What would you advise for younger kids, 8 yr old girls? I have twin girls who want to “workout” typical we do different jumps, loaded carries, and sprints.

Yeah that’s pretty good - jumps, sprints, bodyweight movements are good places to start - just make sure they’re enjoying it and having fun 👍
