@redsteeze Norm was going to leave right after his Monologue as an F U to SNL, Artie Lang said he had to talk him out of it,

@redsteeze That would have been epic tbh

Lorne Michaels said his greatest regret was firing Norm. He said it destroyed comedy.

There was only one Norm, and by god, he was funny.

They did that man dirty and then had the balls to ask him in when he was kicking ass and taking names. Thats why I hate these damn networks. Dave did the right thing by leaving when he did and Norm was a total badass.

Miller, Spade and MacDonald. Denny explains why he got fired but this is one of the funniest clips

The show has gotten really bad. Absolute legend energy. I’d have melted into the floor.

The show it’s no longer what it used to be back in the day

The great Norm McDonald ! Also - breaking news - OJ chopped his wife’s head off .

@TomBevanRCP I forgot the part where he says “The good news is the show blows”… 😂😂😂😂😂😂

@TomBevanRCP 😂😂😂

Yes, always the best.. funny and a manly man.. keeps his head up and doesn't bend to fear.. then doubles down on them when they invite him back..

Norm calling all his former bosses and coworkers garbage and then making a one hour show with them is peak Norm. He lived for the awkwardness, he stewed and bathed in it. Dude was a legend. A titan in the industry. A battle axe.

He’s a top guy… only got stained with some random propagandas

norms one of, if not the greatest of all time

C'mon OJ

Dre, Dogg and M? And Norm hosting?

The greatest FU in SNL history

One of the funniest comedians ever. So incredibly talented

Man I wish Shane Gillis had followed his example.

Didn’t have the courage to.. what do you think?

I think he should have said, 'Either my comedy has gotten cleaner, or this show has gotten more racist.'

we’ve got a bad show for you tonight 🤌

Dirty Work is still one of my go to movies if I just want to laugh my ass of.

Norm McD with the greatest rappers of all time. Good times back then.

He’s a top guy

Greatest of all time

You were funny enough. You just weren't evil enough!

Norm got fired because he only did what he found entertaining and those of us who also found it funny were like gravy. Norm then gets brought back and did what he found entertaining. Norm rocked. He was one of those I didn’t really care for when younger. But older? I got it

Don Ohlmeyer was such an OJ-loving asshole...

He was right and it never made a comeback

@redsteeze One of the best. Smart fucker…

Love that man ...Miss Norm

Sorry. He sucked and was never funny. An arrogant jerk.

the way he pauses after "how did i suddenly get so damn funny" and just stares at them. he knew exactly what he was doing.

I heard his original plan was to do the monologue and then walk out of the building Cooler heads prevailed

That would have been legendary

Lived comedy fearlessly

Legend

The OJ jokes didn’t make a big guy happy and norm wouldn’t stop.

Different producer? Got fired execs don't have to listen to where's norm OR look for his replacement. Just replace the stupid producer 🤣

The most enduring thing about Norm is that his entire career was a giant middle finger to the powerful machine.
