More progress on proper Retro-Style Ledge behavior for Capsule bodies. Why is it important? Capsules offer great slope navigation, but bad Ledge behavior. Proper Ledge behavior is essential for Retro jump precision and consistency. #MegaManRS #unrealengine #gamedev

I'd love to see these ported to Tomb Raider I II III remastered. I know they have the turn around-grab-ledge one, but the animation doesn't look as good and for some reason it doesn't always trigger in the first 3 (which is why I have trust issues against this particular move)

the delivery of his lines makes me think pawbert is fighting an inner conflict, he's doing this for his family's validation but he doesn't know how to do it properly, he's acting all reckless and is in almost psychopathic behavior just for approval, it's why hes a tragic villain

AIS spoofing leaves a digital trail. Satellite imagery shows the real story. Public reporting this week shows how the oil tanker Skipper broadcast a false position near Guyana while Planet imagery placed it at the José Terminal in Venezuela. This is a clear example of why persistent and independent imagery is essential for monitoring dark fleet behavior and sanctions evasion. When digital signals can be manipulated, visual confirmation becomes essential. #MaritimeDomainAwareness #DarkFleet #AISspoofing #Geospatial

Does LLM really need to be a helpful assistant all the time? No. If you want to simulate people, “perfectly helpful” could be the wrong objective. Meet OdysSim, a journey toward LLMs beyond assistants, as behavioral foundation models (10B tokens of real human behavior; 23 sim benchmarks, finally in one place. new open models: outperform or on par with GPT-5.5, Gemini 3.1, or Claude Opus 4.7 in many behavior-sim dimensions). Human behavior simulation is becoming essential. Agent evaluation needs realistic users before real users show up. Medical and classroom training need realistic patients and students. Social science needs synthetic participants at scale. But real people are not ideal assistants. Real patients panic or ignore good advice. Real students misunderstand. Real customers are vague, picky, impatient, or simply leave. Human behavior is messy, diverse, and often imperfect. Frontier LLMs are getting better at math, code, and long-horizon tasks. They are NOT getting better at simulating human behavior. If anything, they drift the other way: more assistant-ish, more homogeneous, fewer of the errors and quirks real humans show. This is no accident. The whole pipeline is built for helpfulness and task success, not behavioral realism. And you can't prompt your way out of that. So we rethink the recipe from scratch and release: 🧠 The OdysSim corpus: 21.4M real human interactions (~10B tokens) from 62 sources, every conversation retrofitted with social grounding (who is talking, and why) 📏 SOUL-Index: 23 human-behavior benchmarks unified into one suite across 5 axes 🤖 OSim-8B: open weights; tops more SOUL-Index benchmarks than any frontier model, acts more like a real user than any of them on τ-bench (nearly matching real humans in the reaction dimension), and writes far more human-like text along the way.

Our brain is incredible at detecting edges, to the point where too much visual clutter can make it harder for players to focus on what matters. Blending meshes isn't always about making it look good but helping the important stuff "pop". Used MeshBlend and a "Find edges" filter to visualize. #gamedev #UnrealEngine #UnrealEngine5

Every day, flight etiquette seems to be declining all for the sake of looking cool on social media reels. It’s ridiculous, and frankly, it’s becoming a joke. People need to wake up to how foolish this looks. More importantly, why are airlines turning a blind eye? Is this kind of behavior actually allowed? DGCA

Stop relying on generic AI output Train a model on your world, your character, your style, and reuse it forever That is the idea behind LTX Trainer, an open-source training framework that lets you train reusable IC-LoRAs for specific video transformations like colorization, deblur, decompression, reference sheet control, and a lot more Each LoRA gives the model a specific behavior it can repeat across clips, so your videos become more consistent, more controlled, and more connected to your own creative direction Check these amazing examples 👇🏻

Building something for the Counter-Strike / FPS lovers, but a little crazier. I’ve been working with Astra + Unity for some proper game dev, and man, it’s been such a different kind of fun. Still early, but I can’t wait to share more of it. Game development really is on another level. Learning so many things daily.

