Example. You see a full house of an extended family. 8 people in the house. Playing video games, never working Each gets $2000 per month from the govt. That home will bring in $192,000 per year. You go to school, get a good job, work 40 hrs a week. Live by yourself. Make $75k per year. Now take all the taxes plus travel to work. How motivated will you be when you see others getting UBI.

If Basic Income is offered, expect no more $. Digital ID and Digital Money will control your lives in every aspects. People may think having an extra income would help or simply people are just lazy and don't want to work but in the long run, it will ruin your life.

People died of overdoses when they got CERB because they used money they shouldn’t have had to buy drugs. More will die with UBI. Actions have consequences.

Think of UBIA as a grade average. A story to illustrate. An economics professor said he had never failed a single student before but had, once, failed an entire class. The class had insisted that socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said ok, we will have an experiment in this class on socialism. All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A. After the first test the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. But, as the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too; so they studied little The second Test average was a D! No one was happy. When the 3rd test rolled around the average was an F. The scores never increased as bickering, blame, name calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for anyone else. All failed to their great surprise and the professor told them that socialism would ultimately fail because the harder to succeed the greater the reward but when a government takes all the reward away; no one will try or succeed.

UBI means you get money without working, So why work at all. Russia had UBI under Stalin. Food line ups (Food Banks) Nobody worked or had work Farmers stopped working, because what the heck why work 16 hours a day when there is free money. People starved.

Their strategy is clear. Running up to every election they dream up a fresh new bribe to sway apathetic voters. First it was election reform and marijuana, then a federal minimum wage, then $10 daycare. Now with Trudeau so deeply unpopular, they need to bring out the big guns.
