Governments should be fined huge amounts for letting things get to this standard. A small company like yours shouldn’t have to do this work. Fair play to you though!

If I understand it right from your video, this is all coming from a landfill at the source of a river. What are the prospects of reinforcing that landfill and/or moving it altogether?