Shared by Rohan Juneja Happened to me in the Dwarka Expressway tunnel could’ve easily turned into a fatal crash. I was in the fast lane when an Ertiga from the opposite side suddenly took a U-turn at an emergency gap where it’s clearly not allowed. He didn’t slow down, didn’t check traffic, just kept moving while turning and almost rammed into me. This kind of reckless behavior is dangerous enough, but the lack of proper barricading makes it worse. Strict action is needed. Sharing this so people stay alert this tunnel is a daily route for many. #driveresponsibly

I’m genuinely curious why do airlines serve alcohol on flights? Can’t people go 10–15 hours without drinking? Considering that cabin pressure at high altitudes already reduces oxygen levels, isn’t alcohol consumption at such altitude potentially harmful to health and even risky for lives? It can also lead to unruly behavior, bothering fellow passengers. So, is it really necessary, or is it just done to appear fancy?” DGCA MoCA_GoI Airports Authority of India

Create and warm 50 TikTok accounts in the US. This is where modern content infrastructure is heading. Not VPN-based provisioning. Not disposable or low-trust setups. Real, in-country accounts created on physical devices, with local signals and proper warming. Why this matters: You can generate thousands of posts per day. Getting them seen is the hard part. TikTok evaluates more than just IP. SIM, GPS, device fingerprint, and early behavior all play a role. That’s why most setups fail within days. The teams that win separate the stack: generate → render → distribute And treat distribution as infrastructure, not an afterthought. If you want to go deeper: Setup breakdown: Ultimate content factory playbook:

Seeing videos of students hugging and kissing openly on school premises after completing secondary school is quite disappointing. Celebrating the end of school is understandable, but there should still be a sense of decency, self-respect, and respect for the environment they are in. What is even more worrying is how comfortable some young people have become displaying intimate behavior in public without any regard for those around them. Schools are meant to instill discipline, values, and good conduct, not encourage actions that many would consider inappropriate.

THIS IS WHO ICE HIRES. Not just police rejects, but people a mall wouldn’t hire to play Santa. confirms: David Michael Brouillette, the ICE agent who shot and killed 25-year-old Johan Guerrero in Biddeford, Maine, on July 13, has been accused of child abuse, domestic violence and other violent behavior. Multiple protection orders were sought against him. PAXIS can’t stop a bullet from a violent ICE agent, but it can help people prepare for unlawful ICE encounters and deal with the aftermath. Highway Harassment: Two Youths Create Chaos Near Shobha Town Park in Bengaluru Some aspects of human behavior, unfortunately, seem difficult to change especially when it comes to a lack of civic sense and respect for others in public spaces. A recent incident on the highway near Shobha Town Park in Attibele highlights this concern. A car bearing registration number KA-03NY-3552 was reportedly seen causing disturbance on the road. According to witnesses, two young men inside the vehicle were behaving irresponsibly, making inappropriate hand gestures, shouting at other motorists, and creating unnecessary chaos. Their actions not only caused discomfort to fellow drivers but also raised serious concerns about harassment and road safety. Such reckless and disrespectful behavior on public roads is unacceptable. Highways are meant to be safe spaces for everyone, and actions like these can easily escalate into dangerous situations, potentially leading to accidents or conflicts. It reflects poorly on the individuals involved and shows a disregard for basic social responsibility and discipline. Authorities should take note of such incidents and ensure strict action is taken against those who misuse public spaces in this manner. At the same time, it is important for individuals especially young people to understand the importance of responsible behavior, mutual respect, and adherence to the law while using public roads. Karnataka State Police S. Midjourney sref + Sora 2 Pro is the sauce. With one Midjourney style image, you can give a specific style for your entire project. I created two different 12-second clips and edited them together. Some details aren’t fully consistent, like the iPod or AirPods because the clips were made separately from a single image (Character in a specific style). It could be fixed in post-production, but that would take more time, and this was more of an experimental test. It would be great to add the actual product image with the current one to maintain product consistency. I feel like if there were a way to add 2–4 images into this workflow, it could open up a lot more possibilities and consistency. With an API, it could be possible. Or let’s see what Veo 3.1 has to offer.

SITREP: Iron Will is being released on his own recognizance (kinda) for good behavior! Monitoring required. Oxygen levels are staying stable and he’s responding well to all the other treatments. And he’s getting more animated the closer he gets to the front door! Oh, and guess what he is asking for, “when we get home?”… It’s a daunting task, but our goal now is to isolate him from the flu ravaging the rest of our posterity to the extent possible. And to strengthen those little lungs. I can’t adequately express my appreciation for the prayers, thoughts and kind words from all of you. It moves me tremendously every time the wee little man is ailing and all of you step up! More on that in my next post! #IronWill #DownSyndrome #TeamIronWill

Working on improving Hoolis' "Deaths" with more anims, giving them more variety, since we had only one animation before. So far we're really happy with the explosive behavior! It makes powerful balls even more chaotic and satisfying to play with. The falling down one is cool too. We also added force modifiers for each type of bullet, allowing to make the standard Death more varied as well. So far it's pretty cool, but when the player uses Pingpong balls the Hoolis should fall faster or maybe have more friction when hitting the floor. What do you think? Anyway it's been a ton of fun to flesh-out this system! 😄 #gamedev #indiedev
