👀 Eyes Behind The Ball 👀 When they drift out front, your head pulls, chest flies open, and the barrel cuts across. Stay behind it. See it longer. Work through contact. Head & eyes down. Think see it deep and stay behind it. @westonrandolph23 | Noble 2026 / Hutchinson... show more

When saying “stay behind the ball” or “stay back” it doesn’t mean sit and spin. You do want to fire forward but when driving forward, you have to go up against a strong front side. Doing so will allow you to stay behind the ball to drive it.

A lot of hitters confuse being late with letting the ball get deep. They’re not the same thing. In this video I show it with a simple example. I toss the ball and reach way out in front of me to catch it. That’s what late looks like. The ball already beat you… now you’re chasing it with your hands. Then I toss another one and catch it slightly behind me. That’s being on time and letting the ball get deep. When you’re late, your body and barrel are reacting after the ball passes your window. You’re forced to reach, cut across it, or roll it over. When you’re on time, you can let the ball travel and still control it. Now the barrel can stay through the zone longer, and you can drive it with authority. Deep ≠ late. Good hitters aren’t reaching for the ball… they’re on time enough to let it come to them. ⚾️ Train with an expert. Not an influencer.

Posture matters Hold your angles throughout the swing: ✅Butt behind your heels ✅Chest over the plate Get INTO good posture and STAY THERE as you rotate. Your posture helps determine how your barrel works. Stay in posture → barrel can stay through the hitting zone. Come out of posture → barrel comes out of the hitting zone. It isn't about rotating as fast as possible. It’s how fast can you rotate while maintaining great posture and staying over the plate. Turn fast. Hold your angles. Keep the barrel working through the zone.

Freddie Freeman - Inside and Behind The Ball Key Takeaways: Left line: Load inside to create an inside-out, long through swing path Top line: Head loads down towards the ball and stays down throughout the swing (Yes, best players in the world move their head. It may feel like they don't or it's quiet, but they do move their head in their load.)

Tiny Live2D tip!👀 Duplicate your side-bang piece → move it behind the head → shift it on Angle X. Use Multiply to darken it and you get super clean depth with zero extra artwork. Works on any part!💡 #Live2Dtips

Luis Arráez kneeling backhand barehand work with the tennis ball Sometimes we need to over exaggerate getting our eyes behind our glove. Working fast is great but it means nothing if we don’t catch it We can’t catch what we can’t see #PicknPivot

If you’re losing distance or striking it thin, your weight transfer is likely the problem. Most golfers fall back through the ball instead of driving forward. It kills your power and your contact at the same time. Here’s the drill: ✅ Place your trail foot behind you, up on

To Rotate or To Tilt 📝 📝 Rotating around a spinal axis can feel very powerful. BUT it’s sluggish. The barrel doesn’t get up to speed until late. ❌ Tilt provides the direction and quickness early which leads to consistent power numbers. ✅ At Launch, you can see Judge’s head like a statue while the torso works more North/South (tilt) Why isn’t it Rotation? Barrel Path 👀 Rear Leg 👀 ✅ Watch the barrel path. It works like a clock. Starts at 12 and works down the back. Then contact at 6 o’clock and Out from. ✅ Watch the rear leg Pivot and provide the shift AT launch. ❌ Rotation creates a drag, then speed around and out front. Limits direction. Decreases your time. #gritnj

We asked an F-35 pilot to describe the jet in one word. His answer: sneaky. 👀 But behind that word is a lot of 5th Gen capability: stealth, advanced sensors and the information pilots need to stay ahead when the mission demands it.

If you see this guy today, wish him a happy birthday…the calm in the storm, the grit behind the grind, and the one who keeps this crew laughing through it all. Life with you is solid and strong, just how I like it. ❤️ Harvest clip says it all…faith, family, hard work, and one hell of a pheasant pot pie.
