I’ve seen this occur with my patients as well. And this is after many of them had been on metformin and other diabetic medication’s for years, if not decades‼️

Phenomenal! What's also amazing is this idea of 'exercise snacks,' brief one-minute bursts of high-intensity exercise spread throughout your day, being studied for their impact on markers like insulin sensitivity. Dr. Gibala talks about this at the end of this video segment.

I’ve been telling my Father this until I’m blue in the face. He’s actually sat and watched the video with me just now and is open to the idea of me buying him a bike for him as well as addressing his diet. Seeing his medication come in second best has hopefully hit the mark.

The drug companies should be required to put this as a disclaimer at the end of every diabetic medication ad.
