The first facility allows our students to request a copy of their evaluated answer scripts. CBSE gave the Class 12 digital checking contract to COEMPT Edu Teck. Questions are being raised because: • COEMPT is reportedly linked to/earlier known as Globarena, a company previously surrounded by evaluation controversies. • CBSE floated OSM tenders multiple times, and reports say final tender conditions were relaxed. • Scanning requirement was reportedly reduced from 300 DPI to 200 DPI. • High-end/robotic scanner requirement was reportedly removed. • Software maturity condition was reportedly reduced from CMMI Level 5 to Level 3. • Strict penalty clauses for scanning errors were reportedly diluted. • After this, COEMPT qualified and won on financial bid. • Students later complained of blurred scans, missing pages, wrong copies, delayed photocopies and portal/payment glitches. Questions are being raised because: • COEMPT is reportedly linked to/earlier known as Globarena, a company previously surrounded by evaluation controversies. • CBSE floated OSM tenders multiple times, and reports say final tender conditions were relaxed. • Scanning requirement was reportedly reduced from 300 DPI to 200 DPI. • High-end/robotic scanner requirement was reportedly removed. • Software maturity condition was reportedly reduced from CMMI Level 5 to Level 3. • Strict penalty clauses for scanning errors were reportedly diluted. • After this, COEMPT qualified and won on financial bid. • Students later complained of blurred scans, missing pages, wrong copies, delayed photocopies and portal/payment glitches. CBSE says due process was followed. But if everything is clean, CBSE should publish the full tender file, technical evaluation marks, financial bids and vendor performance report.
