Ronda, There is one exercise u might really like it, it is called High Intensity exercise invented by Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer. You can watch some of the videos of Mike Mentzer training vids. He emphasises on heavy weight, and slow movement with maximum pain.

Spectacular presentation! Q: Would it be accurate to say 3 exercise snacks or one minute HIITs would have a greater impact on health and mitochondria than a 30 min walk? It was unclear how many HIITs outweigh the benefits for the 30min walks. Thanks
