I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯 A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category. If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once per brand → Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically → Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points → Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles → Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA → Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass No re-briefing Claude on every chat. No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing. No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand. What you get in the playbook: → The exact Brand OS file structure I use → Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand → The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper → The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster. Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated. I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients. I just built a self-improving second brain in Claude Code 🤯 A brain that runs your brand: every tool reads from it, it's wired to your live data, and it gets smarter every week. All running on the Claude Agent SDK. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies whose AI output sounds generic because every new chat starts from zero. If you're re-explaining your brand to AI every single time — re-pasting the voice guidelines, re-describing the customer you've described a hundred times, re-uploading the same positioning doc you uploaded yesterday, and still editing for an hour to strip out the generic phrasing... A brand second brain fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once: brand DNA, voice, and customer → Every skill you create reads from them automatically → Wire in live data — your ad account, competitor ads, customer reviews → A weekly routine refreshes the brain with what's actually working → Every output comes back on-brand on the first pass No re-briefing AI on every chat. No hour of editing to undo generic phrasing. No brain that goes stale the week after you build it. What a second brain gives you: → The exact 3-file foundation that runs the whole system → The skill structure that makes every tool brand-aware by default → The live-data wiring that keeps it grounded in reality → The weekly self-improvement loop that keeps it sharp → The cold-start sequence to stand it all up from zero Built 100% in Claude Code. I put together the full playbook with the file structure, the wiring, and the exact setup. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "BRAIN" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Claude Skills are a cheat code for DTC creative teams 🤯 One setup, reusable forever. Claude automatically follows your exact creative process — briefs, hooks, ad copy, research — without you explaining anything twice. Perfect for e-comm brands and agencies who are using Claude for creative work but wasting time re-explaining context every single conversation. Here's the problem: You open Claude: you paste in your brand guidelines, explain your brief format, write the copy, you close the chat. Next day, you do it all over again. Every conversation starts from zero. You're burning 20 minutes on setup before you even get to the actual work. Claude Skills fix this: → Write your creative process once as a Skill (a simple markdown file) → Claude reads it automatically whenever the task comes up → Skills compose — research triggers the research Skill, briefs trigger the brief Skill, copy triggers the copy Skill → All in one conversation, all building on each other → Share across your team so everyone gets the same quality output No re-explaining your brand voice. No pasting the same context every chat. No siloed projects that don't talk to each other. What's in the playbook: → The full architecture (how Skills trigger, chain, and compose) → 5 ready-to-use Skill templates built for DTC and agency creative teams → Step-by-step setup from zero to working Skills → How to write instructions that produce consistent output every time → The composability framework for running multi-step creative workflows in one conversation I put together the complete Claude Skills Playbook for DTC brands and creative agencies. These Claude Code Skills are f*cking insane 🤯 A complete brand-to-ad pipeline that builds a permanent brand brain and ships hooks, briefs, scripts, and ad variations on command. All inside Claude Code. A system perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are burning hours every week on creative production that should take minutes. If you're still copy-pasting brand context into every Claude session, briefing hooks in Slack, writing ad scripts from scratch, and hand-building variations in Canva... