🔎 MEDIA AVAILABILITY - MISSING CHILD - PARKER 🔍 Today, investigators released a new CCTV image of Parker that was captured on Thursday, July 16, at 12:52 p.m., in the 5000 to 6000 block of Travis Crescent N.E. We are hopeful the image will help generate new leads & assist members of the public in recognizing Parker & reporting information about his whereabouts. Since Parker was reported missing, the CPS has dedicated significant resources to locating him. More than 200 CPS members have assisted in the search effort, including investigators, patrol officers & specialized units working around the clock to follow up on leads & search areas where Parker may have travelled. We have received approx. 30 tips & have reviewed, or are currently reviewing, roughly 50 hours of CCTV, residential security camera & dashcam footage. Officers have also conducted extensive door-to-door inquiries & continue to identify, collect & review additional video footage & evidence related to Parker's movements. Approx. 100 to 120 trained search volunteers coordinated through Search & Rescue Alberta joined ongoing search operations in N.W. Calgary. As these efforts continue, members of the public may see a significant police & search presence in the area, including the Air Support Unit, Canine Unit, Mounted Patrol Team, Mountain Bike Unit, patrol officers, investigators & trained search volunteers. We are truly grateful for the support shown by Calgarians. Residents can assist by checking their own properties, including garages, sheds, backyards, under decks & other areas where a child may seek shelter or hide. 🔍 We ask that members of the public only search in public areas & do not enter private property without permission. Please do not interrupt or interfere with police operations or search efforts already underway. 📣 Anyone with information about his whereabouts, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of Parker, is asked to contact police by calling 403-266-1234 or by submitting it here: ℹ️ Learn more about the AMBER Alert program & activation criteria here: Information? ☎️ CPS: 403-266-1234 🛑 Crime Stoppers YYC 📞 Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC): 1-800-661-6160 | 📲 MCSC rescu: ⚖ Case #: CA26318270 | 3916 📺 Watch the full media availability on our YouTube channel:

🔎 UPDATE #5 - MISSING CHILD - PARKER 🔍 We continue to ask for the public's help in locating Parker, 11 & are providing an update on the extensive search & investigative efforts underway to find him. Today, search efforts are also being supported by members of the RCMP, who have joined CPS search teams in the ongoing effort to locate Parker. We are grateful for their continued assistance & partnership. 📍 As the investigation progresses, search efforts are becoming increasingly focused on areas connected to Parker's last known movements & reported sightings. Officers are conducting targeted searches, reviewing video evidence & canvassing communities while identifying & following up on new investigative leads. We continue to track down information received through our non-emergency line, social media, community reports & other public channels as part of an ongoing effort to identify any information that could assist in locating Parker. Investigators are also using information provided by Parker's family about his interests & behaviours to help guide search efforts. As part of those efforts, officers have been playing some of Parker's favourite Disney songs from patrol vehicles & other search resources in areas where search operations are taking place. Since he was reported missing, the CPS has dedicated significant resources to locating Parker. More than 300 CPS members have assisted in the search effort & officers have conducted door-to-door inquiries in surrounding communities & continue to canvass the area. Officers have reviewed, or are currently reviewing, approx. 50 hours of CCTV, residential security camera & dashcam footage. Approx. 90 tips have been received and assessed by investigators. Today, approx. 120 trained search volunteers coordinated through Search & Rescue Alberta are continuing to assist with search operations. Members of the public may continue to see a significant police & search presence in these communities, including our Air Support Unit, Mounted Patrol Team, Mountain Bike Unit, Canine Unit, patrol officers, investigators & trained search volunteers. ‼️ We want to stress that police & trained search teams are actively conducting coordinated search operations based on investigative information & search-management principles. Given the heat and the inherent risks associated with searching, there is a significant possibility that large groups of well-intentioned volunteers without search-&-rescue training may require assistance themselves. Any situation requiring police, EMS or search personnel to respond to volunteer safety concerns would divert critical resources away from the ongoing effort to locate Parker. We respectfully ask that if Calgarians do choose to search, they do not interrupt or interfere with police operations, trained search teams or organized search efforts already underway. We also ask that community-led search activities avoid areas where official searches are taking place & do not create situations that require police or search personnel to redirect resources from ongoing operations. Remain mindful of the heat, ongoing operations, not enter private property without permission & report any information or sightings to police immediately. 🚗 Additionally, there is limited parking available in the area. We ask community members not to park near active search operations & to ensure access routes remain clear for police, emergency vehicles & search teams. 📣 Anyone with information about his whereabouts, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of Parker, is asked to contact police by calling 403-266-1234 or by submitting it here: Information? ☎️ CPS: 403-266-1234 🛑 Calgary Crime Stoppers 📞 Missing Children Society of Canada: 1-800-661-6160 📲 MCSC rescu: ⚖ Case #: CA26318270 | 3916 🌐

