The day we begin to listen to our body, we would not need to worry. The whole issue is that we are not comfortable in our body.

Thank you so much Dr Iyer. This study was shared by the famous L!ver doctor, and, even I, a stupid layman, could latch on to the questionable authenticity of the study. It makes me wonder, how much of his previous utterances were doubtful.

The only way to get an authentic diet study is to feed a person in a particular way till he dies. Resurrect him, take him back in time and feed another diet till he dies again. All these studies are fake. Everyone is unique. Eat what works for you and leave the rest to chance.

Fasting is NOT Superior for Autophagy Autophagy has become the biggest buzzword in nutrition in the last 5 years & whenever I do videos or posts on intermittent fasting & why it is a useful tool for fat loss, but NOT superior to other calorie equated diets, people invariably say that ‘tHeSe StUdIeS dOn’T aCcOuNt FoR aUtoPhAgY!’ When I cite studies showing that normal calorie restriction gets the same benefits as calorie equated fasting diets, people often say that fasting gets you the benefits WITHOUT calorie restriction. Well, a very highly controlled study showed that this is NOT the case Well this study did (PMID: 34135111). They had people follow one of 3 diets: 1) Alternate day fasting without calorie restriction where they ate 200% of their maintenance calories on feeding days, & 0% the next day (200:0) & continued to alternate them throughout the course of the study 2) Alternate day fasting with 25% calorie restriction where they ate 150% of their maintenance calories on feeding days & 0% the next day (150:0) & continued to alternate those throughout the course of the study or 3) Continuous calorie restriction where they had people eat 75% of their maintenance calories every day for the duration of the study (75:75) Both the 150:0 & 75:75 diets reduced body weight to the same extent, but the 75:75 group lost slightly more fat mass & retained slightly more lean mass than the 150:0 fasting group. Both restricted groups lost more body fat & weight than the 200:0 group which did not lose weight or fat. Markers of autophagy were also equivalent between the 150:0 & 75:75 groups as well as other adipose tissue genes, gut hormones, and markers of cardiometabolic health This study demonstrates that it is the caloric restriction that drives these improvements in health & the changes in autophagy, NOT because fasting has some magical effect on autophagy that exists outside of the caloric restriction it imposes I am NOT saying fasting is bad. I’m not saying it’s not a useful tool or that you can’t lose fat with it. You can & it can be a great tool for many people… it’s just not magic like many proponents of fasting try to make it out to be Tired of the diet wars & not knowing how to make sense of all the contradictory information out there? Comment ‘FRAMEWORK’ and I’ll send you my simplified guide on how to lose fat & build muscle for FREE

.Scott Jennings schools Ana Navarro on CNN NewsNight after she calls the $1.8 billion DOJ fund to compensate victims of unfair lawfare “reparations.”: Navarro: “Republicans used to balk and be shocked and uh outraged by the idea of reparations to people who suffered slavery. But we're going to be giving money to uh January 6th insurrectionists. That part's okay. Yeah, it's it's disgusting.” … Jennings: Have you ever been unfairly targeted by the Department of Justice? Navarro] I have been unfairly targeted by this administration, yeah. Jennings] Have you been unfairly prosecuted by the Department of Justice? Navarro] Are those the people that are going to be in uh in this— Jennings] So the answer is no, you haven't. So so the issue is, the question is, has anyone in the history of the United States ever been unfairly targeted by the Department of Justice? Of course they have. And there ought to be just at a top line a way for people to seek recourse if they have been unfairly targeted. That having been said, this all started by the fact that Donald Trump had his tax returns unfairly and illegally leaked by the IRS. That's where all this started and he was initially seeking damages for that, which he has given up. He'll receive no money as I understand it. And now it has morphed into this idea that there have been people that have been unfairly targeted…. I want a uh do I want a world where if you've been unfairly targeted by the federal government and it was truly unfair and you truly were had something done to you that should not have been done, do I think people should be able to seek recourse for that? Absolutely I do because I think it probably happens and not on a partisan basis but it probably happens all the time. And I think people ought to be able to seek uh some sort of damages if they've been unfairly targeted by the department or by the federal government.”

The Science of Fasting - 2012 Documentary There is a reason so many religions and cultures across the world advocate for fasting to resolve health issues, and think every human being on earth should fast intermittently to help repair and detoxify themselves in this incredibly toxic world where we are being inundated from every vector. Obviously fasting can be detrimental if done excessively and the nutrition is inadequate in between fasting stints, but overall if done right, it's so obviously a great tool for our health that we should all take advantage of. It can by intermittent fasting with 18/6 or 16/8 schedules, it can be 1-2 days a month, it can be 1 week every 6 months, or whatever works best for your individual situation and health goals, but we should all be doing a little bit of fasting every now and again. Considering a large portion of the US is brutally addicted to food and severely overweight and unhealthy with countless diseases and ailments, we should be investing in fasting clinics such as the one shown in this documentary to help them break the addiction and get healthy. Robert F. Kennedy Jr has discussed detox clinics for drug abuse, and hope he can consider the same for obesity and chronic disease with fasting clinics. Many people are not disciplined and strong enough to not eat at home for a few days because of all the temptation, but if they had a place to stay with rules and restrictions, they could learn that discipline and then do it on their own. For anyone that thinks it's dangerous to fast for a long period of time, you should lookup the story of the scottish man back in 1965 who was over 450lbs and fasted for a year straight. If you have body fat on you, you can fast until it's gone, as long as you have water to drink.
