No poison control warnings here 🙅 Say goodbye to toxic ingredients and hello to naturally effective oral care 👋

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X The pasteurization myth persists despite evidence. Studies show raw milk contains the same lactase-degrading bacteria counts as pasteurized milk. The tolerance mechanism is adaptation of gut microbiota over time, not the milk's processing method (Gardner et al. 2023).

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X How many people in the study? I've had dozens of people tell me they can drink raw but can't drink pasteurized and they had zero reason to lie about it. I still don't think raw milk "heals" everyone's lactose intolerance.

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X @GardnerPhD is one of the most corrupt nutritionist in America…he’s an AHA lobbyist dressed as a vegan…his bad ideas have contributed to millions of American deaths from heart disease. Also note he’s extremely unhealthy himself, no muscle mass, overweight…why take his advice?!

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X Where can I get raw milk? I can never find it

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X I always feel bad for people who can’t drink milk in general

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X Honestly, this is an embarrassing study, and I'm surprised you didn't offer pushback. We know that lactose intolerance is a complex issue and ties into the microbiota of our guts. A handful of people drinking raw milk for a week presents only the weakest first order evidence.

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X That’s interesting. I have been drinking it for a little over a year, off and on. I notice a big difference. If I drink it too often I will have acne, but my gut seems fine. 🤷🏻♂️

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X Are there people diagnosed with lactose intolerance that actually aren't but it's due to some form of other milk related issues? I discovered through muscle testing I had a wheat allergy (not gluten), the Dr insists it's a gluten yet I have no issues with rye, barley, oats.

@GardnerPhD @Stanford @X The best way to fix lactose interlace is to chug 4L of milk a day for a week, shit your brains out until you simply tolerate it (Not medical advice) Works really well
