While this is a great example of JJ’s “catch high/keep high” it’s not quite accurate to say there is “no dip.” The dip actually happens horizontally, as well as some wrist rotation to generate power that isn’t there from a traditional vertical dip. Pinnacle of shooting skill 👌

Fans calling this Giannis play a travel clearly don't understand the live dribble rule. You can take as many steps as you want while the ball is floating - just like MJ used to do with his stutter steps. The rules only limit steps AFTER you end the dribble, not during it.
