The people who arrested them, they are police officers who came from DCI HQ in Nairobi not Kisumu, specially organized to come and arrest them. Every time phone calls, go and arrest so and so because those people are not speaking his language. The first person who should be arrested is the PS Interior. For the past two months, Chief Justice Kamran Mullah Khel has reserved his judgment, but no decision has yet been announced. This situation clearly reflects that the justice system of Pakistan is under pressure from state institutions, commonly referred to as the Establishment. Meanwhile, in Hudda Jail, Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her colleagues have been facing jail trial proceedings for the past six months. During this period, the proceedings have not been conducted fairly or smoothly. Judge Muhammad Ali Mubeen who previously suspended bail in some cases has raised serious concerns about impartial justice. Our legal team, along with Dr. Mahrang Baloch, requested the transfer of the case to another judge. However, not only was this request denied, but the judge also threatened to add more charges against them. This is not merely a denial of justice; it is a direct threat to peaceful political activists who are the voice of their nation.

He blasts his colleagues on the Court as “brainwashed”. He blasts the judges on the Court of Criminal Appeals as RINOs. He misses over 50% of oral arguments before the Court. He expects he is going to have to rule on election law cases where the Democrats have stolen the election like they did in 2020.
