Weird, I guess I’m the only one who thinks the dude was just there to annoy people. Seems to me that’s how he gets his jolly’s. I’m a nurse in a hospital. We had a shooting by a crazy person a few years back and several of my coworkers were killed. I would have been concerned if I was her too. It would have been a red flag that he was there just recording people when he didn’t have an appointment. We are busy taking care of patients and always trying to get our work done. Annoyances like that are irritating. Granted it does appear that he was in his right to do that. I just have one question. Why? Was he making a Tik Tok so he could get clicks? No regard for the staff trying to get through their day.

Audit Failure. The clip starts with him filming an area that is restricted through keycard access. Regardless of the window in that door, filming that area, and the persons in it, is not a 1st amendment protected activity. If it was, then it would be legal to film the insides of apartments and homes though a window. Regardless of the discussion happening inside the public lobby, this person was in fact breaking the law to provoke a response.

She also has the right to ask him not to record her. He’s trying to provoke a fight. Nothing is accomplished here except he’s annoying her while she’s at work. Just cuz he can.
