Someone he could still manipulate or get real information from without immediate suspicion. The interaction with Ghost was more tense, guarded, and uncomfortable, because Ghost felt uneasy about his unexpected return. Especially since him and Tasha set him up. Something we need to learn more about in Power Origins. The how & why of why Ghost killed Breeze. However, that's not all. This conversation also highlights another interesting dynamic, relationship and question. If Ghost was able to kill Breeze, someone who he loved like a brother.
