@PamTaubMD Was it the Time-Restriction that led to the results or did the subjects lose weight (so not isocaloric to baseline)?

@PamTaubMD Would be interesting to see a long term study to determine if there is significant muscle mass loss and how that might impact metabolic health in the long term.