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Brand DNA Builder scrapes any brand and outputs a full positioning file → Brand Voice Profiler extracts voice rules from the brand's actual copy → ICP Deep Dive runs autonomous research and pulls real customer language → Hook Writer generates 20 hooks across 10 DR frameworks → Brief Generator writes full creative briefs in your brand voice → Ad Script Writer produces UGC and produced video scripts → Variation Engine takes a winning ad and generates copy + image variants No Google Doc brand briefs. No copy-pasting context every session. No starting from a blank page. What you get: → A permanent brand brain Claude reads every time → Hooks, briefs, scripts, and variations that sound like your brand — not generic AI → A continuous test loop feeding directly into Meta Ads → One workflow that scales across every client or product Built 100% in Claude Code. I'm giving away the 3 foundational skills pack that every other skill in the system reads from. I just built an AI-powered creative search engine with Gemini Embedding 2 + Claude Code 🤯 Drop in your UGC clips, product shots, and ad variations — then search through everything in plain English. "Show me all the unboxing clips." "Find product shots with natural lighting." "Which creator talked about sensitive skin?" All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies sitting on hundreds of creative files they can never find when they actually need them. If you're digging through a folder of random file names, scrubbing through raw footage to find that one clip, and relying on memory to track down what's already been shot... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Drop your videos, images, and docs into a project folder → One prompt to Claude Code — it builds the entire search app for you → Google's new Gemini Embedding 2 model actually watches your videos and looks at your images → It understands what's inside each file — not just the file name → Search in plain English and get back the actual assets with confidence scores No scrolling through folders. No relying on file names to find anything. No re-shooting footage you already have. What you get: → A searchable library of every creative asset your brand has ever produced → Natural language search across video, images, and documents at the same time → Results that show the actual files inline — play videos, view images, read docs → A system that gets smarter every time you add richer descriptions to your assets One free API key. No monthly subscriptions. Runs on your machine. I put together a full playbook with the exact build prompt, the setup process, and DTC/agency use cases to get this running in under 30 minutes. I just built a Claude Code plugin that runs your entire Meta ads workflow 🤯 5 skills, one plugin: it spies on competitors, maps your whole category, writes your ad copy, grades it before launch, and audits your live ad account like a $10K agency. All inside Claude Code. And now, with Claude Fable 5, it's even more insane. Perfect for DTC brands, media buyers, and agencies tired of paying for 5 different ad tools that don't talk to each other. If you're spending hours scrolling the Ad Library by hand, exporting CSVs from Ads Manager every Monday, staring at a blank doc trying to write ad variation #14, launching creative and praying it converts... This plugin eliminates the entire loop: → /spy pulls every active ad a competitor is running, ranked by run-time (longevity = proven winners) → /competitors-extractor maps 3-5 brands head-to-head and finds the angles nobody's running → /bulk-creative spins 20 on-brand copy variations off the winning angle → /ad-score grades every ad 0-100 across 6 dimensions before you spend a cent → /ad-matter audits your live Meta account through Meta's official MCP and hands you a prioritized fix list No more Ad Library scrolling. No more $300/mo spy tools. No more launching blind. What you get: → Competitor intel ranked by what's actually been running longest → The open angles in your category nobody is using yet → 20 ad variations in your brand voice, on command → A 0-100 health score on your live ad account with a fix-this-week list Built 100% in Claude Code. I wrote a free step-by-step Playbook that walks you through building this entire plugin yourself: every skill, every script, every scoring rubric. I just built a Meta Ad Comment Spy in Claude Code that turns every comment on your ads into a voice-of-customer goldmine 🤯 Point Comment Spy at your ad account → it pulls every comment and reply, clusters them into objections, questions, and proof, and writes your next 5 ad angles from real customer language. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want ad copy that's already written, buried in the comments on their own ads. If your sharpest hooks come from how customers actually talk, but mining them means scrolling your ad comments by hand, copy-pasting the good ones into a doc, and missing the objections quietly killing your conversion rate... Comment Spy kills the entire loop: → Ranks your ads by spend, so you mine the ones that matter → Pulls every comment AND reply thread through the Meta API → Clusters them: objections, buying questions, desires, proof → Surfaces the exact phrases to drop into your next ad → Flags the conversion leaks hiding in your comments — dead links, broken lead-magnet delivery → Renders the whole thing as a dashboard No manual scrolling. No missed objections. No $99/mo "ad intelligence" subscription. What you get: → Every comment off your top ads, pulled automatically → Clustered into objections, questions, proof, and desires → 5 ad angles written from your real customer language → A dark-mode dashboard, every quote traced to the ad that drew it Built 100% in Claude Code, on the Meta API. I put together a step-by-step playbook showing you how to build Comment Spy yourself: the Meta API setup, the exact prompts, the whole pipeline. I just built a Reddit research agent in Claude Code that turns real customer complaints into ad angles 🤯 It scrapes the threads where people actually rant about your category, reads every post and comment, and hands you back a dashboard of pain points, exact customer phrases, and ready-to-test ad angles. