over seniors because every time they touched the field… they produced. They were consistent. They were tough. They were available. Habits and reliability beat “what he could be” every single time. Production > Potential.

@NextUpWithAdam Would you rather a productive D1 player at a smaller school or a 4 star who needs to develop. With the transfer portal it caught the big schools off guard but now they have adjusted and are all in on the portal. Competition is now among the big money schools.
