I've been doing this for about 2 years now and I can say: - My ankle mobility has improved. - I have not pulled my groin playing sports. - Getting into a squat feels more natural. Mobility improves performance.

🙋 started with the "non kettel" versión of the exercise. 5-10 reps each side, in every warm-up phase. Magic. Still not sure enough to start loading It. Thanks for all your lessons here!!

squat uni ily and ive tried this like everyone but this is one of the most useless exercises especially for ppl who are collapsed they have no idea what their hips feel like tight or loose bc theyve never built a relationship with their body building the relationship is step 1

Took me a second to see the metacarpals…

What do you do if it’s the joint itself that doesn’t allow movement past 70°? Trying to stretch only bends my lower back.

Why the kettlebell though?

I’m not shoving a bowling ball up my ass again. Not doing it

Tight hips used to wreck my squats. A few reps of this before training and depth felt natural again. Simple but effective.
