Kimi 3 is genuinely impressive as an open-source model. It drew this whole wind chime on its own, and it was also creative enough to add the wind animation and the chime sound. It's a bit slow speed-wise, but the result is straight fire Sound on 🎶

Adding the wind animation and chime sound on its own is a nice creative touch for an open source model.

2. This whole wind argument is silly, yes he represents wind, but wind can be considered many things, both breezing, and stormy chaotic. And I find it ridiculous the wind glazers mischaracterize the whole "wind aura" or "wind attacks" as if Sonic physically can control wind like some sort of Air Bender when in reality the wind is the aftermath of his speed, a basic reaction of physics. Like, EVERY Single example the wind defenders use prove this point, its all a simple shockwave after he runs past

Mercury is different and beautiful in its own way. It has a global magnetic field, but its very weak. It is offset from the planet's equator and barely holds the solar wind this close to the Sun.

Moa Havili is a BYU DT commit that can also do this. The stiff arm was impressive enough, but the speed to get around the corner and take it the distance??

Kimi K3 dropped 3 days ago and i already used it to build my own PUBG the model that just took the number one coding spot on earth and it runs on a free tier no team no engine i just fed it free open models and assets that are already public and told it what i wanted it built the entire game itself the shooting the recoil the hit detection all of it came straight out of the model i barely wrote a line what youre watching here is the deathmatch mode and its already live battle royale is next im deep in it and the graphics get reworked right after i know it looks raw right now i wont pretend otherwise but the endgame is a build that runs perfect on phones and the moment its on mobile you drop ads in and it earns on its own the part that still gets me is my whole cost for this was a single subscription

Assassin's Creed Shadows has the most impressive open world weather system I've seen since RDR2. Watch as this storm breaks in real-time. The lighting and wind physics + the visual and sound effects make it super convincing IMO. #AssassinsCreedShadows

It works on mobile too Already deployed it, will share link, my process and resources tomorrow 🙌🏻 Stay tuned // This project was inspired by the wind chimes/beaded doorway curtains we always had hanging in the doorway at home. Every time someone walked through, they made this beautiful sound. Now that I live as a nomad, I think of every new country as opening a new door. And every door deserves its own chime. So here each country has its own door, inspired by its architecture, wisdom - each curtain is made of quotes of that country and in that country language, and sounds. A small interactive way to experience a culture beyond just photos 🫰🏻

Gemini 3 is so good, someone on the team made this interactive record player in the Google Gemini (sound on) How to try it: 1) Go to 2) Tap "load record" and pick some music 3) Adjust the knob to speed it up or slow it down

Damn Good Production Thank you for watching and listening. The character sound effects and atmospheric audio in the opening sequence come from my own personal sound library, helping bring this world to life. I believe Al is a powerful creative tool, but the final result always depends on the vision, experience, and artistic choices of the person using it. Thank you for watching and listening.

The handpan is a musical instrument that generates sound primarily through its own vibration. It creates soft mallet-like notes that are rich in harmonics, whose frequency result in a relaxing sound. This is its effect on cows [📹 warren_shanti]

Someone on Reddit built a real operating system using Claude. Not a browser app pretending to be one. An actual OS that runs on bare metal. It's called Fable-OS. The only interface is a sentence. No bash. No commands. You type what you want and an AI agent executes it through direct kernel syscalls. Everything runs in Ring 0. In the demo, the agent realized it didn't have a sound driver. So it found the Intel sound card, built a driver for it from scratch, and played a sound. On its own. The OS writes its own drivers. Evolves itself. The agent's tools are the kernel itself. Open source. Built because the developer got tired of people calling browser apps "AI operating systems." This one actually is.

THIS GUY ASKED FABLE TO MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE AI RIGHT BEFORE IT GOT TAKEN DOWN the prompt: "you can you use whatever resources you like, and python, to render a short video. can you put a more personal spin on it? it should be about what it's like to be you." that was it. just python and ffmpeg and a question about its own existence. 12 minutes later, around 90,000 tokens, it produced a finished video. coherent and edited, with its own take > it wrote the code, generated the visuals, and rendered the final cut on its own > no dedicated video model in the loop, just a language model reaching for python and ffmpeg > the result is competent enough that people genuinely got emotional watching it and then fable got pulled. this video is one of the last things it made before it went dark a model asked what it's like to be itself, answered in a video, and then disappeared. this sounds so sad

KIMI K3 is here, and it blew my mind 🤯 yes, it is expensive and very slow Took over 30 minutes, and blew an ENTIRE $20 kimi sub before it even finished the one prompt for this game. BUT OMG... the output geniuinly has fable 5 level magic built into it, this model falls between gpt 5.6 and fable 5 imo. you can play the game at kimisurfers (dot) com right now, and see what I mean. This model is too expensive to replace fable 5, BUTT it shows that the chinese open source labs are CATCHING anthropic and open ai FASTTT.

I can't believe this is open source. Wan 2.1 has great prompt coherence and the realism is really impressive for an open source model. This is image to video by the way.
