@GrassFedBitcoin Simplest way to accomplish this is by just using bitcoin. Higher fees are the most effective filters to combat ‘spam’.

@maxkeiser @GrassFedBitcoin The battle against onchain spam was fought between 2015 to 2017. Fortunately, the anti spam side won. Spammers now need to pay up to get in the Blockchain

@GrassFedBitcoin How do we classify spam? I don't know if a 64-byte hash added to an OP_RETURN is used for a critical Lightning Network purpose or if it's used for a Pepe NFT Jpeg. It's just a bunch of numbers. I wish we could classify, but I don't think realistically we can.