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want ad angles pulled from real customer language, not guessed in a vacuum. Reddit is the most honest focus group on earth. People say things there they'd never put in a survey or a review with a brand watching. So if you're writing hooks off your own assumptions — or digging through Reddit by hand, opening tab after tab, pasting quotes into a doc... This agent runs the entire loop: → Give it a product or category + a couple of subreddits → It searches Reddit for the threads where people actually discuss the problem → Pulls every post and comment → Claude reads all of it and finds the patterns → Builds a dashboard: pain points, desires, objections, and swipe-worthy phrases No manual scrolling. No pasting quotes into docs. No guessing what your customers actually care about. What you get: → Ranked customer pain points, each with a real verbatim quote → The exact language your customers use, ready to drop into ad copy → Objections and buying triggers pulled straight from the threads → 8-10 ready-to-test ad angles built from all of it Built 100% in Claude Code. Claude Cowork + Seedance 2.0 is f*cking wild 🤯 I built a skill inside Claude Cowork that generates UGC video ads on demand using Seedance 2.0, the best AI video model. One product image + one prompt = a full UGC ad with multiple shots, dialogue, and on-brand pacing. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need UGC creative at volume without hiring creators or paying per-video SaaS fees. If you're briefing creators every week, waiting days for footage, paying $150–$300 per UGC video, and still getting ads that miss the brand vibe... This skill eliminates the entire loop: → Drop a product image into Claude Cowork → Tell it the ad angle (unboxing, review, lifestyle, demo) → Claude writes the dialogue, shot list, and pacing → Fires it to Seedance 2.0 via FAL AI API → Downloads finished clips into organized folders → Stitches multiple shots into one finished ad No creator briefs. No waiting for footage. No $200/video platform fees. What you get: → UGC video ads generated in minutes, not days → Full control over dialogue, pacing, and shot composition → Your product photos as reference so Seedance matches your real packaging → A reusable skill: new product, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Cowork with the Seedance 2.0 API. I put together a full playbook with the Claude Cowork skill file, the exact prompts, and the FAL AI setup to get this running yourself. Figma Capture + Claude Fable 5 = clone any competitor's landing page in minutes 🤯 Figma just dropped a Chrome extension that copy/pastes any live website into Figma as editable layers. Point Claude Code — running the new Fable 5 model — at the capture, and it rebuilds the whole page in YOUR brand: structure, copy, design system, photography. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who keep losing weeks rebuilding proven landers from scratch. If you're still cloning competitor pages the old way, You're screenshotting their site and praying the AI guesses the structure right. You're rebuilding sections by hand because the fonts and spacing never come out true. You're paying a designer $3K to recreate a page that already exists. This workflow eliminates the entire loop: → Capture the competitor's landing page with Figma's new Chrome extension — editable layers, not screenshots → Claude Code reads the page structure through the Figma MCP: every section, every headline, in order → It rebuilds the page in YOUR brand — your colors, your fonts, your voice (it even respects your banned-words list) → GPT Image 2 generates on-brand product photography from the layer names → Claude places every image automatically — finished page, ready to ship No screenshots. No guessing at structure. No design invoice. What you get: → A pixel-structured clone of any proven lander, rebuilt in your brand → Every line of copy rewritten in your voice → 16 on-brand images generated and placed for ~$2 in API costs → Start to finish in about 15 minutes Built 100% with Figma + Claude Code on Claude Fable 5. I put together a step-by-step playbook showing you exactly how to set it up. Want access for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLONE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Claude Code + computer use is f*cking cracked 🤯 Build a landing page → Claude opens Chrome, looks at it, spots every issue, and fixes it — without you describing a single thing. