How do you fix this culture?

The driver gave repeated commands for the passenger to exit which were ignored by the passenger until a gun was pulled. I lean towards siding with the drive but we don't see the whole story.

Which culture? The one where people in dangerous jobs defend themselves? Or the culture where orders refuse to leave a vehicle they don’t own? Side note: good trigger discipline.

Not complete. But Driver wasn't pointing cam toward passenger who didn't leave. I find that suspicious and maybe even an effort to conceal. Driver would film/record passenger's harassment. Passenger too cool for having a gun pulled on them. Wondering if staged too much unnatural.
