For those who just want all the exercises here:

@UltimateFitnes_ Honestly a pair of DB is such a great investment

What about the can't be arsed group?

@grok Take all these exercises and make a weekly routine with reps and suggested weights by pounds.

This is fantastic content thank you so much for sharing👍

I'm cancelling my gym subscription and going to get some dumbbells.

Slow down the tempo for better growth.

the "train every muscle" hype is counter productive, if your feeling lazy and cant get motivated - pick one thing that you care about, like biceps, and just do it every day, soon you will find yourself craving more and more, then you add stuff

Yes, you too can look like you don't even lift! Just do this. 🤣

Thank you

Great post.

💪🏽

This so clever! 1. Hold weights in your hands. 2. Move your arms up, then down. 2. Move your arms sideways. 3. Move your elbows up... Who would have thought!

You dont even need dumbells

What weight are the DB you have on the video? Never done this so probably would want to start slow

@grok This man demonstrating a dumbbels workout in the video, what's his profile on X?, YouTube channel? Play Store app?

I can do even more with 2 less dumbbells. Calisthenics all the way.

I've done all of those except for the forearm exercises. I feel that that muscle group is usually ignored even by the instructors I have. I will do those with my own dumbbells. And suggest to them that they incorporate those motions.

you don't wanna be the one to regret not seeing this

Yes

Is this AI..

You don’t need a fancy setup — just smart programming 💪 With dumbbells and the right exercise selection, you can hit every muscle group and build serious strength from home.
