A few things I learned about Butter Powder Biscuits this week: First of all, this is some serious kitchen witchcraft. Butter plus eggs should not equal biscuits in any reality but here we are. Granted the moisture has been removed from the butter, but still! Using 2 eggs and 1 cup of powdered butter instead of just 1 egg, stretches the butter powder and yields more biscuits! (Thanks to KrisBlackRose for this) Cooking the batter in a buttered muffin pan works well but the results taste more like muffins. Duh! I found a cheaper, larger size powder made by Nutricost. It's $1.48 USD per ounce vs the $2.00 per oz I was paying for It's Just. This container holds 113 tablespoons for $36. That means each container will get between 21 and 28 biscuits and the cost per biscuit is about $1.44. The biscuits taste great after being in the fridge overnight. Recipe: 1 or 2 eggs 1 cup powdered butter Cook at 350° on a parchment line sheet tray for 15 to 20 minutes.

Forget egg white bread. These are 10 times easier to make and 10 times tastier. Probably 2x times more costly too but you get what you pay for. Two ingredient carnivore butter biscuits: 1 cup powdered butter 1 egg Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Outside texture: 9 Inside texture: 7 Taste: 8 Simplicity: 10 Piled the dough high thinking it would make up for lack of baking powder. The height was good but the center kind of underdone. Will make them thinner next time. The texture is somewhere between muffin and biscuit.

Each of the three recipes is exactly the same, except the one using powdered milk gets a tablespoon of melted butter. 1 cup of powdered heavy cream, OR powdered goat milk OR powdered milk 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder Bake at 350° on a parchment line sheet tray for 15 to 20 minutes. Each batch will yield two nice sized biscuits. What’s interesting is that each variation gets a different texture. Powdered Heavy cream: slightly sweet, like Hawaiian rolls Powdered Goat milk: a hint of sweetness and more like a biscuit Powdered milk: crumbly like a scone on the outside, but textured like a biscuit on the inside.

These carnivore muffins are great right out of the oven or as a cold snack later on. Something about how the bacon grease envelopes the egg while cooking makes the combo hit just a little different, but in a good way. You can make these without the muffin liners. Just generously lube the muffin bays with bacon grease, first.

These are insanely good. I ended up with 16 meatballs PLUS a little bonus burger patty for tomorrow. 🙌 SAVE THIS ONE 👇 🥩 1 pound ground beef 🧀 2 oz cream cheese 🧀 ½ cup mozzarella 🧀 ¼ cup grated Parmesan 🥚 1 egg 🍕 16 pepperoni slices, diced 🧄 ½ tsp garlic powder 🧅 ½ tsp onion powder 🌿 ¼ tsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper (Or just measure with your heart 😂) Mix together and roll into meatballs. 🔥 Air fry at 400° for 10-12 minutes. Y’all asked for it so here it is, my Carnivore Crustless Quiche! 🥓 This makes an 8x8 casserole and it is STUPID easy. Ingredients: ∙8 eggs ∙1 cup cooked meat (I used bacon and it was everything) ∙2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (I did cheddar + gruyère) ∙3 tbsp heavy cream ∙Butter for the dish (and I mean HEAVILY) Directions: Brown your meat and let it cool. While that’s going, whisk your eggs, shred your cheese, and mix it all together with the heavy cream. Save a little cheese and bacon to sprinkle on top. Heavily butter your dish, pour everything in, top it with your reserved cheese and bacon, and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until the knife comes out clean and there’s no jiggle in the middle. Let it rest 5 minutes before you cut it. Top with whatever you want, I went sour cream and I have zero regrets. The whole casserole costs about $8 to make and feeds 4 people. That’s $2 a serving.
