Played around with using a Vulkan Strap on seated cable rows this morning….have to say, I can truly feel the back using the strap as it locks in the elbows.

Weighted Spanish Squats. This was back when l was about 360. Knees were riddled with debris but methods like the weighted SS’s staved off immediate surgery. This is used to help rehab ACL repair. Imagine using it to as a strength method? For linemen? This strap is static.

I love preacher curls because you get a mix of stability with the bench and instability of the bar. Stick your upper arms on the bench to make the most of your sets instead of using it as a way to rest your elbows and swaying back and forth to move the weight! #FursuitFriday