We continue to ask the public for help a week into our search for Parker. Despite an exhaustive search & ongoing investigative efforts, we continue to be unable to identify Parker’s whereabouts after he was last seen on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 12:52 p.m. Given Parker’s history of entering structures & locking doors behind him, we are asking anyone aware of vacant properties or homeowners who are away in the following areas to contact police: 🔹Travis Street N.E. 🔹Travis Crescent N.E. 🔹Trelle Drive N.E. 🔹Taylor Crescent N.E. 🔹Travis Place N.E. 🔹Thomas Street N.E. We also continue to ask residents to check their properties, as well as realtors and property managers to ensure vacant properties have been searched. The support from the community has been extraordinary. At the same time, we recognize the emotional toll has grown with each day. Today, Wednesday July 22, 2026, from noon to 6 p.m., our Victim Assistance Support Team (VAST) is at the Thorncliffe Community Hall to provide support to residents: We also recognize that this search has affected Calgarians across the city. If you need support, please call 211 or contact the Calgary Distress Centre. Parker was last seen shirtless, wearing dark shorts & black noise-cancelling headphones. He is 4'11", approximately 90 pounds, with brown hair, a shaved head & brown eyes. Parker is neurodivergent & non-verbal and may become even more scared if confronted by strangers. If Parker is located, members of the public are asked not to approach him. Instead, call 911 immediately. We continue to ask anyone in Thorncliffe who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from Thursday, July 16, 2026, to now, regardless of whether Parker is seen, to submit the footage through the upload link here: Information? ☎️ CPS: 403-266-1234 🛑 Crime Stoppers YYC 📞 Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC): 1-800-661-6160 | 📲 MCSC rescu: ⚖ Case #: CA26318270 | 3955

As the search for Parker continues, we want to provide insight into how search teams are using technology, expertise and investigative information to guide ongoing search efforts. In this video, Staff Sgt. Becky Spohr, Incident Commander for the search, explains how specialized mapping and search-management tools are helping teams document search activity, track coverage, analyze information and identify areas that may require further attention. 🗺️ To date, search teams have covered more than 6,500 kilometres as part of the effort to locate Parker. While technology plays an important role, it is only one part of the process. Every search operation is guided by investigative information, specialized search planning, and the collective expertise of investigators, search managers, partner agencies and trained volunteers. We know many people have questions about the search and the work taking place behind the scenes. While we cannot share every tactic being used or location being searched, we hope this video provides some perspective on the deliberate and systematic approach being taken to bring Parker home. We would also like to thank the hundreds of CPS members, partner agencies, trained search-and-rescue volunteers and community members who continue to support this effort. 🔵 EXTORTION UPDATE - ADDITONAL CHARGES LAID 🔵 Our Organized Crime & Offender Management Section has laid charges against 5 men in relation to an elaborate scheme to extort a Calgary victim. This incident is an escalation of the ongoing violence associated to an extortion series that is targeting the South Asian community. 📍 Last week, a man was kidnapped from a residence in Edmonton by 4 men. The victim was assaulted, threatened at gunpoint & forced into a vehicle where he was driven from Edmonton to Calgary. Once in Calgary, suspects attempted to use the Edmonton victim to lure a second victim out of his residence in Cityscape. The second victim & his wife attempted to leave their residence, at which point they were followed & threatened with a firearm. These victims fled back to their residence & contacted police. Police located a vehicle fleeing the area & arrested 2 men. The remaining suspects drove the first victim back to Edmonton, where he was released. 4 men have been charged and a 5th is wanted on warrants. 📌 Taranveer SINGH, 24, Daksh GAUTAM, 25, Akashdeep SINGH, 18 & Pardeep SINGH, 24, are each facing unlawful confinement, firearms & assault-related charges. 📌 Gagandeep SINGH, 29, is also wanted on criminal warrants in relation to this incident. “This is a significant escalation in violence in the extortion incidents that we have seen in Calgary so far. Since this series began, we have been working very closely with our policing partners nationally to share information & co-ordinate our response, which allowed us to quickly make arrests in this case.” - Supt. Jeff Bell of the CPS Criminal Operations & Intelligence Division. We thank the Edmonton Police & Canada Border Services Agency for their support. We believe additional suspects were involved. Since January 2025, there have been 45 extortion-related attempts in Calgary, including 19 shootings. To date, 11 individuals have been charged.