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still vibe-coding landing pages and advertorials in Claude Code, then manually opening them in Chrome, spotting 15 things wrong, and describing every visual issue back to Claude one at a time. If you're building pages in Claude Code and your workflow looks like this — build the page, open it in Chrome, spot broken spacing, go back to Claude, type "the CTA button is too low and the hero image is cut off," wait for the fix, open Chrome again, find 3 new issues, describe those too ... Claude Code + computer use eliminates the entire loop: → Claude writes the full landing page or advertorial → Opens Chrome and navigates to it → Spots layout issues, broken spacing, off-brand colors, missing elements → Fixes everything and re-checks until the page looks right → Tests your Shopify product pages by clicking through like a real customer → Walks through your checkout flow and flags friction before customers hit it → You only see the finished, visually verified result No describing what you see on screen. No "the CTA button needs more contrast" back-and-forth. No being the eyeballs for an AI that can't see. What you get: → Landing pages and advertorials Claude builds AND visually QAs before you ever look at them → Product pages Claude clicks through — testing layout, images, and CTAs like a real user → HTML dashboards Claude opens and verifies the charts actually render → Checkout flows Claude walks through step by step to catch friction → All of it happening in one session — build, test, fix, done One prompt. Claude builds it, checks it, and fixes it. You just review the finished page. I put together a full playbook with the exact setup, the prompts, and 5 DTC workflows that use Claude Code + computer use. Claude + Shopify is f*cking cracked 🤯 Shopify just dropped an official connector that lets you manage your entire store from inside Claude. One prompt → Claude adds products, checks inventory, creates discount codes, pulls sales reports, and finds your top customers. All from a single chat. All inside Claude. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still bouncing between five browser tabs every time they need to answer one basic question about their store. The new Shopify connector for Claude fixes the entire workflow: → Install the official Shopify connector in Claude Desktop in 30 seconds → Authenticate to your store via OAuth → Claude reads your full catalog, customers, orders, and analytics on demand → Adds new products, creates discount codes, and bulk-updates inventory from prompts → Runs ShopifyQL analytics queries that return live charts and dashboards → Surfaces patterns across customer behavior — top sellers, bundle opportunities, restock urgency No Shopify admin tab-switching. No exporting CSVs to ask one question. No "let me check Shopify and get back to you." What you get: → Claude connected directly to your live Shopify store → Daily store ops running through one chat — products, customers, inventory, discounts, analytics → Real-time analytics that answer questions Shopify's own dashboards can't → Pattern recognition across your orders that surfaces bundle ideas and retention opportunities → An official connector built by Shopify with 25 tools and ongoing updates I put together a full playbook with the connector setup, every prompt I tested, the 25 tools it exposes, and a Loom walkthrough video showing you how to set it up. THIS MIGHT BE THE #1 OPEN-SOURCE REPO FOR CLAUDE CODE RIGHT NOW. IT GIVES CLAUDE A MEMORY AND SLASHES YOUR TOKEN COST ON EVERY QUESTION The repo is safishamsi/graphify, a free open-source skill that turns any codebase into a knowledge graph Claude Code can read instantly. Instead of grepping through your files every session, Claude gets a map of how everything connects The problem it fixes: Every time you ask Claude Code about a big repo, it does the same thing, greps through dozens of files like a brute-force Ctrl+F, blows through your context window, and sometimes still misses the answer hiding in a file nobody searched. Claude Code has no memory of how your project is structured. Every session starts from zero What it does: It maps your entire codebase into a knowledge graph, capturing not just which files exist, but which functions depend on which, which modules are central, and which files cluster around the same concern. Claude queries the map instead of scanning files How it works, three passes: 1. Code structure, free and local. Tree-sitter parses your files and pulls out classes, functions, imports and call graphs. No LLM, no tokens, just your actual code mapped deterministically 2. Audio and video, if you have them. Transcribed locally and folded into the graph 3. Docs, papers, images. Here an LLM does semantic analysis, figuring out what each document means and where it fits. Only the meaning gets sent up, never your raw source It saves you money: Normally a question about a big repo makes Claude spawn explore agents that scan file after file, eating your context window and your token budget before you get an answer. With the graph already built, Claude queries the map instead of re-reading the codebase every time. Same answer, a fraction of the tokens. The graph only gets built once, then a hook rebuilds it after each commit for free, so you never pay that scanning cost again. The bigger the repo, the bigger the gap The best parts: it's a skill, so once installed Claude knows when to use it without you memorizing commands. It works on non-code folders too, point it at docs or notes and it can spin up an Obsidian vault How to add it to your Claude: 1. Install Claude Code if you haven't: npm install -g Paul Jankura-ai/claude-code 2. Add the skill: claude skill add safishamsi/graphify 3. Open your project folder and run /graphify . to build the graph 4. Optional, make it automatic: graphify hook install so the graph rebuilds after every commit That's it. Ask Claude about your repo and it reads the map instead of burning tokens on a file hunt Bookmark this
